The Hotel Service was very Good. The staff were so welcoming. Check in was so smooth. Food at the buffet was great. Amenities provided were top of the. So convenient. So Good So Clean.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Centrally located, with shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, it was extremely convenient (right next to the Catholic church, a great landmark for ease of walking). The room was well designed and spacious, with a fantastic view of the square. The bed was extremely comfortable, the rain shower had great water pressure, the heat for winter was perfect, and even the toilet seat was heated! (Just a note, the check-in for the hotel is on the third floor so you must enter the side lobby and take the elevator up). Our room included breakfast and it was really well done with a lot of various options. Overall, we would stay here again the next time we are in Ningbo.

The best impression is the service at this selected hotel front desk. During the whole check-in process, the front desk lady was particularly warm and thoughtful, and the business ability was great. Not only did it meet our various needs, but also took the initiative to help us wash and dry clothes. After ironing and tidying, use the hotel's customized cloth bag to return to the room. 房間乾淨衞生，停車場挺大，在這邊入住可以免費停車，這邊早餐種類多，各種各樣的自助餐類型，房間價格也挺優惠，來寧波出差基本上就來這邊，前台小哥小姐姐也比較禮貌，服務態度ok。這邊停車場還有充電地方，感覺還是可以的 現在真的是出行越來越方便了。周圍吃飯地方也挺多的

The room is hygienic and clean. The north-facing twin beds are quiet and spacious. The bedding is very comfortable. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window. The night view at night is very good. The front desk staff, Lingling, is very nice and attentive and informs you that everything is very comprehensive; the breakfast tastes good It's not bad, there are local specialty small seafood, satisfied

Nice room, very satisfied. The slippers are of high quality. There are many things you can borrow at the front desk, including skin care products and facial cleansers. You don't need to bring anything with you. The floor is high and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is good. The location is also good. There are shopping malls all around. The bed is comfortable.
