3-Star Hotels in Tianjin, China

My experience was this hotel is excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel again if I go back to Tianjin. Also, I would like to stress the service and poiltness of the staffs in the hotel, especially for the lady that handled the lucky draw area. I cannot remember her name, but I met and communicate with this staff on 31 Dec 2024 (at 5.43pm), she was poilte, and proactively recommending few places to me that I could visit during the countdown night day. Hotel room was clean! Laundry facilities was high tech, and customer are allowed to write down note that you wish to get your dried clothes hang up or fold in a bag. This makes us feels so convenient as we could put our clothes to dryer, and then leave for our activity, after return, we just need to go back to the laundry room to collect our clothes. It was a complete plesant experience. Please continue to keep up the good work, hotel staffs! :-)

The front desk staff greeted me with a cheeriness that could rival a cup of strong English tea. The check-in was smooth. Very convenient location. My room was spotlessly clean. The loo was spick-and-span, boasting modern gizmos. Comfort in the room was top-notch, with ample amenities. In the hallways, not a speck of dust dared to settle – a testament to their cleaning wizardry. The staff’s eagerness to assist, in crisp English no less, was like having a butler. This hotel is the bee’s knees, blending spiffing cleanliness, nifty amenities, and very helpful staff. I tip my hat to this establishment and heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a jolly good time in Tianjin.

Staff can't speak English. Difficult to understand. I requested shower cap. They said don't have it. But I saw Chinese people got it. I think they should have take care foreigner customers as same Chinese customers.

Hotel is very comfortable and clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood place. Easy access to metro and shopping areas by taxi or a short walk. Customer service was okay, day staff had someone who spoke English . Night staff had only Chinese speaking staff but when we got an issue she sorted our issue using the translate app and made sure we were comfortable. We got complimentary breakfast which was ok,a blend of western and Chinese. Make sure to close your windows at night or noise out on the street will distract your sleep. Highly recommended.

👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after) 👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in. 👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience. 👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water) 👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight. 👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel. 👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A family of four came to Tianjin. As soon as we entered the door, there were small gifts for children. There were fruits in the room, and mineral water for guests could be seen everywhere. The two children were very happy to stay here. They also provided a timetable for catching the sea. There were two shopping malls nearby, which could be reached by walking. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the service attitude of the front desk lady was very good. If I come to Tianjin again, I will stay here again.

After arriving at check-in 2hrs early, we were given a very large room (possibly an upgrade) which looked quite presentable. Although slightly dated, the room was very clean and comfortable with an enormous bathroom. The view from the window was of the river and bridge with a new building worksite next to the hotel. With the double glazing, it was very quiet! Room service was good with daily replacement of 2 water bottles and tea and a bed make over. The only issue is with the air conditioner, being a little noisy. The breakfast buffet area on the 3rd floor was nice as well as the food, although hardly any western dishes were offered. The Chinese restaurant, also on the 3rd floor served good dishes. There is on the 1st floor a coffee shop, as coffee is not supplied in the room. The location, all within walking distance is near the river and little Italy and a 15minute walk to the bullet trains I can recommend this hotel.

The first time I stayed at such a clean hotel! In the development zone, this is close to the Millennium Parkway. The location is really good. The service is good. It can be said that it is responsive. The elevator floor also has earplugs, rubber bands, alcohol disinfection wipes. It is free! I am a clean person. The sheets, quilts and pillowcases. I checked the room. They were very clean. The room was large and comfortable. I often traveled so many times. I feel really good. There is a nightingale to eat the restaurant. The big sister personally packaged it. It's bought now, like returning home! Have the opportunity to travel to Binhai again, will choose this hotel

May 1 brought my family to Tianjin to play and chose this store in Binhai. The stay was very pleasant and the front desk manager service was first-class! From the warm greetings when entering the door to the efficient and professional check-in, every detail is very intimate. The staff always smiled, took the initiative to ask for needs, and even remembered my name, making people feel at home. Check-in and check-out procedures were very fast, and the hotel facilities and surrounding strategies were also introduced in detail, saving a lot of time. The booked room sent drinks and tea, and the response speed was superb! I learned that we brought the children, the day, specially prepared small toys, especially thanks to the front desk manager, the baby is very happy, the breakfast is very rich, it is delicious, I will definitely choose here next time!

I didn't sleep well. The front desk lady arranged a quiet floor for me and upgraded the room for free. I was very happy. I have a mysophobia about the bed, but this one is very clean. Before going to bed, I found that the door could not be locked. I contacted the front desk and they said it was because of industry regulations. Good communication, I expressed my concerns, and the lady said don't worry. This floor is occupied by women, and I felt safe instantly. I slept very well that night. The curtains are very light-blocking. Their cleaning products are all branded and easy to use, but there is no body lotion. It is recommended to add some. I slept until after nine o'clock. I stayed here for another night. I will stay here again next time.
