"The name of the hostel is One Family, and that is exactly what you will get here, since the second day I found myself sitting at the table with the whole family running the place feeling sort of part of this family. On top of that, the owner is part of the local minority living in Ping'ancun, so culturally it doesn't get more authentic than this!
But what I truly want to stress is the kindness and helpfulness of the owner's son (whose name I unfortunately have forgotten). He gave me a lot of interesting insights about the history and culture of Ping'ancun, which was truly fascinating. In addition, he gave me advice about my travels, and, ultimately, I would follow his tips seeing some of the most outstanding places in China. So, if you need info and tips about a China travel itinerary, you are also at a good place here.
Lastly, the room was like being in a hut on top of a mountain. Surely not as luxurious as other hotels in the area, yet again if you look for something authentic, go here."

"The room is very spacious and bright, clean and sanitary. The details are well done and equipped with toilet mats. The boss and the lady boss are very nice. They came down to pick us up and helped us carry our suitcases upstairs👍👍. The boss lady cooks delicious food. , they also gave us two free breakfasts, a bamboo tube rice 🤭🤭, and they also lent us a motorcycle to ride on, which was very convenient for going out to see the scenery. I must give it a thumbs up 👍👍👍.
Finally, I would like to make a sincere suggestion. It would be more perfect to install a dry and wet separation partition in the bathroom."

"對比來説，這次的住宿相對比較舒服，性價比較高。剛去到，老闆就在平安寨停車場載我們上客棧，老闆娘還幫我們背行李，主要是24寸的行李賊重～而且去到老闆娘還説當天有個山景房沒約給我們免費升級。剛好給爸媽住，享受一下～房間裏有暖氣，晚上桂林有點冷，開了居然有點熱哈哈。一天一夜的早中晚都在客棧解決，雞吃的出來是家用的，還有我最喜歡吃的青菜，很甜。老闆娘説是因為前段時間下雪。
白天從客棧去七星伴月和九龍五虎，挺舒服，也很方便，空氣很好，天氣也很給力。如果不是時間趕，還想住多一個晚上。

"The hotel was amazing and the owners were extremely nice and welcoming. We got a free upgrade. The view from our bedroom was very nice. The food was delicious, we strongly recommend the bamboo rice and the eggplants. They offer international and Chinese breakfast. We were able to try traditional costumes for free. It is very well located and you can go to the viewpoints easily. We were also able to go see the illuminated rice terraces at night thanks to the kind advice of the owner."

"This was such a lovely homestay! The family who runs it are really kind and helpful. They cooked for us (gave us some delicious rice wine!), helped us find some good hikes and also helped us book transport back to Yanghsuo. The location is really great, just a short walk from the centre of Dazhai and the homestay is very traditional. Everything was clean and comfortable, the aircon worked really well, and our room even had a lovely little seating area. I would really recommend this place for anyone staying in the village (also make sure to try their home cooked meals, delicious!)"

GGuest User1. The hotel is at the highest point of the village, with an excellent view. You can see most of the landscapes that can be seen from the viewing platform, such as terraces and sea of clouds, from the room. It is also very close to the viewing platform.
2. The bed and quilt in the room are very comfortable, and the room is also very large. It is rare to see a hotel twin room equipped with a cabinet air conditioner. Toiletries are also complete.
3. The key point is that the boss and the boss's wife are very good. They picked us up and dropped us off. They helped us carry most of the luggage. I took a picture of the boss carrying our luggage with a backpack. I express my gratitude.

I came to travel by myself, took the bus to get off nearby, and the boss specially arranged for someone to pick it up. There is a parking lot in the stockade, and it is very convenient to drive by car. The room is spacious and clean, the window is facing the terraces, and you can also go to the teahouse on the fourth floor to rest. Three meals can also be prepared by the boss, the taste is first-class. The Yi people are warm and hospitable, chatted with the boss for a long time, and strolled in the stockade, there is a red dragonfly museum. Very pleasant stay experience, I will choose this one next time I come to play.

