Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time.
It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B.
The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The welcome fruits and flowers are still very warm. There is only a window on the top to watch the starry sky. The glass is a little dirty after a long time, but it doesn't affect it at night.
After that, we walked around. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea.
Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village.
I made an appointment for dinner and hot springs in the evening at the B&B. Because it is a reservation system, it is equivalent to a private soup, which feels good. Half an hour is completely enough. The dinner tastes good, and the chef gives a good review.
The above.

Guest UserLocation & Transportation:
The hotel is nestled within the Zhengshi Shiqifang Scenic Area in Shiqifang Village, Zhenhai District, right by Jiulong Lake. It's surrounded by mountains and water, offering a superb environment. Driving there is quite convenient, with a spacious surface parking lot that includes plenty of spots and even EV charging stations.
Service:
The service here is truly commendable. I've been many times, and now they offer a butler service. Our butler, Xianxian, provided excellent and attentive service. All our questions were quickly communicated and resolved. She also friendly reminded us about hotel itineraries and activities.
Room & Facilities:
The hotel and room facilities are very new. The indoor areas are well-maintained, and the bedding is great, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The room comes with a bathtub and a small private courtyard, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is quite abundant. Even with many guests, the food was always replenished promptly, and the dishes were good.
Restaurant:
There's a restaurant called 'Zheng's Kitchen.' Their yellow croaker seafood noodles are incredibly fresh, and other dishes also taste good. The value for money is decent.

Guest UserThe lake view is beautiful, and the room is very spacious, complete with a bathtub. There are plenty of facilities for kids, and the swimming pool is huge. In the lobby, children can watch cartoons, and in the evenings, there are ring toss and 'touhu' (pitch-pot) games. The birthday decorations were adorable!

Guest UserThis time I stayed at the Marriott in Ningbo, and the location was excellent. They even thoughtfully gave me a Dragon Boat Festival gift. My room was on a high floor, and the night view was beautiful. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's still well-maintained, and the bathroom water pressure was great. I also had the buffet dinner at the hotel, and the service was very attentive, with a moderate price. I'll definitely choose the Marriott again next time I visit Ningbo.

Choosing the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Ningbo for my recent trip to Ningbo was absolutely the right decision! It definitely deserves a five-star rating!
Let's start with the hardware – the rooms are spacious, the carpets are soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom, paved with white marble, feels very luxurious, and the addition of a smart toilet and a large bathtub is fantastic!
Now, for the 'software' – the service – which truly deserves a special mention. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service here is by far the best! When we checked in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and he even managed to upgrade our room when possible. The other staff members were seamlessly coordinated, whether it was helping with luggage storage or directing us to the elevators. Every time we left, the doormen and lobby concierges were so friendly and always waved goodbye, making us feel truly at home.
The breakfast was also superb, and I even got to try the famous Ningbo tangyuan (rice balls).
Ningbo is a beautiful city that left a lasting impression. When our trip ended, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the airport. All connections were smooth and convenient. Even at checkout, the 'bellhop' proactively offered assistance, telling us to simply hand her the room card.
The driver who took us to the airport was also incredibly polite!
If there were a six-star rating, they would definitely earn it.
Too bad I didn't take many photos!

The room was absolutely fantastic! It was very spacious, and having separate bathrooms on each floor meant no one bothered each other. My kids especially loved the tatami room upstairs. The private hot spring bath in the room was perfect for a family soak – so relaxing! The owner was also incredibly nice, even throwing in breakfast and afternoon coffee for free. We pre-ordered dinner and it was delicious, plus great value for money. The night view was beautiful. There's even a lovely stream-tracing trail on the property. We'll definitely be back for our next vacation!

Madridista-Ningbo Park Hyatt was built for the future.
And now, the present, is the future of the past.
This Park Hyatt, nestled by the mountains and lake,
After years of Jiangnan's rain and wind,
Still remains a worthwhile retreat to visit.
Scent is a self-reinforcing memory.
The distinctive musk and cedar notes of 'Another13' pervade from the expansive lobby and public areas right into the guest rooms. Thanks to Ms. Alora for guiding me through the public spaces, where light and shadow constantly shift, expertly designed to be both open and intimate.
The nearly ten-meter-high atrium features dark oak grilles as its texture, with natural light pouring down from skylights on both sides, connecting to the ground. To the right, the shimmering lake view is unobstructed.
Ningbo Park Hyatt excels at and enjoys using negative space.
The overall flow features minimal paintings or decorations, with wooden materials creating a natural sense of luxury through their play with light. A single spotlight on a piece of art at the end of a pathway is enough to become the entire visual focal point.
The best view is reserved for the bathroom. While the full set of Le Labo toiletries has become standard, they don't exist as isolated, jarring elements, but are seamlessly integrated into the room's space, which is dominated by wood and linen.
Breakfast is definitely a hotel's touchstone.
With early summer having passed but 'Xiaoman' (Lesser Fullness of Grain) not yet arrived, the refreshing lake breeze outside Yue Xuan dispels the early heat. Starting with Western vegetarian options, followed by freshly baked 'shaobing' (sesame flatbread) to fill up, and ending with osmanthus tangyuan (glutinous rice balls).
Jiangnan doesn't speak of wabi-sabi.
”Fine rain wets clothes, yet unseen; idle flowers fall, yet unheard.”
Thanks to Ms. Alora for being responsive and highly efficient in every matter.

Fantastic! Exceeded my expectations! The river view room offered beautiful scenery outside the window. The service was exceptional, with staff incredibly accommodating to every request. They even granted a special late check-out until 3 PM knowing we were there for a marathon, and provided a delicious and generous marathon energy meal. Breakfast was also diverse and tasty! Truly felt like a home away from home!
