Room facilities were all in great working order, and there were plenty of amenities like a hairdryer and hangers. All the staff were kind and patient; they meticulously explained directions whenever I asked. The hotel environment was well-organized and easy to find, with convenient transportation. The value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same price range."

"The hotel's location is great, though the entrance isn't very obvious – it's actually right across from Huaqiangbei Road. You'll see a lot of international guests coming and going, many of whom are clearly young people visiting from abroad for business or travel. The geographical location is excellent, less than a few hundred meters from Huaqiang Station. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby, making it convenient for exploring various parts of Shenzhen. It can't compare to a grand hotel, but it's clean, which is a major plus. Try to avoid lower floors, as you'll experience vibrations from the subway passing by, basically from day to night. I was assigned an end room on the second floor, and the subway vibrations were constant throughout my stay, which definitely affected my sleep."

"The main advantage of this hotel is you are directly above the metro in the heart of the financial sector. If your visiting Shenzhen to Be in the heart of things, this is the place to be. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and speak English well, provides all the amenities to need including a fridge and toilet with a control panel. One thing I found of but ok was the sink was not in the bathroom, it was in the corridor between bathroom and main room"

"Had a great time and experience in Tiantai No. 1 Homestay. The apartment is in a great location, very near to Dongmen Old Street/Pedestrian Street and many eateries. It is also within walking distance to Guomao Metro Station, King Glory Plaza and many more! The crew was really friendly and helpful. Xiao Fang was always ready to answer any questions I had, even before we arrived in Shenzhen and helped to make sure that our room was kept clean and well-stocked. Because our apartment is on the highest floor of the building, we had access to the rooftop where we could chill in the evening and enjoy the stunning skyline of Shenzhen. If I have t o pick a bone, it will be the narrow spiral staircase leading to our apartment. Luckily, a male crew member was there to help with our heavy luggage. Otherwise, we may have a hard time bring them up and down the staircase. I will definitely recommend Tiantai No.1 Homestay to my family and friends. Hopefully, we get to try our other rooms when we visit Shenzhen next time."

The environment and hygiene were reassuring; cleaning left no neglected corners, the toilet and washbasin were sparkling clean, and the carpet had no dust or odors. The service was attentive and thoughtful; the front desk was staffed 24 hours, online calls for room service were answered promptly, and small issues were addressed by staff immediately upon arrival. The room facilities were brand new, with smart voice control for lights and curtains, a spacious shower with stable water pressure, and ample storage space with tables and chairs. The public areas were clean and tidy, the lounge area was quiet, and the soundproofing was outstanding, ensuring a peaceful night's rest free from external disturbances. Overall, the value for money is exceptional."
