"A comfortable, clean, family-run hotel in an excellent location, with a warm and homey atmosphere. Coming from Chongqing, we especially appreciated how the owners went the extra mile to organize a shuttle pickup for us from Guilin North Railway Station. The shuttle connected perfectly with the regular bus to Dazhai, making the journey smooth and stress-free. They also kindly transport guests to and from the main parking area before entering Dazhai village itself. After a long day hiking through the breathtaking rice terraces, we highly recommend trying the delicious homemade Chinese dishes prepared by the owner’s wife — authentic, fresh, and exactly what you need after trekking. Two final tips: don’t miss the chance to try on the complimentary traditional local clothing and take photos. It’s a fun and memorable touch that adds even more charm to the overall experience. Also, for a small fee (around 50 yuan), we had a wonderful cultural experience with two local women who proudly showcased their traditionally long hair and kindly posed with us for photos. It was a unique and memorable moment that made our stay even more special."

The rooms have balconies, independent shower rooms, 24-hour hot water, wifi, televisions, air conditioning, and other facilities and equipment. Stay at Longji Huanlong Pavilion, eat golden pit Yao family flavor bamboo tube rice, bamboo tube chicken, drink homemade Longji water wine, and taste Longji cloud tea, so that you can truly experience the taste of Longji. As night falls, listen to the frogs croaking in the fields, listen to the cicadas and birds chirping, and hear the flow of the stream. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and forget your work worries. Enjoy a leisurely quiet time. Every guest who comes to the hotel can escape the hustle and bustle of urban life and listen to the melody of nature. It is an ideal choice for leisure accommodation and self-driving sightseeing.
"We stayed at the Longsheng Huanlongge Panorama Inn for one night while visiting the rice terraces. We arrived at the hotel after taking a bus and then taxi from Guilin. The hotel is up a hill from where the taxi can drop you, but your luggage is carried up to the top using a special winch system! On arrival we were offered tea and local berries which were lovely. We had our room upgraded to a suite at the very top of the hotel building which offered amazing views over the rice terraces from its private wraparound balcony! The room itself was clean and comfortable with a huge amount of space. We ate dinner in the hotels restaurant which was tasty and reasonably priced when taking the location into account. One of our highlights was the included breakfast, there were lots of different parts of it, which were all delicious. After checking out we hiked through the rice terraces to Ping’an where we caught a bus back to Guilin. The hotel were also very helpful advising us about the hike, buses, luggage storage etc. They also had a very cute dog who was very well behaved! A big advantage of staying here was experiencing the rice terraces before the bus loads of tourists arrived. We would recommend staying here."

"We came at an unfortunate timing. Faced with fog and rain we are unable to venture out to enjoy the rice terrace view. Stayed in our room to see the nearby rice terrace. Settled our meal within the hotel. Lady boss was a good cook being able to showcase many local dishes. If better amenities can be provided that will be ideal - proper towels (not disposable), complimentary coffee. Nevertheless overall it’s a great stay."

"What a find! This guesthouse is absolutely excellent. When staying at guesthouses, you always worry about things not living up to expectations, and while the online photos looked great, this place really nailed the details. From the bedsheets to the toiletries, from the tea to the food at their restaurant – I highly recommend their spicy chicken and rice paddy fish – everything shows the owner's dedication. It felt just like being at home, very reassuring. The staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly accommodating. The hotel provides free parking service or baggage transfer service. The viewing position of our shop is excellent. The rooms are equipped with viewing positions, and all of them are matched with automatic curtains and large-area floor to ceiling windows. Some rooms are also equipped with projection equipment. Open the window in the guest room and lie on the bed to look forward to the beautiful scenery of the terraces and the sun, moon and stars. We also have a restaurant with national flavor, special dishes, pollution-free vegetables, smoked cured meat, self brewed fragrant rice wine, mountain spring water of nature, etc。
"My kid said the food here was delicious and insisted I give it a 5-star rating (my kid prefers mild flavors, so if you like strong flavors, this might not be for you). Here's my review: Hygiene: For a guesthouse in the mountains, I think it's quite good (except for the washing machine, which looked like someone had washed muddy clothes in it, making the tub a bit dirty, but everything else was very tidy). Environment: The room we booked faced the terraced fields, and it was quiet at night, which was great. Service: Both the owner and his wife were very welcoming and enthusiastic. This aspect definitely deserves 5 stars. Facilities: For a guesthouse and considering the price, the facilities are very comprehensive. Overall: Five stars."

You can take in the breathtaking views of the Longji Terraces right from your room, enjoying an expansive, incredibly soothing vista. And the service is truly impeccable! The housekeeper was warm, genuine, and thoughtfully helped us with our luggage. She even proactively brought afternoon tea and playing cards to our room, showing incredible attention to detail. Upon checkout, they had even prepared a lovely farewell gift, which was both heartwarming and touching. The main highlight is how incredibly delicious the food is! The free-range chicken is self-raised, and the green vegetables are home-grown! The organic taste is simply divine!"
