GGuest UserIf you get the chance to visit Longji/Longsheng to hike through the amazing rice paddies, then you absolutely must stay at Li'An Lodge. The rooms are lovely, clean and quaint, and a cultural alternative to the more modern options in the larger cities. The lodge is run by Aaron who goes above and beyond to help visitors, give local recs, and speaks perfect English. He will also help you avoid any tourist traps.  Li'An lodge is also built on the highest point so you have a fabulous view, and is situated right at the starting point of the main hike in local area. The rooms give you a great view of the rice paddies and the village.  The food is simple and great, or you can eat around the town, which is very atmospheric. We came in the low season end of March, which was misty but fab and we had most of the places to ourselves.  Really can't recommend enough. If you get to Guilinxi (station) they will send a driver to get you. You can also book directly with the hotel over email with Aaron which is easy and efficient.

Hygiene: Hygiene is also very clean; Environment: in the mountainside position, you can feel the scenery of the terraced fields without going out; Service: The boss's service attitude is super good, and he can also pick us up to the ropeway ticket office. Because there is no large food and beverage outlet, dinner is solved in the store. I ate the chicken caught by the boss himself. One chicken and two chickens were eaten. It was very fresh and delicious. The rice wine sent is also very delicious. Not bad for a stay experience.

AAnonymous UserThe experience exceeded expectations, the boss upgraded the duplex, the children especially like it, and always said that it was the best room I have ever stayed in. The room was very clean, especially the sanitary ware was the same as the brand new, there was no water stains and scale, and almost no sanitary corners were seen. The homestay itself is also very beautiful, very close to the Golden Buddhading Observation Deck, you can easily see the sunrise. The terraces in October are so beautiful, this experience is really great!

GGuest User## Facilities The guesthouse is very new, and the bedding quality is even better than what you'd find in chain hotels. It's equipped with a projector and a bathtub, and there's also an observation deck downstairs. ## Hygiene The place was spotlessly clean; you could comfortably walk barefoot on the floors. ## Environment It's just a few minutes' walk to Jinfoding Peak, which is incredibly convenient. From our guesthouse room, we enjoyed views of the mountains and rice terraces. We were also fortunate enough to witness a total ***** eclipse and the sunrise, both stunning sights. ## Service The owner personally provided pick-up and drop-off services. During the off-season, they upgraded our room type. The complimentary rice wine and monk fruit tea were both delicious. They also sell dried monk fruit at the guesthouse, which can be purchased and shipped for two yuan each.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything from guiding us on how to get there to assisting with booking our bus tickets. They were always friendly and very supportive. The food was also excellent. We tried several local dishes and everything we had was truly delicious. Our room had a beautiful view, and everything was thoughtfully arranged and very comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Longji Rice Terraces. Thank you to the team for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable.

TTianchengzuodebeikeNestled in the mountains, the hotel boasts excellent air quality and panoramic mountain views, perfect for relaxation. I tried out all the chairs in the common area, reading, drinking tea, and simply daydreaming. The surrounding area isn't a tourist destination, so an afternoon stroll along the mountain paths offered a charmingly rustic experience, with swaying reeds, wildflowers, wild berries, free-range chickens, and a watchdog... The rooms were tastefully furnished, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was clean and delicious; the fried rice with chili sauce was especially tasty. The chef's skills were excellent. The next morning, we visited the home of a local Yao ethnic minority family. The elderly couple were very welcoming, chatting around a fire and even experiencing spinning on a stone mill.

JJingcaisunjianThe location is great, just a seven or eight-minute walk from the Ping'anzhai observation deck. The scenery is absolutely stunning, surrounded by mountains. Opening the balcony door from your room feels like you're living in the clouds. We went during the off-season, so there weren't many people. The guesthouse has a traditional Chinese architectural style, all solid wood, and the materials used are very substantial. The only downside is that you have to park in a designated parking lot quite far from the hotel, pay a high parking fee, and then buy an electric cart ticket to get up there. You can clearly drive up yourself, which I found very confusing and inconvenient.

GGuest UserThe Longji Rice Terraces are absolutely worth a day trip! We booked the Suimo Longji Hotel, which is known for its exceptional views. The scenery from the hotel lobby alone was infinitely more breathtaking than any photo could capture. The verdant, cascading terraces wind majestically from the base to the peak, their smooth lines creating a magnificent spectacle, truly like the fingerprints of the earth. From misty mornings to golden sunsets, every moment felt like a living painting. The hotel's cuisine was also exceptionally delicious, featuring dishes like spicy and sour field snails, braised yellow chicken, and wild river fish.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse lobby offers a direct view of the rice terraces. In the evening, you can enjoy a meal in the ground-floor lobby, gazing at the illuminated terraces. It's truly a delightful experience. The owner is a fantastic cook, and his meals are incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the bamboo chicken, which is a favorite for both adults and children!

After contacting the boss, he helped with luggage and the wheelchair. I am very grateful to the boss, Brother Liao, for his help. Another objective compliment is that Liqing’s location is better. The room has an invincible terraced field view, which allows people to get a glimpse of the terraced fields from the moment they enter the room, watching the clouds and mist, and the relative price is really super cost-effective! share!
