"I stayed 3 nights, ate every dinner there and would absolutely come again! I was super lucky to get an upgrade on arrival (see photo of the view from my balcony 7am in the morning)
I‘d read that staying 3 nights was too long, but for me it was perfect. I did the dazhai to ping‘an hike one day and took the gondola up the next day.
On my last morning they even drove me down to the parking lot to get on the right bus. Super sweet!
Only minor issue: my room was a non-smoker room and it really did not smell of smoke at all unless I tried to use the aircon. Somehow the air coming out of the aircon smelled of smoke. For me that wasn‘t a huge issue as I decided not to use the aircon & was fine."

Not only is the decor superior to 95% of the other guesthouses around, but the food is also delicious, so we ended up eating most of our meals right here. The Dong minority young man working there was very proactive in helping us with our luggage, which really lightened our load after traveling. The complimentary coffee was also incredibly tasty; I even got a cup to go in my thermos to enjoy later. Both the hotel's facilities and the service made this trip incredibly pleasant."

"Had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly sincere and even offered personal pick-up and drop-off services. They were also very enthusiastic in providing travel tips and helping us plan our itinerary. A pleasant surprise was the fantastic room location; we could see the breathtaking terraced fields right from our balcony, and we were even lucky enough to catch the sunrise there. I must also mention that the owner's cooking was absolutely delicious! This time, I got to see the 'mirror' terraced fields, and I'm already looking forward to seeing the golden rice paddies here in autumn."

The guesthouse is very new, and the bedding quality is even better than what you'd find in chain hotels. It's equipped with a projector and a bathtub, and there's also an observation deck downstairs.

The place was spotlessly clean; you could comfortably walk barefoot on the floors.

It's just a few minutes' walk to Jinfoding Peak, which is incredibly convenient. From our guesthouse room, we enjoyed views of the mountains and rice terraces. We were also fortunate enough to witness a total ***** eclipse and the sunrise, both stunning sights.
## Service
The owner personally provided pick-up and drop-off services. During the off-season, they upgraded our room type. The complimentary rice wine and monk fruit tea were both delicious. They also sell dried monk fruit at the guesthouse, which can be purchased and shipped for two yuan each."

"Traveling with my family, young and old, during the May Day holiday, the room view was absolutely incredible! We could just lie on the sofa by the window and enjoy the stunning terraced fields – so comfortable and relaxing. The B&B is right next to the 'Thousand-Layer Terraces,' about a 15-20 minute walk away. Alternatively, the owner can drop you off at the cable car station to take the cable car up to 'Jinfoding' (Golden Buddha Peak), which the room directly faces. It made for a truly amazing experience.
Dining at the B&B was also super convenient. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were authentic. A glass of their homemade rice wine really awakens your taste buds and lifts your spirits! 😁"

We asked for the show time at the Huangluo village but hotel did not give us any info. Saying that they don’t have any idea about the show.
We asked for a ride to Huangluo Yao Village that is 10minutes ride and the guy in the reception charged us 70¥.
After all, we need to know how to reach Guilin from the village but still the guy replied saying that we have to take a didi taxi.
Hopefully, the people in the village are so friendly and helped me and my daughter to get the bus to Guilin for 80¥ only."

No. 1 of Scenic Hotels in Longji Rice Terraces"It rained quite a bit in May, and it was raining when we visited, but the misty Longsheng had its own unique charm. The hotel was incredibly photogenic 📷.
The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the little details were well thought out. We stayed in a family room with a smart toilet 🚽 and Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures. The water pressure and temperature were stable, and they even provided a children's step stool at the sink. The toiletries were also of great quality 👍.
The hotel has a restaurant on the first floor with affordable prices and good food. I recommend dining at the hotel, as guests get a discount.
Parking is convenient 🅿️; you can park right in front of the hotel, which makes it easy to unload luggage. The hotel also has an elevator 🛗, making it a comfortable and easy stay with kids, very suitable for family travel."

