This hotel is a hidden gem! You can see the snow-capped mountains right from your bed, and it's just steps away from the Grand Water Wheel – a truly prime location. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with beautiful scenery at every turn. The facilities are top-notch, and they even offer a dedicated shuttle service and personalized butler service. The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of Song Dynasty aesthetics and Naxi style. Everything is brand new and incredibly comfortable. The service is exceptional! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Lijiang!

Facilities: Well-equipped. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Ancient and elegant, with a classic Chinese courtyard style. Service: Very attentive and thoughtful. We were heading to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain early the next morning, departing at 5:50 AM, so we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel. They could only pack milk and sandwiches for us. I mentioned I'd prefer yogurt, and the butler said it might not be possible. However, the next day, the breakfast bag contained yogurt! I was very touched!

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the ancient city gate, making it very convenient. Food deliveries can reach the hotel directly. The parking lot is the scenic area's parking lot, about 100m walk from the hotel. It's located where the old Sifang Huiguan used to be, offering a quiet retreat amidst the bustling area. The landscaping is meticulously designed, and you can truly feel the owner's intention to preserve and promote culture. They even have deer inside now, which are let out to play for a while every afternoon, creating a truly relaxing and pleasant accommodation environment.

During my time in Lijiang, this was the only hotel I was truly satisfied with. I was honestly so tired of those so-called 'owner-run' B&Bs where you pay good money but get no sense of service, feeling cramped like you're intruding in someone else's home. Hygiene: Everything was excellent. Environment: Remarkably good. Both the reception and the hotel's public areas are exceptionally spacious for the Old Town. A major plus is that it's just a five-minute walk along the main road from the parking lot. Many B&Bs in the Old Town, even those not cheap, are tucked away down winding alleys with cramped receptions and gardens. This place truly offers the facilities of a proper hotel. The garden is also beautifully maintained. All public areas are lovely, well-equipped, and there's even a play area for children. The complimentary travel photography service also had very kind staff. Service: Every staff member I encountered was excellent, from management to restaurant and front desk staff. They not only greeted me proactively but also offered enthusiastic help. I've already recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Lijiang. I hope the owner continues to have great business, and that both the pets and staff receive even better welfare and benefits.

Couldn't wait to leave a glowing review for Shitoucuo after checking out! My three-day stay at Shitoucuo was absolutely wonderful. On the day we arrived, the staff even upgraded our room. The soaking tub in the room was incredibly comfortable, and on a clear day, you could lie in bed and enjoy the lush greenery all around. Even though it rained for the first two days, Shitoucuo offered a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that kept us fully entertained and made every day feel fulfilling. Shitoucuo is within walking distance to Yuhu Village and the Yuzhu Qingtian scenic spot. Longnv Lake is just a short walk to the left of the entrance, making the location very convenient. The local restaurants recommended by the staff were delicious, and the hotel's own dining options were excellent too. Every staff member was very responsive. Shitoucuo also provides shuttle services to and from the village and various activity locations. While I preferred walking, the staff responsible for the shuttle would always kindly ask if we needed a ride whenever they saw us on the road – their service was proactive and thoughtful. On our third day, my partner suddenly had a stomachache, and a staff member specially brought back the medicine we needed from the city, which was incredibly touching. This has been the most satisfying B&B I've ever stayed in. The facilities are excellent, the service is attentive, and responses are quick. They offer free high-speed rail pickup, luggage transfer, welcome afternoon tea, and bedtime milk. When we found a drain odor in our room, the staff checked it out and upgraded us immediately, resolving the issue promptly. The toiletries are also high-end, and you can even take home the slippers, bath towels, and regular towels. Aside from the slight noise issue and a limited breakfast selection, everything else was perfect. I would definitely choose Po Xin Yun She again next time.

I had a wonderful stay at Mixue Hotel Lijiang. One of the best things about this hotel is definitely the staff, especially the reception team. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality really made a difference and left a great impression on me. Thank you to the entire team for the lovely experience and excellent hospitality. I would be very happy to stay here again!

You can even capture stunning stargazing photos and witness the golden glow of the sun on the snow-capped mountains. The snow mountain views are breathtaking right from your window, with the lawn seemingly merging into the mountain scenery, and the night sky ablaze with stars. In short, this is a treasure of a hotel with impeccable aesthetics, highly recommended.

If you're visiting Lijiang's Shuhe Ancient Town, you absolutely cannot miss the amazing Guanxin Inn! The environment here is beautiful, with lush greenery in the courtyard and fresh air that instantly helps you relax. The bedding in the rooms is exceptionally comfortable – a good night's sleep here will leave you feeling completely refreshed! The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; no matter what you need, they'll help you out, making you feel as warm and welcome as if you were at home. Step outside the inn and you can immediately experience the ancient town's unique charm and leisurely pace of life, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation and capturing some great photos! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and immersive experience of Lijiang's culture!

Our family trip with the kids was perfect this time! The manor boasts a tranquil environment with a strong natural, forest-like ambiance. The 270° panoramic balcony offers an unbeatable view, allowing you to overlook Shuhe Ancient Town without even leaving your room. The kids were never bored; they loved petting cats and feeding sheep, enjoying all the fun of interacting with animals. Adults also had soothing activities to choose from, perfect for relieving travel fatigue. The room's cleanliness was meticulous, the facilities were complete and easy to use, and the staff's service was attentive and thoughtful, promptly responding to inquiries about travel and daily needs. It’s a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, and the comfort of our stay far exceeded expectations. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Shuhe, Lijiang, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lijiang.
