Location: Extremely convenient. It's right next to Chenghuang Temple, and just a dozen meters from the subway exit to the hotel entrance. Nearby, you'll find Tianyi Square, Amao Restaurant, Yongshang Famous Stove, and more. Shopping, dining, and transportation are all incredibly convenient.
Facilities: It's a new hotel with elegant decor and comprehensive, thoughtful facilities. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and a powerful, hot shower – perfect for washing away the day's fatigue after exploring. Disposable amenities are complete, including bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, tea bags, mineral water, hand soap, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's also hot water at the sink, which is a nice touch. The hairdryer is a Laifen, which I was happy with.
Service: The front desk staff, cleaning crew, and restaurant servers were all kind and approachable, always attentive to guests' needs. The front desk always greeted me when I came and went, and the lobby offered tea and snacks, making for a pleasant experience. You need to use your key card for the elevators, ensuring security, and food deliveries are brought up to your room by a robot, which is very convenient.

MM519593****For my trip to Ningbo, I chose the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites, and the service exceeded my expectations. Even before arrival, I had a dedicated one-on-one butler, Miya, who asked about my room preferences and arranged the room in advance according to my requests. This saved me time, as I was able to check in immediately upon arrival.
Miya also offered excellent recommendations for popular tourist spots in Ningbo once she learned I was here for leisure – that was fantastic!
Upon reaching the front desk, the staff were very efficient; check-in was completed in about five minutes, which was great and didn't waste any time. The room offered great views, and if needed, kitchenware could be provided for cooking. It was all very well arranged, and I loved it.
What truly deserves special praise are the swimming pool and gym. The facilities are very well-maintained, and they use excellent brands for the fitness equipment.
The hotel's breakfast buffet was extensive, including both Chinese and Western options, as well as local Ningbo specialties. The taste was superb, and the restaurant environment was wonderful. I especially enjoyed sitting by the floor-to-ceiling window for the expansive view. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Ningbo!

XXidan123Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time.
It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B.
The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The welcome fruits and flowers are still very warm. There is only a window on the top to watch the starry sky. The glass is a little dirty after a long time, but it doesn't affect it at night.
After that, we walked around. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea.
Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village.
I made an appointment for dinner and hot springs in the evening at the B&B. Because it is a reservation system, it is equivalent to a private soup, which feels good. Half an hour is completely enough. The dinner tastes good, and the chef gives a good review.

The room was more spacious than I imagined, with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling window, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The attention to detail was impressive: the mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and the toiletries were from a well-known brand with a subtle fragrance. The location is excellent, convenient for both attractions and shopping districts. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the local specialties were very authentic. At check-out, they even thoughtfully presented a small souvenir. Overall, it's great value for money, with warm service. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

It’s a very nice hotel, the businessrooms are nice and large and comfortable.
Had a lot of trouble getting internet connection, service staff using google translate to send voice message over the phone, surely some simple instructions for foreign guests would do the job. I had to call the service desk 3 times. In the end one of the staff came to my room and sorted it out, she was nice and helpful. The breakfast was vast and good. Nice dining area environment.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a high standard. It is clean, quiet and has got very good river views. Staff are very friendly. Especially, Mr. John Guo was very helpful with my luggages and parcel and everything. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Especially, they provide fresh squeezed juices (watermelon juices, and orange juices)and cucumber juices. Hotel has also got a big swimming pool with 1.2 and 1.5 meters 2 depths. Would highly recommend.

We booked a total of four rooms, and before our arrival, the hotel proactively called us to give a detailed overview of their facilities and services. They even thoughtfully helped us book a restaurant reservation. Everything was arranged promptly and meticulously, and we're very grateful to May for her assistance.
Upon checking in, the experience got even better: the rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's environment was serene and elegant, truly feeling like a traditional Jiangnan garden – every photo we took was picturesque. The hotel service, from the front desk to housekeeping, deserves special commendation; every staff member was warm and professional, making us feel incredibly welcome. Furthermore, the pre-booked travel photography service was excellent; the photographer's skills were top-notch, capturing many wonderful moments.
The only minor regret was that bottled water wasn't provided during the boat trip. We had brought our own snacks, but got a bit thirsty midway through the tour, so having drinking water available would have been a more thoughtful touch. However, this small incident did not detract from the overall outstanding experience.
The Park Hyatt Ningbo excels in service, environment, and facilities, making it ideal for trips with friends or family. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again and will recommend it to more friends! Five-star rating!

Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
