Very clean and chic hotel with fantastic location. Staff friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and service oriented; offered water and tea when we taking rest in lobby and when we checking out. And you can enjoy free supper, and free laundry! Wonderful! Comforting and welcoming lobby, we will book Atour again in near future to China😍😍😍

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything's very good! The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is very delicious and you can get free ice cream, popcorn, and tea whenever you want. The staffs are so kind and welcoming, although our Chinese is not that good, they tried hard to communicate with us.

Hotel is clean. The room is spacious. Front desk is friendly. The staffs greets you when you comes and goes. Price is decent since I'm paying USD. A little more compared in the area. The hotel shows it's age, including the rooms. I booked the King Bed room at around $100 USD a night. But I like it when they give you 4 pillows and 2 are memory foam pillows which I love. Unlimited bottle waters, they are placed everywhere in the hotel for you to grab. The breakfast has a wide variety. If you didn't book breakfast a day ahead it's 100RMB. If you tell them a day ahead that you'll be getting breakfast the next day, it's 50RMB per person. As I recall it was $13 more when I book my room with 2 breakfasts. I would stay here again.

The hotel is nice and room are spacious. The location is fine too. Breakfast is more Chinese stile oriented but there is a coffee machine and the coffee is fine. The only issue I had are bites all over my feet and legs by insects. I think it is due to the carpet floor both in the rooms and on each floor corridor.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Good hotel located just a 5 minute walk away from Tianyi square. The breakfast area was being renovated when I stayed, so didn't try the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Great value for money!

The unique Chinese aesthetic architecture incorporates the traditional elements of Jiangnan pavilions and towers. The hotel is magnificent and looks like an ancient palace from a distance. It is extremely beautiful, with a long and beautiful corridor, which is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. The lobby is unique, and the environment and facilities are absolutely five-star standards. Some details are better, and the breakfast is also rich. When checking in, the front desk guy helped to upgrade the room type, and the girl was very considerate to lead us to the door of the room. It was a very good service experience! This time I stayed because I was in a hurry to go back to my hometown. Next time I will definitely come back to experience it. Recommend it!

The downstairs is quiet and convenient, and the hotel's hardware and software facilities are comfortable. The only thing is that the hair dryer is noisy and does not produce negative ions.

This time I took my mom and kids out to soak in the hot springs. It was the first time for my mom to stay in such a suite. The kids were also very excited because there were two floors with stairs. In particular, the housekeeper Lou Xiaohong was very kind and the service was very thoughtful. She responded immediately when there was a need, and even my mom praised it repeatedly. Wherever I went, the service staff would greet me warmly. I have stayed in so many hotels, and this time the waiter at Huaqiao Howard Johnson was the most enthusiastic. I have recommended it to many of my clients and friends, and I will come again next time!