GGuest UserThis trip was a B&B that I didn't want to leave. We arrived at the B&B in the evening, and the owner sent a car to pick us up. We traveled together and stayed in a parent-child room. The kids didn't want to leave because they had so much fun. The B&B was also very close to the attractions. PS The owner can cook. We stayed for one night and had two meals. We were full and the food was so delicious. Although it was the off-season when we went, the off-season has its own beauty. There are fewer people and it's comfortable, like going back to my grandmother's house when I was a child.

GGippiThe property is perfectly located in the heart of Ping'an, right 5 minutes walk from the bottom of the terraces of the 9 dragons 5 tigers terraces area, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the village and terraces on foot. Room was as shown in the pics, spacious, perfectly clean and featured very comfortable beds. The building’s architecture was absolutely beautiful and it created a wonderfully romantic atmosphere we will treasure forever in our memories. There are multiple balconies with wonderful sights and at night it is magical to hear the terraces turning alive with all the frogs croacking sounds! Nonetheless the room was perfectly soundproof so you can sleep peacefully once you close the doors, regardless of the outer natural orchestra (very recommended to have a walk at night to the close 9 dragons and 5 tigers terraces! Unique experience for some). The staff were helpful and professional. There is a very good restaurant inside the building with very tasty local typical bamboo-cooked chicken, rice terrace fishes and many other tasty dishes. There are also traditional dressings to wear for free inside the main hall. Nice breakfast included in the price. We are very happy and we recommend this accommodation to stay in Longji Terraces area!

The room can see the sunrise. There is an open space under the hotel for free parking. If you have luggage, you can ask the boss to help you take it up. Dinner is in the store. The freshly-cooked chicken is super delicious. One person can't finish a chicken, so the boss lady suggested saving half for the next day. One chicken, two ways, both are delicious. The boss also gave half a glass of homemade wine, which is sweet and super good 👍🏻

LLeonie WigleyI had an absolutely wonderful stay here. I went out of season, so I was the one of the only guests for two days, this made if even more special. if you travel during rainy season make sure to have rainboots and rain proof coats etc. The nights and mornings can get very cold so prepare warm clothes. The family helped me from booking a local shuttle bus from Yangshuo to arrive and departing and also picked me up on my day of arrival from the park entrance. The Homestay is quite far up the hills, not very easy to find you need to carpool or ask owners to help with scooter ride, but the views and people make it all the worthwhile. It is close to many hiking trails and view points. The family welcomed me with so much love the room was exactly as it said. Their food and pricing is also very affordable. They family is of the local ethnicity and they gave me an up-close view in their lives and their traditional ways. I tasted their rice wine, chilli paste , traditional tea and bamboo rice and many other delicious foods. The owners and family are very helpful and if you have any questions, or want to know more of need to get to a certain part of the area they are happy to help. This family and their black dog filled my heart with so much love and gratitude. Note for for foreign travelers: They don't speak English, but do not let this scare you if you are a foreigner, translator apps are helpful if you can't understand the language.
Overall, I highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful, tranquil and family-like feeling enjoy the outdoors and nature. I will definitely be going back!

The autumn wind, autumn sunshine, and golden rice fields are just a vacation for the eyes and relaxation for the body. The terraced fields in October are worth a visit and a night’s stay. Like it👍

I had to eat another bowl of my favorite noodle soup before leaving! With such a beautiful view and the friendly local Red Yao proprietress, we stayed one more night. Come on everyone, the scenery is absolutely beautiful, beyond words! ! !

GGuest UserStaying at Longji Terrace No. 2 Observation Deck B&B, the surrounding environment is very primitive and the scenery is OK. And you can see the terraces in the room. The room is not small and can be decorated. There is no place to eat at the homestay. If the technology is not high, it is not recommended to go up the road is very narrow enough for a car to pass. Stayed for two nights and explored in the mountains during the day. I bought passion fruit grown by locals.
