My only suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the restaurant, especially for the small tables by the window. Currently, there are only ceiling spotlights, and if they don't align with the tables, it leaves the dining area in darkness. This prevents the dishes from being properly highlighted, diminishing their visual appeal and taste, and also detracts from the overall ambiance.

Мне почему-то выдали комнату, у которой окна на шумную улицу с очень активным трафиком, где едут грузовые автомобили с самого утра до самого позднего вечера, а звукоизоляция окон желает лучшего. Во-вторых в буфете на завтраке был очень скудный выбор фруктов и овощей - только помидоры и крупно нарезанные огурцы - насколько я помню, раньше выбор был гораздо больше. На чистоту комнаты нареканий нет, но в душевой геля для душа было очень мало, почти на донышке - пришлось экономить. Видимо, за этим следят только ”по запросу”.

Overall, my experience was like having to wear a down jacket inside the room.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety and delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located close to Chenghuang Temple Pedestrian Street and Tianyi Square, offering a plethora of delicious dining choices. It's also less than 3 kilometers from the high-speed rail station.

The hotel is located near many spots, either riding an e bike or calling a taxi are all convenient. I booked 5 beds for 4 ppl, feeling a bit too packed, not much space for a big luggage but convenient for light traveler. Near that there are many restaurants and café. The staff are all friendly but there is some language barrier. But overall, it was a nice hotel. Reasonable price, highly recommend.

This was definitely the 'beggar's version' – clearly my status isn't high enough, there's a definite 'RMB smell' to it. My husband, with his higher status, always gets welcome fruit, and even the mini bar has at least three drinks. As someone who tries to snag freebies, I can't help but laugh at myself; it just proves that good stuff isn't cheap, and cheap stuff isn't good. Next time, I'll have to let my family member book the room. After I posted on Xiaohongshu, the butler called that same afternoon. This kind of after-sales service is rare. I've said all I needed to say. Dinner at Qianhu Pavilion was even more expensive than the room itself. I'm speechless with myself. 😅
