"I encountered Lijiang's gentle twilight at the Lanxiyu'an. The floor-to-ceiling windows framed the entire lake and mountain sunset, with the lake, ancient bridges, and distant mountains unfolding in layers. Watching the sunset from beside the bathtub in the room was utterly delightful. Thoughtfully, there's also a gym. The hotel itself is elegantly understated yet luxurious, far from the city's hustle and bustle. Staying here felt like stepping into a landscape painting – a perfectly restorative vacation."

"The hotel has a great ambiance, and the service was excellent and very thoughtful. I didn't have to touch my luggage at all; the hotel staff handled everything. The only minor drawback is that the hotel facilities are a bit dated. For a hotel of this caliber, especially with so many international guests, having Dyson hairdryers should be standard, not just 'Laifen'. It was a bit humid, and there was some mold near the sink. However, other aspects of the sanitation were indeed very good. The facilities are probably due for an upgrade. A big plus is that the hotel staff always took off their shoes when entering the room."
