Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll. Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. I highly recommend this amazing hotel! The overall environment is clean and bright, with a simple yet elegant decor. The public areas are spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk and room service staff are polite and courteous, responding to requests efficiently and professionally. The hotel breakfast is excellent value, offering a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, noodles, snacks, drinks, and desserts. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, and the food prepared on-site is particularly outstanding. The dining area is bright and airy, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Whether for business trips or short vacations, this is a reliable and trustworthy choice. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

The land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.

FRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

We spend three nights here to explore the area and loved our stay! The owners were so kind and helpful! Despite our limited mandarin we could still communicate well with some English and translation apps. They helped us with public transport directions (two buses from Ningbo) and provided a varied tasty breakfast (even vegetarian upon our lastminute request). Nice warm shower and beautiful mountain view from the room. There are some great hiking trails nearby (see Zhejiang hiking trails app), some starting directly from this cute historic village. The village across the hill (15min walk) is also very scenic. All in all a great nature getaway from Shanghai with the sweetest hosts!

This is my preferred hotel when making my trips to Ningbo University. Rooms are clean and nice. Located in the centre of shops and restaurants just opposite of Ningbo University East Gate. Plentiful of restaurants and shops around. Since the hotel is above the shoplots there maybe noise from the streets but it is bearable. Easy to get Didi and about 500 meters from Metro Station. There is a free for use washing machine and dryer. For the price that we are paying, it is worth staying.

Facilities: The internal facilities are a bit old and the hygiene is OK, but the environment outside the hotel is elegant and you can park for free. The service of the waiter and boss is really good👍The front desk lady has a good attitude.

A very good value for money store, the store is not big, but clean, comfortable and tidy, worthy of the price, the transportation is very convenient, the subway station and bus station are very close, and there is a self-service laundry which is good. I will go there again in a few days and will stay there again

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the toiletries were well-stocked. The front desk service was warm and attentive, the location was easy to find, quiet, and not noisy. It offers great value for money, and the check-in experience was pleasant. I would choose to stay here again.

It's absolutely worth the 400+ RMB price tag! The view alone makes it worthwhile. The room facilities are also very complete, except for the lack of a TV, but with such a beautiful view, who cares about a TV? I traveled with a child, and the guesthouse had an induction cooker, pots and pans, and a refrigerator, which was especially convenient for babies who need to be fed or given solid food. Driving is super convenient; parking is right across the street from the entrance. It's a village mostly frequented by private guests, with little commercial activity, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. You can also order takeout. Overall, I'm very satisfied! 👍