"Our stay at the hotel was great!
The hosts are super friendly and helpful. They also respond very quickly to all your questions and you can easily reach them via WeChat.
They helped us to book a direct bus from Guilin to Dazhai and from Dazhai to Yangshuo.
The pick up and drop off service from the Dazhai parking lot is quick and efficient, we were really happy that we didn't need to walk up the hill with our heavy luggage.
The room is clean, spacious and luxurious.
The breakfast is really good. We also ordered food for dinner twice and it was delicious! We also got some very good rice wine and tea with the dinner.
We're travelling in China for a month and this was definitely our best stay of the entire trip!"

We stayed at the hotel with two children (5 and 14). It was a delightful two days of our lives. The best time to visit is early in the morning and in the late afternoon, when the main flow of tourists leaves the village and the locals come out after a long day of work. There are stunning trails around the area that you can explore on your own.
The hotel is luxurious and very modern. The staff at the reception is warm and friendly. We would like to express our gratitude to Noah for his assistance and resolution of all our non-residential issues.
I would also like to mention the master classes organized by the hotel. It was a very interesting experience that our family enjoyed.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! If you're considering this hotel, just book it with your eyes closed. The service, facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and dining are all absolutely beyond 5-star quality.
First, let's talk about the room facilities and cleanliness. The room was stunning and spotless. As soon as I walked in, I thought, 'The design here must have been guided by an expert.' I even sent photos to friends who said it looked like something out of Muji, haha. And the view from the window? Speechless... it's a direct, unobstructed view of the rice terraces, absolutely breathtaking.
The service deserves huge praise too. Who is so good at selecting and training their staff? Can they do a training tour for all 5-star hotels nationwide? They're warm, hospitable, and a pleasure to be around. They anticipate your needs before you even think of them – they're just so proactive! It wouldn't be an exaggeration to call them personal butlers. I've never had such a comfortable hotel stay.
It seems the hotel restaurant isn't listed on apps, but wow! The food was so good I wanted to hire the chef to cook for me at home. I stayed for three nights and pretty much tried all the specialty dishes. Not a single one was a miss, and it's far beyond typical farm-to-table quality. I really wanted to ask the chef which high-end hotel they trained at. 🥹
Oh, and there's an incredibly cute little dog! It's so well-behaved and clean, and it even 'waves' to ask for pets and cuddles.

1.首先説一下入住的酒店吧，本來是打算中心温泉酒店的，算了下價格，最終還是選擇了這家民宿，主要是中心温泉的房間確實有些年限了，也是第二次住這家民宿了，這個民宿條件比較好，窗外就是遠山和寨樓，視野開闊，而且房價是含有瑤家的特色油茶早餐的，吃了確實挺好的，老闆一家人依舊很熱情，一樓有茶桌一起喝茶聊天，晚上他們帶自己孩子去門口水塘夾泥鰍，我們家的孩子也蹭着一起去了，別提多開心了，一個非常難得的體驗，當天下午老闆幫我們訂了中心温泉的🎫，第二天老闆幫我們訂了布尼梯田的纜車及門票，晚上和第二天中午在他們家吃了兩餐飯，第一餐是土雞湯、自己家的臘肉，自己種的菜花及糯米酒，簡簡單單的就非常美味，主要是食材好，特別是他們家的糯米酒，完全沒有度數的，我們的兩個孩子幹掉了一可樂瓶，第二餐專門和老闆訂了牛肉牛骨，農村的趕山🐄又不打水，牛骨湯隨隨便便燙牛肉和自己種的青菜就非常好吃了👍👍👍
2.中心温泉泡的人也不是很多，可能是池子比較多吧，我們在38℃的池子裏一直泡了很久，温泉♨️的水温很舒服，但是離開水後就非常冷，一定要裹好浴巾，不然容易感冒！孩子們特別喜歡親水，要不是要吃晚飯了，泡了3個小時還不想回去呢！
3.第二天上午去了布尼梯田和梯田邊的神龜瀑布，布尼梯田規模沒有平安的大，但是好在有上下🚡，輕鬆了很多，而且人也不多，拍照的話不會拍着一堆的人，剛剛好稻穀金黃，我們都覺得也挺好看的，神龜瀑布需要步行，是一個小點的山間小瀑布，噴出水霧，因為有個石頭象龜背，故命名。
總結一下：住的乾淨衞生，安靜且空氣清新，吃的原生態有瑤家特色，泡了温泉♨️看了瀑布，體驗了農家樂，非常棒棒噠一次超性價比假期🤗🤗🤗

