This hotel is very comfortable and clean with well-equipped rooms. The owner is extremely warm and attentive, helping us a lot and making our trip to Hat Yai much smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time! Five stars!
Nice hotel, big room.. comfortable for family staying, taking 3 rooms for all family members for this trip. Comfortable stay, only thing need to take grab or tuktuk to move around
The room was clean. The staff provided complete and fast information. Too bad we went during the time when the technician was fixing the TV system, so we couldn't watch Netflix, but we could play YouTube. We will definitely come back to stay again.
The accommodation is located behind Big C Extra and offers convenient parking. It's also close to various food options and easily accessible for travel. In the room, only two complimentary bottles of water were provided, and unfortunately, the water heater was out of order. On a positive note, the air conditioning worked well and was cold, though the mattress was a little too soft for my liking. Overall, it was a decent place for a short stopover before continuing my journey.

The house provides convenient parking, which is perfect for self-driving travelers. The location is easy to find, and it’s only a short drive to nearby attractions. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended for those traveling by car.

Hop Inn downtown Hat Yai is located at strategic spot which I can walk around for food. Just about a 100 m at the bent., I can have my favourite choice of congee for dinner.
Room is very clean , air conditioning is cold and water heater is hot enough. Most important I have a fresh clean bed sheet and blanket. But a bit noisy as my room is near the lift.

Nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities.Indoor pool and games room plus pool on roof.Good choice for breakfast.Bar area was pleasant, but fairly quiet, although not expensive. In general, the staff were helpful and efficient. The Hotel is in a rather scruffy area about 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars but it felt very safe.Good example of a value 2* hotel.

Stayed at *Get Guesthouse 2* – a small but well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for budget travelers. The room had all the basics: hair dryer, water heater, clean bed and toilet. There's no scenic view, but it's not a big deal. Toothbrush needs to be requested at the front desk. They provide 2 bottles of water, and there’s a water dispenser downstairs for refills. There are also free snacks and drinks like coffee and cocoa available for guests in the lobby – a nice touch!
Location is great – walking distance to Lee Garden, Kim Yong Market, and Oden. It’s a bit of a longer walk to Robinson Mall, but still manageable. The hotel is tucked away in a side street, and there are two 7-Elevens nearby. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay for the price!
Clean hotel with friendly staff at the front desk. No amenities like hair dryer and toilet amenities are limited. Only provide drinking water using reusable glass bottle, advice to buy your own water. Nearest 7-11 is 7 mins away by foot.
Even tough a bit old but still passable ,the room is big,AC water heater all working very well, bath tub even a bit old but still usable.the reception lady was very kind let me check in early when see me bring kids along.the staff was all friendly.my kids loved to stay here with great views from the room

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
MM_FaizalRooms are big and clean. A bit far from town but a good place to stay if you bring your own vehicles. Just unfortunate that one of our rooms was smelly. Room 218 to be exact. They should have realised this before we checked in.
GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean. The only thing was that the dormitory room was on the third floor, so it was difficult to bring my luggage up there. It was nice that there was a shower and shampoo.

OOngProvided parking , water dispenser provided ,nice place avoid from noisy street
Bathtub abit dirty need maintain , Washroom Floor abit slippery not friendly for Senior Citizen
VVasinee__The building was good , the room was OK in standard. But reception wasn't nice and not friendly at all. I asked for one extra towel and I had to paid money for it. Reception was not in the mood to service. Very lazy. She took my ID card to register my stay and didn't return it to me. Till 2 hours later when I came down to the lobby. At least she should have informed to return it to me. And security was also lazy to service at the carpark. When I drove the car in he didn't even move to check the car who's in or out.
AAnonymous UserFriendly host. Our room was at the fifth floor and no elevator, please consider twice if you have seniors travelling along. The location is very great with Lee Garden Night Market and Kim Yong Market just nearby. The room is quite clean and worth for money.
