After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

The room was great, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the shower offered good privacy. The tea was surprisingly delicious. Right downstairs is the City God Temple pedestrian street, so it was a little noisy, but not a big issue. The breakfast looked diverse, but honestly, none of it tasted very good. They should consider reducing the variety and focusing on quality instead.

Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended! The hygiene was impeccable; the entire place was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly patient during check-in, not only helping me connect to the Wi-Fi but also thoughtfully offering sour plum juice to beat the heat. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially if you’re in town for a fair or exhibition, with plenty of shopping areas nearby. The room was clean and completely free of cigarette smell, which I really appreciated. Another thing I loved was the washing machine with an automatic drying function. It was extremely convenient, especially if you’re staying for several days, as you can wash and dry your clothes without having to go anywhere else. The staff were excellent — very welcoming, friendly, and polite. Their English was also very good, which made communication easy, and they were always happy to help throughout my stay. I was especially impressed by their professionalism and hospitality. The price was also very reasonable considering the location, facilities, service, and overall experience. Overall, I had a great stay here and was very impressed with both the hotel and the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bathroom had excellent dry/wet separation, and the soundproofing was superb. The service was discreet and attentive, with a welcome tea upon check-in and a comforting late-night porridge, showcasing their thoughtfulness. The local breakfast spread was extensive. The self-service laundry and drying facilities were a great convenience for travelers. This hotel is a peaceful haven amidst the bustling city, making it my top choice for business travel.

From the industrial-chic aesthetics to a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, every corner here whispers: 'You're exactly where you need to be!' Great location, fantastic food, excellent coffee, and delicious drinks. The rooms are spacious, the elevators are large, and the lobby is stunning. Where else can you find such a wonderful hotel?! Highly, highly recommended!!

This apartment hotel offers a great experience. The room is spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine, and even a projector screen, making it feel very much like home. The bathroom is clean, tidy, and has a separate wet and dry area. The natural light by the window is excellent, and the lounge sofa is very comfortable. There are also complete tables and chairs, making it convenient for simple work. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. It's highly recommended for medium to long-term stays and offers excellent value for money.

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly. The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.

I have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter. Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.

Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, the rooms are clean and tidy, the location is excellent and the management is good, the surrounding facilities are complete, it is convenient to eat and go shopping, and the service is warm and thoughtful.