First off, the location is simply unbeatable – truly the prime viewing spot for the Longji Terraces. Open your window, and you're immediately greeted by the breathtaking, undulating curves of the rice paddies. When the clouds and mist roll in, it feels like living inside a classical painting. And watching the wisps of smoke rise from the valley at dusk, time genuinely seems to slow to a crawl. The inn itself is also incredibly clean and comfortable; every nook and cranny is meticulously tidied, making it a perfectly reassuring choice for families traveling with children.
The proprietress was even more heartwarming, treating us like close family. She welcomed us with hot tea the moment we arrived, enthusiastically sharing tips on the best spots for sunset views and recommending the most delicious bamboo rice. She even helped us carry our luggage all the way to our room.
But what I'll truly remember for a lifetime was the 'drone scare' that evening! It was already dark, and I was trying to capture night photos of the terraced fields when I accidentally flew my drone a bit too high. With the low visibility, it crashed into the trees, and I instantly panicked. As I was squatting on the ground, frantically trying to figure out what to do, the innkeeper appeared with a flashlight and simply said, 'Come on, I'll help you find it!'
It was pitch black in the mountains that night, impossible to see your hand in front of your face, and the path was incredibly steep. As we walked, a small venomous snake suddenly darted out, scaring me so much I almost screamed. But with lightning-fast reflexes, the innkeeper grabbed a branch and deftly pushed the snake away. We continued our search for nearly half an hour, stumbling through the uneven terrain, until we finally located the drone, tangled in grass and leaves within the bushes. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and relief, yet still shaking from the scare. He was drenched in sweat but kept repeating, 'As long as it's found, that's all that matters.'
This wasn't just a hotel stay; it truly felt like finding kind-hearted family in the mountains! And as for the scenery? Words aren't enough – I'll just let the photos speak for themselves. After all, even a tiny glimpse through the lens is enough to linger in your memory for a long, long time. Next time I'm in Longji, I'm definitely staying here again!

JJingcaisunjianThe location is great, just a seven or eight-minute walk from the Ping'anzhai observation deck. The scenery is absolutely stunning, surrounded by mountains. Opening the balcony door from your room feels like you're living in the clouds.
We went during the off-season, so there weren't many people. The guesthouse has a traditional Chinese architectural style, all solid wood, and the materials used are very substantial.
The only downside is that you have to park in a designated parking lot quite far from the hotel, pay a high parking fee, and then buy an electric cart ticket to get up there. You can clearly drive up yourself, which I found very confusing and inconvenient.

GGuest UserThe owner, a charming lady from Chongqing, is incredibly warm and welcoming. She was always prompt and efficient with the mountain shuttle service, and the vehicle itself was very comfortable.
The food served here is freshly prepared to order, always hot and delicious. I highly recommend the local chicken prepared two ways and the fresh mountain greens. The complimentary glutinous rice wine was a surprisingly delightful treat. Plus, American coffee comes with unlimited refills (just don't waste it!) – a nice bonus.
The rooms are on par with standard hotel quality and get great natural light. From just outside the room, you can admire the terraced fields, which offer different charms throughout the day. The swimming pool water is clean and accessible anytime. Complimentary traditional Yao ethnic clothing is available for guests to try on and wear. The Turkish-style viewing platform is a perfect spot to relax and cool down after dinner. Lying there, with the mountains at your back, listening to the birds chirp and frogs croak from the fields, is incredibly peaceful and relaxing.
Just a small suggestion: It would be even better if the local aunties serving food in the restaurant could be as warm and smiling as the owner.

