GGuest UserMy stay at the Longji Rice Terraces Yunyin Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, treating us like old friends. The food here is outstanding; they cook local specialties so deliciously that every meal left us feeling completely satisfied. The service was also impeccable, very attentive and thoughtful. It's such great value for money to stay here, I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the terraces!

NNina__1Our stay at the hotel was great! The hosts are super friendly and helpful. They also respond very quickly to all your questions and you can easily reach them via WeChat. They helped us to book a direct bus from Guilin to Dazhai and from Dazhai to Yangshuo. The pick up and drop off service from the Dazhai parking lot is quick and efficient, we were really happy that we didn't need to walk up the hill with our heavy luggage. The room is clean, spacious and luxurious. The breakfast is really good. We also ordered food for dinner twice and it was delicious! We also got some very good rice wine and tea with the dinner. We're travelling in China for a month and this was definitely our best stay of the entire trip!

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, with convenient parking right at the entrance. From the balcony, we had expansive views of the rice terraces. The host's service was exceptional; they helped with our luggage, and the meals they cooked were incredibly flavorful. Highly recommended! The kids had a blast catching fish and swimming, staying busy the whole time. We will definitely be back for a second visit!

TTuan Ying GohHad such a pleasant and memorable experience at this inn. The boss, Mr Yu, is super down to earth and sincere. He cooked super well too - taste is just nice, not too oily or salty. And all his ingredients are fresh from his farm, even the chickens and fishes. What a farm-to-table experience. As it is the low peak season now, he could sit down and have good chats with us. The room is huge, with an unblock mountain view. It’s also near to viewing point 2. There’s this cute inn dog who is so loyal. The room is well kept, with a balcony for you to sit and sip wine or tea. Note that there are insects because we are by the mountains but you could bring your own repellent. We slept well here. The driver, Mr Yang, who drove us up Long Ji also stayed at this inn. We asked that he drives us around for the three days we are here and send us back to Guilin city. His driving skill is very stable and he’s very well-versed with the mountain roads (as he’s a local). What can I say, this experience is simply too memorable. Human relationships forged is the magical part of travel. Would highly recommend you to come experience this inn for yourself (of course during the peak season, the boss might not have time to sit down for a chat). 在这民宿住了三天两晚，也是我们会记很久的回忆。余老板人很善良，也烧了一手好菜。食材都是新鲜的。房间搭理地很干净，我们住的很舒服。床是大床，阳台也很大。我们两个在那儿早上做瑜伽，听鸟叫声，简直太舒服了。看看老板烧菜，和嘟嘟（狗狗）玩，再和它去观景台看看。看杨师傅煮竹筒饭，煮笋，山上生活好惬意呀。这个人情味，回味无穷。

JJingcaisunjianThe location is great, just a seven or eight-minute walk from the Ping'anzhai observation deck. The scenery is absolutely stunning, surrounded by mountains. Opening the balcony door from your room feels like you're living in the clouds. We went during the off-season, so there weren't many people. The guesthouse has a traditional Chinese architectural style, all solid wood, and the materials used are very substantial. The only downside is that you have to park in a designated parking lot quite far from the hotel, pay a high parking fee, and then buy an electric cart ticket to get up there. You can clearly drive up yourself, which I found very confusing and inconvenient.

GGuest UserThe views from both the restaurant and the rooms are absolutely breathtaking. We could see the stunning 'Seven Stars with Moon' landscape, and in the morning, we were even treated to a beautiful sea of clouds. The hostess is an incredible cook; all the dishes we ordered, like the bamboo tube rice, bamboo tube chicken, and green pepper beef, were delicious. Breakfast was excellent too! The owners and their family were so warm and welcoming. This is hands down the best homestay I've ever stayed at. I definitely plan to return if I get the chance!

GGuest UserBeautiful place, 5minutes walk away from the Longji rice terrace main viewing platform. But that makes it kind of hard to access if you don’t have a car - but so as the touristic area as a whole. The room was as on the pictures with a beautiful balcony and view on the mountains and the sunrise. The bed was confortable and the room spacious. The staff didn’t speak English but was willing to help as much as they can, they for instance booked a taxi back to Guilin for us (count 2h30 to be safe). They wouldn’t do the foreigners registration for us. They offer dinner options that were really good as well as a tasty noodle soup for breakfast.

GGuest User🚗Convenience: I drove from Chengdu to Guilin with a friend's family. The journey was long, so we decided to stay at Longji halfway up the mountain as our first stop. After looking around online and communicating with the boss, we chose Yunman! When we parked at the foot of the mountain and walked to the parking lot, the owner was already waiting for us at the door, which was very thoughtful. 🛏️Beauty: When we arrived at the accommodation, we were attracted by the scenery in front of us. Outside the balcony was the terraced fields. We drank tea and ate with the breeze on our faces. It felt very comfortable. We told the boss that we were tired from the journey and we were going to take a break and go fishing. The boss also contacted Baba Shishi for us. 🌄Excellent location: It is very convenient to walk to the scenic spots on both sides, and the night stroll in the village next to it is also very close. We went to the Jiulong Wuhu Observation Deck first because we were going to catch fish. The children walked barefoot on the stone road, and wild strawberries could be picked everywhere on the roadside. They were so sweet, the scenery was beautiful, and it was a surprise~ The adults had more fun than the children in the fishing activity😂 🏡Comfortable: We booked a twin bed, the room is spacious and bright, the balcony has unlimited scenery, the night is lit by candlelight, the stars are twinkling, and tourists who hike at night walk with flashlights. Apart from the darkness, there are moving lights as companions, as if you are in the starry sky. As a background for the balcony, it is simply amazing, haha. My friend didn't have much expectations for the terraced fields, but when he arrived during the flooding period, he got used to it, and it was also beautiful. My friend felt very good and the experience was full! 🥗Delicious: We ordered the meal directly in the restaurant. The boss asked the restaurant chef to cook the fish we caught for us. We originally wanted to do it ourselves, but our husband talked to the chef and withdrew because he felt that the chef was very professional. The chicken tasted great in two ways. This meal was the best we had on the way, bar none. The rice wine was delicious. It was a pity that we didn’t eat the snails recommended by the boss. When we left, the boss sent us to the parking lot. Next time we go, we will go there to have a good time! 👏Very good accommodation environment, with natural white noise to help you sleep at night. Both adults and children slept comfortably and woke up feeling refreshed. Yunman Tianjian is highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights and had an incredible time. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking the rice terraces, with a bathtub just next to the window. The room is very clean and wooden giving it a nice rustic feeling. The location is not the easiest to get to but the hotel organised a transport for us from Guilin airport! They also helped us find our bus for our onward journey to Yangshuo. The staff was always very helpful and friendly, they were really great. The food was some of our favourite of our entire stay in china. Highly recommend the beef with potatoes and mixed veggies! Thanks a lot :) we will be back if we find ourselves in this part of the world again. Take care.

GGuest UserThe hot springs are truly amazing! There are more than a dozen pools, all quite large, and the front desk service was excellent. The room I booked this time was in the main building, which seems to have been renovated. It doesn't look old, but due to its proximity to the mountain, it still smells damp. When I checked in, the fifth floor hadn't been cleaned yet, so I was assigned the fourth. The lighting was average, and the duvet felt wet. If you want a newer room and proximity to the hot springs, you can definitely choose the spa. After checking in, I realized it's part of the same establishment and not much more expensive. However, the price on Ctrip for the same room wasn't great. The price on Douyin was under 300. I'll have to learn to compare prices. Honestly.
