The room was great, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the shower offered good privacy. The tea was surprisingly delicious. Right downstairs is the City God Temple pedestrian street, so it was a little noisy, but not a big issue. The breakfast looked diverse, but honestly, none of it tasted very good. They should consider reducing the variety and focusing on quality instead.

I booked two rooms this time. The suite was quite good, very spacious, and although the facilities were a bit old, they were well-maintained. The king room, however, was very ordinary. The lighting was poor, the room was stuffy, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted manually. The bathroom was incredibly cramped.
The room service was good. Housekeeping did a thorough and meticulous job. When we called for amenities, they were delivered very quickly, and their response was prompt.
Dining, though, was a mixed bag. The buffet restaurant had excellent service, especially from Jiang Qinqin. My family raved about her warm and attentive service every day, insisting I mention her by name. She genuinely went out of her way for the guests.
On the other hand, choosing the hotel's in-house Japanese restaurant for our first dinner was arguably the biggest blunder of the entire trip. There were only two or three tables occupied that day, yet the food service was incredibly slow. After we urged them twice, the server completely lost it, burst into tears, and asked why we were rushing her. She then declared she was quitting the next day, got into an argument with us, and even boasted that she was the highest-ranking person there and we could complain all we wanted!
I truly don't understand how a single hotel can have both an excellent restaurant supervisor and a restaurant manager who goes crazy and yells at guests. The hiring standards of this hotel are truly astonishing.
After this experience, I can only say I will try to avoid Pan Pacific hotels in the future. The baseline is just too low; I can't put up with that kind of treatment.

The A block's decor definitely shows its age, but it's impeccably clean, and the service is absolutely fantastic. The butler was always attentive, and in the evenings, they provided essential oils for aromatherapy, disposable bath liners, and herbal bath sachets. Every staff member greeted us politely. The location is perfect, right next to Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake, making it super convenient to walk to both.

FeihuapiaoxuStaying at the Marriott in Ningbo was a great choice for my trip. The high-ceilinged lobby immediately sets a wonderful atmosphere, but what really stood out was the incredibly warm service from Ayla at the front desk. Her check-in process wasn't rushed or robotic; she spoke softly and attentively, even kindly recommending a great spot to catch the beautiful Three Rivers night view in the evening. The whole check-in was seamless, and every detail showed genuine care. It added a comforting warmth to my journey. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Extremely satisfied! I didn't expect such a high-quality stay for this price; it far exceeded my expectations. The specific pros: the room was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean with no strange odors. Check-in was immediate upon arrival, with no delays. The 2 PM check-out time was very generous (most hotels are 12 PM). It's also quite close to the subway station and the Ningbo Cultural Plaza Grand Theater, making it very convenient for catching a show. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town for a performance.

Guest UserAn excellent holiday experience! I was a bit worried beforehand that the hotel might be old and the service poor, but that wasn't the case at all. The duty manager added me on WeChat in advance and arranged for a renovated courtyard room, even including free breakfast for the child. The room was very satisfying, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. During my stay, I received a package, and the concierge delivered it exceptionally quickly. The hotel itself is picturesque, and its location is also great.

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side.
The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly.
The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.

Guest UserWe first inquired about Tianmingshan, and they recommended us to stay downstairs.
We traveled with my husband, son, and daughter, a family of four.
Thanks to the front desk manager for upgrading us to a suite.
It was quite nice. I initially thought it would have a strong musty smell, but it was fine once we got inside.
The hot springs and breakfast were both good, though the walk up and down the stairs can be a bit slippery on rainy days.
