A very great hotel to live in Köln ,Position is in the center of city and city walk is very vonvenient for many famous historical views.
The most important is the service.
Ms.ANA LUCIA ABOIM is a very beatiful and warm kind hearted girl. She helped me a lot while checking in.
I will come to live
The service is good, but there are footprints on the hotel bedding and the facilities are old, but it's okay for this price. There is really nothing to do in Cologne. After eating Chinese food, they still discriminate against mainlanders.
Amazing view. Be sure to choose the river view. You can also experience a wonderful view of Cologne Cathedral and the Rhine River from your room.
A luxury hotel worthy of the Hyatt name, friendly staff, I want to stay again next time.

Because the Cologne Game Show can not book a room in Cologne, so this is set. In the small town of bensberg, it is about 30 minutes by taxi from Cologne Railway Station, a bit far away. But the hotel is very comfortable, the environment is beautiful, there are gardens before and after, suitable for family vacations. The breakfast is rich in variety, the waiter's little brothers and sisters are very awkward
I was quite disappointed as I have had better experiences with Hilton hotels in other cities and countries. The minibar was completely empty, there was not even 1 bottle of water in the room, there was no bath rope, the interior and especially the bathroom looked pretty old and I have found hair in the sink and bathtub. Nevertheless the staff at the reception were very friendly.

The hotel is on King's Avenue, a veteran five-star hotel in Germany, decorated upscale. There are many types of breakfast, freshly squeezed juice is delicious, you can order the Benidorm eggs made in the picture. Even if it is such an expensive five-star hotel, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, which is the case in Europe.
There is a park next to it and the scenery is very good.
Ctrip: Did the hotel change ownership 3 years ago? It is no longer the InterContinental Group. When I checked in, I thought I had entered the wrong door! The hotel meets the five-star standard, the lobby is luxurious, the rooms are spacious and fully equipped, clean and hygienic, but the filling of daily necessities is not ideal. The facial tissues were used up and they were not restocked. I was too lazy to ask for them, so I bought a box when I passed by. The most unsatisfactory thing is: there is a church school next to the hotel, a school for all grades, and the noise is all transmitted, the sound of throwing balls, screaming, the chicken coop exploded at 7:30 in the morning, and there was a choir chorus in the evening, and the window could not be opened. I reported it to the front desk, and they were confused: ”Really? I'm so sorry” Forget it, foreigners can also make trouble and play dumb.

KKenneth Camillerilocation is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

GGuest UserWhat made me quite disappointed is that I checked in in the morning and they said the room is not ready. So I left my luggages at reception. But they did not help me put my luggages into my room. Usually, 5-star hotels will help guests put luggage’s into the room, but this one didn’t. Besides, they arranged me in a corner room at the end with a very bad view. It made me feel that I’m in the jail.

Llisa3391Hotel location is good, just by the riverside of the old town, it is very convenient to go to various attractions in Bonn city.
Facilities: The room is not big, there are no extra surprises, it is quite satisfactory.
