The hotel's facilities are indeed new and well-equipped. The bellboy was enthusiastic and helped carry our luggage directly to the room. The lake view room offered an excellent view of the entire Tianming Lake, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially the sea urchin wontons. We also enjoyed local specialties like Ninghai Maibing and Three-Color Pastry. However, there were a few downsides: Firstly, there was a strange odor in the hallways and rooms. The first room even had a strong smell of smoke, which affected our mood despite the front desk promptly changing our room. Secondly, the balcony door and air conditioning are linked, so the AC automatically turns off when the door is opened. This was frustrating on hot days when we wanted both ventilation and cool air. Additionally, since the hotel is not in a central area, there were occasional instances of straw burning, which affected both public areas and the balcony. Lastly, the hotel's overall service consciousness could use some improvement.

My stay this time was very pleasant. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the room was meticulously cleaned, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to rest very well. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, check-in was efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Overall, it offers good value for money, is quiet and not noisy, and is suitable for business trips. I'll choose to stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone. The service was excellent.

The catering is rich and varied, from exquisite Western food to authentic Chinese food. The service staff is enthusiastic, professional and responsive. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, it can provide a high-quality experience, showing the excellence of Hangzhou hotels.

The hotel has convenient transportation and is close to the surrounding ancient towns and Wang Yangming's former residence. The rooms are fully equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the service is excellent, diligent, thoughtful and attentive.

I visited last year and was very satisfied, but my experience this year was just so-so. I'm not sure if they're cutting costs and increasing efficiency, but they seem to be skimping on the air conditioning. The lobby wasn't cool at all; I was actually sweating while checking in. The corridor leading from the lobby to the guest room buildings had almost no AC, and it was very hot. The elevator also lacked AC and was sweltering. The windows in the guest floor hallway were closed tight with no AC, and there was a strong musty smell. The room itself had a musty smell upon entering. If you try to open the balcony door for ventilation, the AC stops working. I'm not sure if they used too much disinfectant on the bed linens, but my skin felt very itchy while sleeping, to the point of waking me up in the middle of the night. The hotel's pest control is also inadequate; I still got many mosquito bites even after applying repellent. Plus, the toilet paper in the room was paper-thin. The overhead shower needs fixing; the water sprayed everywhere. They've cut costs so much that there are only two bottles of mineral water in the room. There was only one pack of tissues, so after washing my hands in the bathroom, I had to go to the room to get paper, which was ridiculous. The only things that haven't declined are the service at the Chinese restaurant and the staff at the go-kart area.

The room is very clean and the location is very good. The Drum Tower is just outside the door, which makes it very convenient for going out.

Our Christmas stay was absolutely perfect! The Christmas gift from the front desk staff was such a delightful surprise – beautifully packaged 'Ping An Guo' (peace apples) and a Christmas gift box. Both the presentation and the thought behind it were exceptional. You can really tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into making every guest feel special, and the festive atmosphere was just incredible. The environment is elegant and clean, and the room's hygiene was impeccable. I've already recommended it to my colleagues!