GGuest UserAll in all an extremely pleasant stay! The location is absolutely stunning. Sure, it might be a little bit off the beaten track, but the views are all the more rewarding and the hiking path from Dazhai is also highly recommended.
The hotel lobby also functions as a big living room and a little restaurant run by the owners. The food is excellent and well priced (definitely try their rice wine!). Because we were there in winter and it was cold, the owners even put a small radiator under our table to make it comfortable.
Generally, the owners were super nice and friendly and adding their absolutely adorable puppy, we almost couldn't bring ourselves to leave.
The rooms were very clean, have a small separate bathroom and we had a small balcony with view over the rice terraces. For a more budget option there is also rooms without AC or view, in that case you can still enjoy quite a bit of the scenery from the living room downstairs or just by exploring the surroundings on foot. (The picture is shot from our balcony, but sadly some of the view was obscured by the winter mist.)
We will definitely try to come again sometime in summer and are already excited thinking about staying in this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe views from both the restaurant and the rooms are absolutely breathtaking. We could see the stunning 'Seven Stars with Moon' landscape, and in the morning, we were even treated to a beautiful sea of clouds. The hostess is an incredible cook; all the dishes we ordered, like the bamboo tube rice, bamboo tube chicken, and green pepper beef, were delicious. Breakfast was excellent too! The owners and their family were so warm and welcoming. This is hands down the best homestay I've ever stayed at. I definitely plan to return if I get the chance!

Room: spacious, clean, with all the amenities as described.
Hosts: a young couple with kids and mother, nice, welcoming people. Although they do not speak English, you can easily communicate via WeChat. They helped me with booking a bus to Guilin.
The hotel is recommended for nice views and local village experience.
I would like to have a menu, as well as a sketch map of the area with observation platforms, villages, hiking routes in English. Information on local events and local but routes/ schedules would also be helpful for non-Chinese tourists.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have come to Longji. I lived on the edge of the Five Tigers in Kowloon last time. I didn’t climb to the mountain much. However, that one is a mountain view, that is, the room does not have terraces. Therefore, this time I want to say that I will try it in Ping'an Village. This should be an old hotel, but the sanitary landscape is first-class. Although unlike the Kowloon Five Tigers, you can take the shuttle bus to the hotel entrance, but this one will only take two minutes to get off the bus. The hotel’s food is cooked by the proprietress. The hotel’s pick-up service is the boss’s own responsibility. The bed linen and bath towels are very clean and the water is very hot. The large balcony is even more direct to the terraces, the price is super high, it is recommended. Figure 1 and 2 are taken from the balcony, super beautiful. . By the way, there are many shops on the Kowloon Five Tigers that borrow folk costumes, a set of 20 yuan, really, come here, it is still very good to borrow a set of photos.

GGuest UserThe Longsheng Hot Springs Resort was a well-spent time of refreshing and relaxing. Surrounded by mountains, crisp air and the sounds of flowing creeks below was an absolutely soothing experience.
The “mountain view” room was clean and spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. I really liked the rocking chair as it added a warm aesthetic to the overall decor. The breakfast buffet was good and provided a variety of options.
The all-day access allowed me ample time to immerse myself into the different climatized pools which was great and I instantly felt regenerated. The natural environment was scenic and inspiring as I took in the warmth and heat of the springs. Though it was quite overcast and a drizzly few days, being outdoors didn’t feel cold.
The staff were quite friendly and helpful and provided adequate responses to various inquiries despite the language barrier. I was glad to make this trip and have this experience.
My only recommendation would be to provide larger sized robes upon request. I found those in my room a bit small and I would’ve preferred a larger one but when I asked at the front desk, none were available.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d highly recommend it!

I had to eat another bowl of my favorite noodle soup before leaving! With such a beautiful view and the friendly local Red Yao proprietress, we stayed one more night.
