This was truly one of the best 民宿 experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Two gentlemen welcomed us warmly with smiles and immediately helped us carry our luggage, which included two large suitcases and two small suitcases, all the way up to Level 3. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade because a larger room was available, which was such a thoughtful gesture. After checking in, they patiently guided us through the room facilities and made sure we knew how everything worked. On the first day of our stay, they also prepared a beautiful fruit platter and tea for us, which made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Their service hours are from 8am to midnight, but what impressed us most was how much they went beyond that. Whenever available, they also had a driver who could send us to the nearby Lijiang Old Town, making our trip even more convenient and worry-free. The level of care and help they provided is honestly beyond words. They made our entire stay comfortable, smooth, and stress-free. Together with the beautiful scenic views, their outstanding service made us fall in love with Lijiang even more and truly made us want to visit again. On our last day, we had to check out at 7am, which was outside their usual working hours. Even so, the owner personally stayed at the counter and set his own alarm just to help us carry our luggage down. He did not have to do this, but he still went out of his way to assist us. He also helped arrange transport to take us to Lijiang Train Station, which made our departure so easy and comfortable. The service at this hotel is genuinely excellent. I almost have no words to describe how grateful we are for such a wonderful stay. This is the first time I am putting so much effort into writing such a long review for a hotel, and that says a lot about how amazing the experience was. If you are visiting Lijiang, I highly, highly recommend this 民宿. The service, hospitality, comfort, and overall experience are truly top-notch. I used to stay in hotels, but this time, wanting to better experience the local culture in Lijiang Old Town, I chose a guesthouse. From the moment we checked in, the owner, like a friend, brewed us tea and offered us flower cakes and dried beef. As soon as we entered our room, the daily afternoon tea set arrived: tiramisu tarts made with real cream, fresh and crisp strawberries and blueberries, and freshly cut cantaloupe and watermelon. I'm very sensitive to smells, and the room's air freshener and toiletries had a scent similar to Le Labo, which was lovely. The room offered great views of the snow-capped mountains. The guesthouse's location on the main street was perfect – lively but quiet. Even as a light sleeper, I was never disturbed by the street noise. Whenever I stayed elsewhere in Yunnan, I unconsciously compared it to this place. This guesthouse is truly my 'white moonlight' in Yunnan, and I'll never consider another option when I come to Lijiang again. Many thanks to the manager for the pick-up, help with luggage, and recommendations for various local specialty restaurants, and to the owner for her warm hospitality and sophisticated taste. The guesthouse serves breakfast; the auntie's rice noodles were generously topped, and the owner's cat, Aobai, is both cute and sassy :)

This B&B boasts an excellent location. Waking up and opening the door, you're greeted with panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains and the ancient town. Even the toiletries and tissues in the room are brand-name. Staying here means you can save on visiting other scenic cafes, as the B&B has its own coffee area, and the barista makes excellent coffee. What's more, the staff are all very warm and helpful; they assisted with luggage and offered many thoughtful tips, which put me completely at ease.

This hotel is perfect for a slow-paced vacation, and I'm absolutely delighted! It's located right by the entrance to Longnv Lake, about a 15-minute walk to the commercial street – not too far, not too close, so it's nice and quiet. If you're lucky, you can even see the 'Golden Mountain in the Morning Sun' right from your bed. The exterior features typical local stone architecture, while the interior design is very stylish. There's also a lovely grassy area out back that's great for photos. The room layout is practical, and the mattress and pillows are super comfortable. If you're not rushing to see all the sights, the hotel offers plenty of activities to keep you busy for days, like hiking and fruit picking, horseback riding around the lake, and Naxi home visits. It's especially great for families with kids. The airport shuttle service is also very convenient. I have to commend the service; the staff are all incredibly warm and friendly. When we needed anything, the 'little brothers and sisters' (staff members) responded quickly and were very thoughtful in helping us solve problems. The performer, an 'older brother' (staff member), was also very dedicated – great at singing and dancing. He didn't miss a single toast song before dinner, and the bonfire party had a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel food is outstanding, with unlimited fruit and drinks. The afternoon tea, in particular, was very rich and varied. The restaurant's zhajiang mian (noodles with fried sauce) and yak hotpot were delicious, and for breakfast, we even had milk bird's nest and peach gum sweet soup – very thoughtful! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Lijiang. I hope the hotel maintains its quality. Looking forward to the second phase, see you next time!

The room was very clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful with luggage. There's also a Samoyed named Mitsu who is incredibly friendly; my kids absolutely adored her and couldn't bear to leave. The dog was very clean and well-behaved. Overall, the guesthouse was very quiet.

My friend and I stumbled upon this hotel online, and after booking, it truly exceeded my expectations! It's right inside Lijiang Ancient Town! As soon as you step out, you're on cobblestone streets. You can walk to Sifang Street in just 5 minutes. After exploring the night market, you can just stroll back to the hotel – no need for a taxi at all, which makes you feel super safe 💯. 🏠 The facilities are unbelievably complete: * Smart toilet – Heated seat + automatic flush. No more freezing cold toilet seats in winter! * Central air conditioning + humidifier – The humidity here is just perfect. * Full set of toiletries – Not those cheap sample sizes! These are proper branded products, and they smell amazing. * 24-hour hot water + thermostatic shower – The water pressure is fantastic; showering here is pure bliss 🚿. * They called us the day before check-in to confirm our itinerary and even sent us a guide for exploring the ancient town 📋. * The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and upgraded us to a room with a view. * There's free afternoon tea every day, with flower cakes and Pu'er tea. Sitting in the courtyard soaking up the sun was so chill 🌸. * When checking out, they even gave us parting gifts (tie-dye and Pu'er tea cakes), which was a lovely touch. They also offer a free photography service, including makeup and styling, saving us the trouble of finding a photo studio ourselves!

