"It's very quiet, and the room was clean. I stayed on the sunny side, so I got sunlight in the mornings, perfect for sunbathing. Being on a higher floor, I could watch the small train slowly pull into the station nearby. In the distance, I could see the Yongjiang River, making for a very open view. The location is excellent, and there's a pool with a comfortable water temperature, ideal for a vacation and relaxation. There are many dining options nearby, very close to Taicang Mianjie Restaurant, Sanheng Shuijianbao, and the Corner Food Stall. Yuetang Park is right next door, and Tianyi Pavilion isn't far either, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Plus, the subway station is right beside the hotel, making it convenient to get anywhere. The hotel even brought us a complimentary sweet tremella soup every night, which was a lovely, heartwarming touch. The front desk and lobby staff were also very welcoming and highly professional. When we arrived, they upgraded our room directly. My work pressure has been immense lately, so being able to spend a week here, sleeping in until I naturally woke up, and enjoying some seafood, was truly relaxing."

GGuest UserEven before I checked in, a butler reached out to confirm my arrival time and inquire about any specific needs or preferences. Our butler was absolutely fantastic! Since I mentioned I'm quite sensitive to insects, they thoughtfully arranged a private hot spring room with better privacy for me. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness was impressive. The butler even managed to get me a disposable bathtub liner and laundry detergent when I asked. Soaking in the indoor hot spring while reading an e-book and watching a movie was incredibly relaxing and truly helped relieve my fatigue. I'll definitely be back! Our travel photographer, Yingnan, was also excellent. As I'm sensitive to the sun, she was very accommodating and always worked quickly to get the shots. Overall, I was extremely satisfied! The only slight drawback was breakfast. I went at 9:30 AM, which might have been a bit late, and there were a lot of people, making it feel a little disorganized.

GGuest UserTake advantage of the May Day holiday to come to Ninghai, Sheraton is the first choice! Arrived at the hotel before 12 o'clock, and luckily checked in immediately and got an upgraded lake view room 🤭The room comes with a small balcony, and the view is really good! The mood has become happy~ The room is quite large, and it is not crowded at all for two people to live with two suitcases. It is cleaned very well, and it is very safe to stay. I also went to the hotel's swimming pool in the afternoon. The overall environment is also very good and clean. Of course, the service is also great. Everyone greets you friendly when entering and leaving, and there are also brothers to help pick up and send luggage. If I have the opportunity to travel to Ninghai next time, I have to choose Sheraton~

Great service (though wanting to carry my laptop bag is over the top), excellent breakfast (Chinese and western), the pool is good, the gym okay but equipment dated. Best hotel in Yuyao for foreign visitors if you can’t speak any Chinese.

TTellaThe hotel staff is very nice and I especially want to thank 小孟 for going the extra mile to communicate with us in English and to make sure we knew where everything was. He also helped get us the shuttle car to go to the restaurant and for check out.
The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel tries to improve the on-site fishing experience. My husband and I enjoy recreational fishing, which is why we were attracted to this hotel, but the fishing area was very dirty with fruit peels, trash and fishing line lying around. I dont want to go too much into it, but because the fishing was advertised as on-site on Trip.com, it would be nice if the fishing area was as well maintained as the rest of the hotel.
If youre not fishing, I can say the rest of the experience was good and worth it.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying at Langham Place Ningbo was far beyond expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the brand's unique elegance and warmth. The front desk reception was very efficient, and the smiling service made people feel very friendly. Even in the peak season, the check-in procedures were completed quickly, and the hotel facilities were also informed of the usage time. The details were thoughtful.
The deluxe room I booked had an excellent view. The floor-to-ceiling windows showed the beautiful scenery of the city skyline and the river view, which was especially charming when the lights were on at night. The room furnishings are both modern and oriental. The integration of wooden elements adds a sense of warmth. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is very good, ensuring a good night's sleep. The mini bar has a rich selection of drinks, and the free local snacks are even more surprising, making people feel the sincerity of the guests.
The dining aspect is even more of a highlight. The Cantonese cuisine of Mingge Chinese Restaurant is amazing, and the signature roast goose has crispy skin and tender meat, which is just right with sour plum sauce; the buffet breakfast at Langham Cafe is diverse, from freshly made Ningbo glutinous rice balls to Western-style baking. The ingredients are fresh, and the chef will take the initiative to ask about taste preferences, and the service is meticulous.
The hotel is also very conveniently located, within walking distance of the business district and subway station, making travel easy. The fitness center is fully equipped, and you can enjoy the night view through the floor-to-ceiling windows when exercising in the evening, which will make you feel tired. When checking out, the front desk took the initiative to ask about the stay experience and gave a customized souvenir, which was very impressive.
Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, Langham Place Ningbo can bring a high-quality experience with a high cost-effectiveness. I will definitely choose here again next time I come to Ningbo.

GGuest UserI specially chose a weekday to bring my family to Dongqian Lake. The hotel housekeeper called one day in advance to ask about my preferences and needs for staying. The room was prepared with children's toiletries in advance. During the stay, I was responsive to all requests and messages were replied in a timely manner. Hot milk and oil zanzi were also delivered in the evening. The outdoor hot spring area is very large. There are also many pools with different functions. I soaked in them one by one and felt very relaxed. There is also a water park in the indoor hot spring, but I didn't experience it this time. I can bring my children to play in the water park when the weather gets hotter. There is a point in the hotel where you can scan the code to rent an electric car, which is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions without the trouble of driving and parking.

MM*****The hotel is very well located, right next to the lake and not far from Hanling village. We originally booked a garden view room but we were upgraded to a lake view. We had a terrace and the view was amazing!!! The compound is quite large and great for an evening stroll.
The breakfast options were varied and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.
The staff at reception were also great. Very friendly when we arrived and very helpful to get us a golf cart to get to and from our room to the restaurant building.
The only small thing that could be improved in my opinion is the cleanliness in the room. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I noticed a few things that required attention: a small stain on the sofa, some stains on the toilet floor, and there was a small start of mpuld behind the sink taps. I would've also liked for the bins to have rubbish bags inside. Small things though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely return.

MM11702****Seriously, everyone, you won't believe it! My stay at the Park Hyatt Ningbo this time was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Rose at the front desk – she was incredibly thoughtful! She proactively added me on WeChat a day in advance, sending me a super detailed hotel map and clearly outlining all the recent activities. Our communication was so friendly; even before arriving, it felt like a friend was helping me plan my trip. My impression of the hotel was already sky-high!
After checking in, there were even more pleasant surprises. The room was incredibly spacious, with a very sensible layout. The bedding was so soft; I instantly felt relaxed lying on it. All the details were spotless, making for a truly comfortable stay. The hotel's scenery is truly breathtaking. Whether I was enjoying the view from the bay window in my room or strolling through the gardens, the gentle charm of a Jiangnan water town just enveloped me.
The restaurant's dishes were also fantastic, very authentic, and absolutely no disappointments. Moreover, the service throughout the entire hotel was top-notch; every staff member was enthusiastic. I'm truly delighted with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!
