"I returned to this hotel. The lobby had a very pleasant fragrance. The front desk staff were welcoming and proactively offered tea, and they even had delicious homemade iced drinks available. All the hotel staff were very polite, always greeting us warmly when we encountered them. This time, they even upgraded my room. The guest room was also very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pillows were very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, a fantastic experience."

"Choosing this hotel was a great decision, no regrets! The overall environment is quite peaceful; there's hardly any noise in the hallways, so the soundproofing seems decent. All the common areas look very clean and tidy. The elevators require a key card to access your floor, which adds a nice layer of privacy. All the facilities in the room were functional, the TV picture quality was clear, and the Wi-Fi connected easily with sufficient speed for streaming videos or working without much lag. The staff were very helpful and always responded promptly to any questions. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. It's a much better experience than many other hotels in the same price range, definitely recommend it to everyone."

NNicole StFRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right on Chenghuangmiao Pedestrian Street, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making it super convenient. It's great for an evening stroll. We booked a family room, which was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and very clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The facilities were new and complete, with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge – everything you need. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, incorporating local specialties, and tasted delicious. A big shout-out to all the staff, from the front desk to customer service and the restaurant staff – everyone was warm, attentive, and very responsive. We had a fantastic experience.

Before check-in, the butler proactively contacted me. Since I'd noted it was my child's birthday, they thoughtfully upgraded us to a family room and even prepared a simple birthday setup. They also surprised us with a complimentary 6-inch fresh mango cake, which was made with quality ingredients and a lot of care – definitely not a perfunctory gesture. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the taste was quite good.

Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! Walking around the ancient village in the evening has a beautiful artistic conception! Anyway, it’s a comfortable stay and a comfortable environment. Get up and go hiking on the Qixiakeng Ancient Trail after breakfast tomorrow, which is the perfect end to this two-day and one-night short trip! Goodbye in the summer~

GGuest UserEvery time I visit Dongqian Lake, I used to stay at the Park Hyatt, but this time I tried the Cordis and absolutely fell in love with it! The surrounding area and the hotel's own scenery are stunning. It's a short walk to the lake, and although you need a shuttle to get to and from the main building, it arrives so quickly that it's no inconvenience at all. Our concierge, Winnie, was incredibly quick to respond and resolve any issues, and even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but I will definitely be back to this hotel.

GGuest UserOur trip this time was incredibly enjoyable! The hotel is nestled in a valley that the owner has essentially privatized. The scenery is absolutely stunning, with lush green forests, babbling brooks, quaint bridges, and a variety of colorful flowers. It’s perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Each room is a detached unit, offering guests their own private space and a balcony with a beautiful view.
And let me tell you, the food here is delicious! We had bamboo shoot braised pork made with freshly dug bamboo shoots in the morning. It was my first time having such tender and fresh bamboo shoots, seriously, haha! We ended up ordering it for two consecutive days. I’ll definitely miss these bamboo shoots when I go back home! The breakfast was also exceptionally good.
The service here is also excellent; the housekeepers are all very warm and attentive! We arrived by high-speed train, and it’s a bit difficult to get a taxi here. The housekeeper kindly arranged transportation for us both ways, and I'm very grateful for that 🥹. It also happened to be my boyfriend's birthday during our stay. After I mentioned it to the housekeeper, he helped arrange a cake for us, making our little birthday wish come true!
Overall, the experience was fantastic. However, since it's in the mountains, you might encounter a few small insects in the room. Just call the housekeeper, and they'll take care of it promptly. If you can accept this, it's not a big issue. Lastly, it would be even better if there was a shuttle service at Xikou High-Speed Rail Station, as getting a taxi here during holidays can be challenging if you're not driving yourself.

However, the picturesque Park Hyatt Ningbo, nestled by mountains and water, is definitely one of them. Although the hotel has been open for fourteen years, and the room decor and hardware facilities honestly show their age a bit, the biggest advantage of being built early is its exceptionally prime location. In other words, it occupies the best, most central spot in the Dongqian Lake area, truly standing out from the crowd. In fact, when staying at a resort like this, there's little need to venture out in search of beautiful scenery or delicious food (unless you're staying for more than three nights). The shimmering blue waters and verdant mountains here offer a new view with every step and every moment. As you stroll, you'll encounter ancient structures and historical sites (like the Tea House), a visual blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics (such as the Red Restaurant), Black Pearl-rated Chinese delicacies (Qianhu Fish Port), and Park Hyatt's top-tier Western cuisine (Yue Xuan). Add to that the newly opened petting zoo (with peacocks, miniature pigs, black swans, lambs, deer, and rabbits) and an organic farm (with various fruits and vegetables), and guests can easily lose themselves in enjoyment without ever leaving the property. Of course, what truly satisfies my family and me most is the hotel's professional, warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. A special thank you to the hotel management and service team who provided such careful care and attention during our stay. This includes some staff whose names I know and many more whose names I don't (or didn't remember), such as Director of Rooms Brown, Front Office Manager Catherine, Director of Food & Beverage Lily, Yue Xuan Restaurant Manager Vivian, and Pastry Chef Leo. It is precisely their dedicated efforts that create such memorable Park Hyatt experiences for guests. Park Hyatt Ningbo, we must come again!

YyingyingI have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter.
Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