I really have to praise the Lijiang Yunman Mushan Snow Inn, it was the biggest surprise of my trip to Lijiang! The location is just perfect – you can walk to explore all the streets and alleys of the Old Town. It's quiet yet central; the courtyard is incredibly peaceful at night, completely undisturbed by street noise. The overall design is an elegant Song-style courtyard, adorned with greenery and flowers. The play of light and shadow in the courtyard corridors is beautiful, making every casual photo feel like a professional shot. You absolutely *must* visit the rooftop panoramic terrace! During the day, you can gaze at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and in the evening, overlook the twinkling lights of the Old Town. Just sitting there feels incredibly therapeutic. The rooms are neat and dry, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete, showing great attention to detail. The staff's service is just right – friendly but not intrusive, and they patiently share local food recommendations and travel tips. The inn also has its own leisure and entertainment area, so you can relax without even leaving the premises. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Lijiang for a holiday; the experience is top-notch! It's already on my list for a return stay next time I'm in Lijiang!

Staying in the Jacuzzi Villa was an absolute delight! The Naxi-style courtyard was elegant and peaceful, and the private, temperature-controlled Jacuzzi was clean and comfortable. Soaking under the stars at night melted away all my travel fatigue. I must commend Elin, our butler, for her outstanding service. From coordinating before our arrival to her attentive care during our stay, she was always quick to respond to any needs. She was thoughtful and professional, never intrusive, which truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe. The facilities were excellent, and the service was an added bonus – a perfect Lijiang getaway! Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay overall, with several things that really stood out. The room was extremely spacious, with two king-sized beds and plenty of room to move around. It was comfortable and gave us ample space to relax. The dining area also offered gorgeous scenery, making meals much more enjoyable. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. When we discovered some hair caught in the hair trap in the bathroom when we checked in, we reported it to the front desk. They immediately arranged for housekeeping to come and clean it. We were also pleasantly surprised when the front desk later delivered a dessert to our room as a gesture of goodwill. This was a nice example of prompt and thoughtful service recovery. Another small but memorable example of the front desk team's helpfulness happened after midnight. I had an issue with the dryer and needed to open it in the middle of its cycle, but could not figure out how to do so. Although it was already past midnight, the front desk staff patiently helped me troubleshoot the problem and guided me on how to open it. Her assistance quickly resolved the issue, and I really appreciated her willingness to help despite the late hour. Another lovely touch was the warm milk delivered to our room daily. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, especially the beautiful dessert designed in the shape of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. These little touches made the stay feel special. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience at the hotel was a weak point. We went for dinner at around 9pm. After the staff seated us, they disappeared, and despite the restaurant being very large, there were no other wait staff in sight. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I eventually had to go looking for someone and tell him that we wanted to order. When we asked whether using DianPing or the hotel guest discount would offer better value for a particular meal we wanted to order, the staff member was unable to advise us. We had to work out the best option ourselves. While this may seem like a small matter, I would expect restaurant staff in a hotel to be familiar with the promotions and benefits available to guests and to be able to provide basic guidance. Things did not improve much after our mushroom hotpot was served. We were essentially left to figure out how to prepare and eat the hotpot ourselves, without any explanation or assistance from the restaurant staff. Based on our experience, they appeared to lack some basic training in customer service, attentiveness and product knowledge. The issue was not that they were unfriendly; rather, they seemed somewhat clueless and undertrained, which made the dining experience unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the hotel has many strengths — a wonderfully spacious room, beautiful scenery, friendly front desk staff and thoughtful guest amenities. The service recovery from the front desk was also impressive and showed that the hotel genuinely cares about its guests. However, the restaurant service needs significant improvement. Better staff training, stronger attentiveness and greater familiarity with the menu and hotel promotions would make a big difference. With those improvements, this could be a much more enjoyable and polished hotel experience.

This hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable! Situated right near Baisha Ancient Town and at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, it boasts a prime, front-row view of the mountain. With unspoiled agricultural land in front, the panoramic views are completely unobstructed. You can soak in the majestic snow-capped peaks right from your room, and even witness the breathtaking 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' spectacle from your bed. The ambiance and viewing experience were incredible, making this the most delightful stay of our Lijiang trip. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As we stayed for two nights, the hotel kindly arranged airport transfers, making everything seamless and stress-free. They also provided daily shuttle service to and from Baisha Ancient Town, which was super convenient for exploring and saved us the hassle of driving or finding taxis. Beyond that, the hotel offered immersive Naxi cultural experiences like tea pressing and 'Jiama' woodblock printing, which allowed us to truly delve into local customs and added so much richness and fun to our journey. The staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay. They greeted us cheerfully, patiently recommended local specialty foods and off-the-beaten-path routes, and all their suggestions were incredibly useful. During downtime, they'd even invite guests to gather downstairs for tea and a chat. Their genuine and heartfelt approach made us feel completely at ease and welcome, as if we were visiting our own backyard. Their meticulous care and concern were evident in every interaction, truly making us feel at home. The guest rooms were spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive and well-equipped with everything you could need, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The combination of the unparalleled scenic views and outstanding soft and hard services far exceeded our expectations. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or an immersive Lijiang experience, I highly recommend it. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation on my next visit to Lijiang!
