Booked this hotel due to location and proximity to airport for convenience. Nice facilities however the rooftop pool area is poorly maintained and lacks cushions on the outdoor furniture making it quite uncomfortable. this was really disappointing as this small improvement of cushions would make a huge difference to the guest experience and overall impression of the area. F & B service at the pool rooftop was also quite disappointing - staff demonstrating a real lack of interest in serving anyone and lack of care. The hotel, rooms and experience all great - except at the rooftop. Breakfast room super busy in the morning but food was ok and staff handled the chaos well.

One of our best stays. Buffet breakfast is very good. I wish we could have stayed longer and greater experience of their amenities, like the pool with jacuzzi, sauna, massage and of course the fitness centre.

Hotel room was exquisitely beautiful. In terms of space, size and design, it was too homey and we like the feel. Giving it a 5 star rating for its cleanliness too! The living area made it more exceptional! You don’t get to stay at the bed during your whole stay. It also served its purpose since we booked a make up artist to cater our son’s promenade. Transferring to nearby hotels was also convenient. Amenities are decent. Overall stay experience was excellent!

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

This is our second time staying at Manila Prince Hotel, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the amenities are top-notch. Every aspect of our stay was seamless, from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, offering easy access to key attractions. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila and will definitely return for future stays!

Cleanliness - you can request for room cleaning and the service is great! Doreen provided a prompt service. Location - there are restaurants beside the resort in case you decided not to eat in the hotel. But convenience store is not walking distance. Close to SM MOA. Service - There's room for improvement. The front desk is not located as soon as you enter the hotel but an empty concierge desk. FD is in front of the elevators so I guess consolidating them is better. The customer attendants should be far from their office barracks so they dont stay there when there are no guest. They need to be available when someone comes. They set the mood/first impression for new or old guests. Amenities - Parking is at the 4th floor ,a bit creepy looking as it seems they only acquired it from an old owner. But its okay it is FREE! Pool area at the Penthouse is superb maybe because of the view. Although currently there's repair ongoing that blocks they natural bayview,I guess it will be great in the future.Still good for me though. Restaurant- GF Food selection is good and they taste great! Value for money!They offer in-room service too! Room- is great! Price is justified on how relaxing the room was set up.Bathroom size may differ depending on the room. Plus they have mood lights 😊 Overall- For first time guests here I'd say Im satisfied.

Upon arrival in the room, I realised that there wasn't a working desk to do my work. Hence, I have to upgrade to a suite for PHP2000 a night. Breakfast weren't the best, but good enough for what you paid for. Room amenities were basic. The housekeeping kept forgetting to replace the towels after cleaning my room, and that's annoying. Shower weren't hot enough but acceptable. Room doesn't have any coffee, but they do give green teabags (with sugar, stirrer, and creamer, who uses creamer with green tea?? LOL) The location was good. Easy access to a lot of places and airport. Chinese food on the ground floor was delicious.

The hotel allowed us to check out late until 2pm free of charge as stated in our booking as gift of trip.com. The room is spacious enough with 2 queen big beds. Modern design but signage like wifi notice should be taken down or make it professional. The service in the roof deck is excellent. They were kind enough to lend us cutleries though we dis not order. Value for money is good considering 2700 is cheap with breakfast already. Overall, we love our stay.

Pros: - The location is very near to COD Manila and MOA. - The staffs were friendly and accommodating from FO, bell service, security and the staffs at the restaurant. - Our room can request kitchen utensils which is a plus. Cons: - There were dust on one of our room. - No paper bag for guest use. - Need to pay extra for bottled water. However, we had a great stay. We will surely come back again! PS. There’s a charcoal being used as a deodorizer that is literally in a carton box. One is in the master’s bedroom and one inside the fridge. I think it’s more nicer to put it in a bowl or something. 😂

Stayed for 3 nights, and overall, it was an excellent experience! Friendly and helpful staff*: The staff were always willing to assist with any queries or requests... Especial mention to miss tess, miss geraldine and miss ariane.

We recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a fantastic experience. The highlight for us was the wonderful swimming pool, which my niece absolutely loved. It was the perfect place for her to have fun and enjoy the water. We also celebrated my mom's birthday during our stay, and it turned out to be a memorable occasion. Very elegant local style hotel. If you are tired of the standard five-star hotel, this is a very good choice. It has some nostalgic style. The room is full of the atmosphere of the old generation and is decorated quite warmly, but it is still quite modern to live in. It is a nostalgic enjoyment, but it is comfortable modern equipment. The swimming pool is scattered in the courtyard. It feels very comfortable just looking at it. I personally think that the CP value is very high for this price

Hotel is ok, rooms are decent with a balcony.. However, not many activities can be found in the hotel except small gym snd a small casino.. Executive lounge is also closed but hotel do give 2 boxes of pastries daily. Location is not so convenient, nothing is around the hotel, need to take a grab to malls.

