"Take some time to find this service apartment location, their check-in counter is at level 6 and there is nothing no sign to leads the ways up.
Do take note there are 3 Tower -A, B, C and unit number are the same. If you asking friends to visit you MUST advise the Tower.
The room we booked they claimed for 8 people, i believe they are referring beds not the room area. This unit has 1 toilet, 2 rooms with queen size and another 2 queen size bed occupied the hall and 3ft table, 2 chairs. Their very small kitchen allows 1 person to go in and there is a stove BUT no utensils and cutlery.
**Look at the ceiling patches here n there.
So if each of us bought 26-28 inches size luggage. How to clamp is the room!!

I arrived quite hot and sweaty from my walk, and they immediately offered to help with my luggage, gave me tissues to wipe my face, and even got me some water – so thoughtful! It felt just like coming home. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's a great place, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip. Highly recommended."

"Had a great time and experience in Tiantai No. 1 Homestay. The apartment is in a great location, very near to Dongmen Old Street/Pedestrian Street and many eateries. It is also within walking distance to Guomao Metro Station, King Glory Plaza and many more! The crew was really friendly and helpful. Xiao Fang was always ready to answer any questions I had, even before we arrived in Shenzhen and helped to make sure that our room was kept clean and well-stocked. Because our apartment is on the highest floor of the building, we had access to the rooftop where we could chill in the evening and enjoy the stunning skyline of Shenzhen.
If I have t o pick a bone, it will be the narrow spiral staircase leading to our apartment. Luckily, a male crew member was there to help with our heavy luggage. Otherwise, we may have a hard time bring them up and down the staircase.
I will definitely recommend Tiantai No.1 Homestay to my family and friends. Hopefully, we get to try our other rooms when we visit Shenzhen next time."

Every detail is thoughtful, the sea breeze blows gently, and the sound of waves accompanies you to sleep. It is really a great place to have close contact with the sea. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some leisure time, this is definitely a good choice not to be missed!

GGuest UserI usually love staying at InterContinental hotels, but this trip was truly the best in terms of both my personal experience and the environment! I was fortunate to participate in a training session thanks to Teacher Daqi's team, and that's how I ended up staying at this hotel. The hotel Teacher Daqi chose has been my favorite among all my travels so far. It was supposed to rain those days, but miraculously, the rain stopped, and the weather was beautiful. In the afternoon, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the beach and spent a long time just relaxing. It was breathtakingly beautiful and I'm so grateful. The hotel also offers yacht experiences and other recreational activities, and the food is delicious – I highly recommend it! I rarely write reviews voluntarily, but I'm truly grateful. If I have another chance to visit Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again! In fact, I'm very thankful for this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and I'm very grateful to Teacher Daqi and everyone at the hotel. Thank you 🙏

SsisisisiQI specifically chose a weekday during the off-season to experience this place, as the reviews I saw online seemed quite positive. This guesthouse is located at the foot of Qiniang Mountain, in a village situated in a low-lying area in the middle of Dapeng Peninsula. The houses in this village are neatly arranged, and this particular guesthouse is nestled in a corner, facing Qiniang Mountain.
The surrounding area feels like a traditional village. The interior design of the guesthouse is quite good, and the room facilities are decent, definitely above average for a guesthouse. It's very suitable for family trips. The bedding in my room and the large bay window were both very comfortable. The only minor issue was that the toilet seemed a bit clogged and wasn't flushing smoothly.
When I saw it in person, I thought it was pretty good.
The price during the off-season was quite reasonable, though it didn't include breakfast. Ordering breakfast separately was expensive, and there wasn't much good food elsewhere in the village. I had to walk quite a distance before finding a肠粉 (rice noodle roll) shop.
A big advantage here is the environment, with direct mountain views. The small courtyard downstairs is also beautifully designed, perfect for sitting and enjoying tea or simply relaxing. In the morning, you can also take the convenient mountain path for a hike, and there's a museum nearby that's worth a visit.

They have their own restaurant, and the food is tasty. The sunset view from the restaurant is 10 out of 10. Amazing!

XXichengchengFacilities: The room was spacious with two 1.5-meter beds, and the bathroom shower was very comfortable.
Cleanliness: Spotless! The bedding was excellent, especially the pillows – super comfy, full marks!
Environment: The concierge upgraded our room, which had a small balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the beach. The view was absolutely amazing! The beach has fine white sand, and you can catch crabs at night. Both the sunrise and sunset were beautiful!
Service: Our concierge, a lovely young lady, was incredibly thoughtful and sweet! She contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time and made sure the AC was on. Her service was exceptional, and her charming smile always brightened our day. The seafood restaurant she recommended offered delivery service, and the food was delicious. She's truly reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Jiaochangwei!

He took care of everything from check-in to check-out, making sure all our needs were met. The hotel facilities are excellent; the rooms come with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, which is super convenient for longer stays. The pool is also fantastic. JJenny yy wThis was a perfect hotel for us to land after a long international flight with young kids; huge hotel and compound which likely had its prime when it was first built 20 years ago; it needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep but the standout of it was its nature park access which is a must with young kids; so beautiful and lots of fun. It would be so nice if it became more popular again so they can restore the place to its former glory. Workers were really warm and friendly; breakfast was a nice touch.

GGuest UserCame here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable with no strange smells. Right from the entrance, the security guard gave clear directions. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic. The view from the restaurant overlooking all the yachts was spectacular. The hotel's breakfast was perfectly to my taste. While it's a bit of a walk to the beach, it's the hotel's private beach, so it wasn't crowded at all, which made for a fantastic experience! 👍👍👍

GGuest UserThe hotel is right on the beach, which was pleasantly uncrowded – just a few people around. The sand was really fine, perfect for some quiet contemplation. The staff were super friendly and accommodating; they'd go out of their way to help. For example, I asked for my breakfast to be delivered later so I could sleep in, and the chef kept it warm in the kitchen until I came down to eat. I also accidentally left some clothes behind, and the cleaning lady found them, and the concierge arranged to have them couriered back to me! Thumbs up! 👍

GGuest UserThe 2 rooms service apartment is very spaces with 2 floors .The problem is the lower floor toilet water flow design is totally out , after shower the whole toilet was flooded so our legs still soak into the dirty water that can flow out in time . Very bad design .
The second room is really small and cannot put in any luggage bag .
