Very bad check-in experience. I felt cold at night, so I sent a WeChat message to add a quilt. They said that the quilts are fixed and there are no extra ones. If it's cold, turn on the heater. As a result, the heater was turned off in the middle of the night. I was woken up by the cold. Both of us woke up with a cold. I reported it to the front desk. The front desk said that it might be the previous guest who set the timer. We should check if there is a problem with the setting when we stay. It means that it is our own fault. It is understood that the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel front desk. Since it is controlled by the hotel, wouldn’t the hotel know if the air conditioning is turned off? I don't know how the good reviews in the comments section were given. I also read the reviews before ordering. I am really disappointed.

It has a slight smell, but it will be gone after a while. The room near the window was still a bit cold at night. The location is great. Walk a few dozen meters and you will reach the old street. Very convenient for traveling. There is a refrigerator in the room with a wide selection of drinks. The computer is also running smoothly

Breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful. It is about 15-20 minutes walk to the metro station. Many food choices around the hotel and Wanda Plaza is nearby.

This hotel was a Guancheng Hotel before. We opened it when we were reading junior high school. The local area is quite famous. The breakfast was quite rich, and someone cooked on the first day of the New Year. .

Centrally located, with shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, it was extremely convenient (right next to the Catholic church, a great landmark for ease of walking). The room was well designed and spacious, with a fantastic view of the square. The bed was extremely comfortable, the rain shower had great water pressure, the heat for winter was perfect, and even the toilet seat was heated! (Just a note, the check-in for the hotel is on the third floor so you must enter the side lobby and take the elevator up). Our room included breakfast and it was really well done with a lot of various options. Overall, we would stay here again the next time we are in Ningbo.

MMiss PrinciiThe hotel was nice, the foyer, the and front desk were clean. The checkin took a little longer than we would have liked because I’m guessing we were foreigners so they had a little difficulty. Nevertheless ladies tried their best to handle it and were super kind.
The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay for sure!
It took about 28 minutes to get into the city area but it was fine for us.