Very convenient location if you’re staying close to the airport. Plenty of places to eat out and shops if you need to buy any last minute items.

We recently stayed overnight at SEDA Manila Bay, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Here’s my review: Check-in Process: The check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and professional. They explained everything clearly, including the amenities and breakfast options. Room Quality: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens smelled fresh. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary bottled water, tea/coffee set, and toiletries. However, I did notice a slight humming noise from the air conditioning unit, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. Amenities: The hotel offered great amenities for an overnight stay. I made use of the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The gym was small but had all the essentials for a quick workout. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. Food: I had dinner at the in-house restaurant, and the food was delicious, albeit slightly pricey. The breakfast buffet the next morning had a good variety, catering to both local and international tastes. Service: The service was top-notch! The staff were friendly, accommodating, and prompt with their responses. But when I requested for a glass replacement due too crack upon check-in on the room they just noted and never replace it. Overall Experience: I’d rate my stay an 8.5/10. It was a restful and enjoyable experience, perfect for a short getaway. The only minor issue was the air conditioning noise, but that didn’t overshadow the excellent service and comfort the hotel provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

It's within walking distance of Mall of Asia~ The area itself has convenience stores, laundromats, Starbucks, restaurants, bakeries, etc. ~ It's convenient to use Grab and safe at night~ Burger King and Jollibee are right in front, so it's convenient~

This condominium style accommodation is excellent. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a short or extended stay, and addionally, it has fast and free wifi, a kitchen that is stocked with all the utensils to feel like a home . The entertainment centre in the room has an XBox to see your favourite movie or play your favourite games. The bathroom is larger than normal with a clothes washing machine included, and the bedroom is the most comfortable i have had. I recommend this accommodation with a view to use it on my next visit to Manila.

It was difficult for access to the swimming pools, not many restaurants, the rooftop and room view was amazing and the staff polite and helpful.

Very helpful had a late check out and I only had to pay 100 pesos an hour and they were very understanding. All cool.

The hotel overall provided a good experience, with cleanliness meeting standard expectations. However, given its 5-star rating, the amenities offered were not particularly impressive for the price point and felt rather basic. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. One area for improvement would be the corridor lighting on the floor I stayed on, which was dim and could benefit from replacements to enhance the ambiance.

Our stay has been very enjoyable with the first two nights in another type of room (two bedroom premier), so we decided to book another stay in this room which we also enjoyed. The amenities are superb, we love the washer and dryer. Also, the pool has a great view of the Manila sunset. This is my 4th stay in seda hotels/residences, and my 3rd stay here in Makati. Looking forward to stay here again soon.

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

It was a perfect place for my staycation even if I just stayed overnight and convenient to meet up with my friends and just 30 minutes away from the airport. Friendly staff, clean room and nice city view. I’d stay here again. Appreciate the conservation of water and energy. Highly recommended!

Somerset Central Salcedo Makati is a modern apartment hotel. The rooms are a reasonable size with a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, a microwave, hotplates and a sink, a combination washing machine/ dryer, a sofa and a desk, and a large LCD TV. The beds area comfortable and the bathroom has a shower with a rainfall shower head and a hand held rose. The water pressure is reasonably good. There is a swimming pool and gym and an onsite restaurant. The location is ok with a 7-Eleven across the street, and its about 600 metres walk to a small supermarket or a few fast food outlets. The management put on a New Years celebration in.the lobby with some free food and drinks which was a very nice touch. I would have no problem recommending Somerset Central Salcedo Makati to anyone and I would happily stay here again.

Whatever you do, ask not to be booked into room 417. We had no water for a night and thought we were doing something wrong. After reporting to reception they said they would send someone up but we waited for over an hour, we had to go somewhere so had to once again have a cold shower. We reminded them before we left and they said they would send an engineer. 6hrs later they still hadn't until I was upset then they finally sent someone. During check out I left a bottle of wine I got as a gift in the bar fridge,told reception to please get it for me and they told me no one from housekeeping saw the wine. I guess my wine grew legs and walked out. They said they will send me CCTV footage after I requested it but of course, I doubt no one from housekeeping will walk out swinging a bottle of wine happily. We're not stupid and we know it was stolen by staff. I'm extremely upset. I didn't think hotel like this would have thieves. Don't order food from the rooftop either, it's really terrible. It's all overpriced and bland. The only good thing about Coro are the ladies at the SPA.

What I really liked about our stay here was the room size and the appliances available, even the drinking water is provided! The staff service was good as well.
