Had a wonderfully relaxing weekend getaway at the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu! The room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The lobby has a really elegant atmosphere. Mina, one of the staff members, was incredibly warm and attentive. The location is super convenient for getting around and shopping. And the revolving restaurant on the 50th floor offers amazing views! This is definitely a great spot for a short weekend trip.

After staying in hotels for so many years, I really couldn't resist writing a long review to praise Pengnian Rennaissance. This stay was absolutely perfect; from the moment I walked in, I felt truly at home. The room was incredible, even bigger than I imagined. The bedding was just the right firmness, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was exceptionally well-done. What surprised me most was at checkout. I casually mentioned that I had some things to deal with in the afternoon, and the front desk immediately arranged a 3 PM checkout for me without hesitation. That feeling of being valued was truly wonderful. Honestly, among all the hotels I've stayed in, very few manage to deliver such detailed service. From check-in to check-out, every step felt comfortable and natural. They weren't overly enthusiastic to the point of being awkward, nor were they so cold that I felt ignored. This 'just right' warmth is probably the experience the Renaissance aims to convey. Next time I'm here for a business trip, Pengnian Rennaissance will definitely be my first choice. I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home feeling during their travels; it's truly worth it.

Clean and hygienic, as expected from a big hotel. The kids loved the swimming pool, and there's also a restaurant so you can spend the whole day at the hotel. Plus, there are lots of great food options nearby downstairs. We really enjoyed ourselves!

When the lights came on at night, it was like looking at a painting; I couldn't resist taking several photos. The location is also unbeatable. It's right next to a commercial area, and there are tons of dining options within walking distance. Going out for a stroll in the evening, grabbing a bubble tea, and enjoying the breeze was just perfect. Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was big, the service was excellent, the location was superb, the view was spectacular, and it offered incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen, and I absolutely recommend it to my friends.

The room itself was incredibly spacious, much larger than I'd anticipated. I could spread out my luggage without feeling cramped, and there was plenty of room to move around comfortably. What I loved most was the unique circular suite design. Most hotel rooms are boxy, but this circular layout was striking from the moment I entered. It made the entire space feel fluid and incredibly well-designed. The bed was placed in the curved area, and lying there gave me a sense of cozy security; I slept wonderfully. The electric curtains were a nice touch – a press of a button in the morning, and the light slowly streamed in, creating a truly pleasant ambiance. The bathroom was also large, with excellent dry/wet separation, and the bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak. The toiletries had a subtle, pleasant scent and left my skin feeling hydrated. The room's attention to detail was impressive, too. Power outlets were conveniently placed, and there were USB ports by the bed, so I didn't have to hunt for adapters. The fruit was incredibly fresh; the strawberries were sweet, and the pear was juicy – it really brightened my mood. The service was impeccable. Whether I called for extra water or asked for recommendations for local food, the staff were always so patient and spoke in such a gentle tone. Overall, my stay can be summed up in two words: sheer comfort.
