Renovated in 2023, the Nazhu Sky Courtyard Designer Snow Mountain View Homestay (Lijiang City Rizhao Jinshan Branch) offers both holiday makers and business travelers a pleasant stay in Lijiang. The hotel is only 11km from Lijiang Railway Station and 29km from Lijiang Sanyi International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. With Dayan Flower Lane, Wishing Pavillion and Lion Hill all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Lijiang hotel provides parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"Location: It's near Heilongtan and a short walk to the old street. There are shops and restaurants around the hotel.
Service: All the staff were welcoming and friendly. For example, they helped carry my luggage before I even arrived at the hotel, helped contact the airline when my flight was delayed, and replaced my hairdryer at midnight. They also gave good advice on places to visit.
Room condition: The room is modern and can be controlled with AI voice commands to turn lights, curtains, and air conditioning on and off (Chinese language only). The bathroom is spacious, the air conditioning is cool, but the room door is not very soundproof.
Food: Breakfast is a set menu with unlimited refills. What I liked most was the afternoon tea with fruit served while enjoying the view of the Yulong Mountain. There was also a Suyoucha-making workshop in the evening, which was a fun activity and allowed me to chat with other guests."

"We had a lovely stay at this guesthouse in Lijiang. From the moment we arrived, the host was very welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free.
The guesthouse itself was a unique experience for us. The property is beautifully designed with traditional local touches, giving us an authentic feel of Lijiang while still being comfortable and cozy. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip.
The host also helped us arrange transportation to Tiger Leaping Gorge. Unfortunately, the driver left before we could reach the vehicle, but this was completely beyond the guesthouse’s control. The host immediately tried to contact the driver and went above and beyond to help us resolve the situation, including assisting with the refund process. We really appreciated her efforts and support.
Another great advantage is the location. The guesthouse is situated inside Lijiang Ancient Town, making it easy to explore the charming streets, shops, and atmosphere right from the doorstep.
Overall, a wonderful stay with a beautiful property, excellent location, and a host who genuinely cares about her guests. Highly recommended!"

"Hygiene: Very clean. The bed, floor, and bathroom were spotless, and the room had no strange odors. The bathroom even has a fan/heater, so it's not cold, and there's plenty of hot water.
Facilities: It has a shower, a smart toilet, and a projector (I didn't use it during my stay, so I'm not sure how good it is). There's also a kettle to boil hot water (useful if you're going to the snow mountains, though there's free hot water there too). The hairdryer works well, and the bath towels and regular towels are disposable, which is great.
Environment: You can see the snow-capped mountains from the rooftop, and there are many flowers – wow, the environment is lovely. There's also a balcony on the middle floor, perfect for enjoying a drink on a windless and rainless evening.
Service: After booking, a butler will call in advance to confirm details and provide some important information, which is excellent. They even helped with my luggage. Yes, very good and enthusiastic. Great service."

"The homestay is located near to pickup or dropping point. Very convenient for Didi or taxy. The distance between ancient town and homestay takes about 3-5 minutes depends on how quick you climb up or going down the stairs😬 The host also very kind and helpful when we asked to upgrade our room for a better view. Also he make sure to gave us tea every night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will repeat here in the future🥳"

"This guesthouse is incredibly quiet at night, and there's no disturbance inside either, so I slept very soundly. The environment is lovely, and there's a viewing deck where you can see the old town. It's easy to find using navigation. The owner is very welcoming and gave great recommendations for attractions and local food. The room I stayed in had excellent natural light. The owner even offered a discount when I extended my stay, which was fantastic!"

GGuest UserTook my mom out for a trip and saw Aling's live stream on Douyin. She came across as very practical, genuine, and unpretentious, so we decided to stay for a few days. Overall, it was a really good experience. As soon as you enter the courtyard, there's a water feature with koi fish, which gives a vibrant and lively feel. The two young men working there were incredibly attentive and patient in answering our questions, and their demeanor was very refined. We also had the good fortune to meet a compatible travel couple, Sister Liu and her husband, at Aling's place. It felt like such a serendipitous encounter for people from the north and south to meet here. In the evening, we gathered in Aling's courtyard to chat, drink tea, and share our travel experiences. It was truly delightful. Thank you, Aling, for bringing us all together!

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Liqiang. From the moment I arrived, the level of service exceeded my expectations.
The highlight of my visit was the exceptional hospitality provided by our host, Mr. Sing, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was incredibly caring and attentive throughout our stay, taking the time to help arrange our itinerary and providing valuable local insights.
Mr. Sing's assistance was invaluable - he personally helped us with our luggage from the main entrance all the way up to the hotel, which we greatly appreciated. His local knowledge really enhanced our trip, as he introduced us to excellent dining options and guided us to the best shopping areas in the vicinity.
The genuine care and attention to detail shown by our host Mr. Sing made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. I would highly recommend Liqiang to anyone looking for a place that combines good accommodations with outstanding personal service.

GGuest UserThe view from the accommodation is absolutely stunning! It’s located right in the ancient town, making it super convenient to get around, with endless food options nearby. You can easily take a stroll around the old town at night. Most importantly, the staff provided exceptional service—I was beyond impressed. If I could give them a million stars out of a hundred, I absolutely would!
The staff were incredibly helpful. They carried our luggage for us (which was a lifesaver since dragging bags through the ancient town is quite tough) and even helped us plan our itinerary to find the most convenient routes. Their recommendations were spot-on! On top of that, they made us delicious tea every single day, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing.
If you are visiting Lijiang, I highly recommend staying here. It’s truly wonderful!

民宿的工作人员真的超级热心，不仅帮我们提行李（因为古城都是石板路，自己拉行李箱真的很辛苦），还帮我们看旅游路线，分析怎么走最方便，给的建议都特别实用。而且每天都会给我们泡茶喝，味道超级赞，早餐也特别美味！
如果来丽江玩，我强烈推荐大家住这里，真的非常好，绝不踩雷！

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this guesthouse! It totally saved my entire Lijiang trip! I had an upset stomach from Xishuangbanna and then experienced some mild altitude sickness in Lijiang, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Thankfully, this guesthouse was warm and cozy, with clean and tidy rooms that had no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep every evening. The room also provided many Lijiang specialties, fruits, and snacks. The owners even brought us some toasted bread slices when they found out my friend and I had gastroenteritis. The garden and the small rooftop terrace were beautifully decorated with lots of succulents, making them perfect for photos! The cats and dogs were all clean, quiet, and very friendly; a little dog would come and lie next to me when I sat in the lobby. 😍😍😍 I've already recommended this guesthouse to all my friends. I hope the owners' business thrives, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Lijiang!

GGuest UserThe room was pretty good, with a nice view overlooking the old town. The hotel also has direct access to a viewing platform, which offers amazing views! There are a lot of steps in the old town, but the staff were really helpful and carried our luggage for us. Breakfast was also quite good, though we only managed to wake up early enough to have it once.

The charm of the Old Town, with its winding canals and timeless Naxi culture, has truly captured my heart. While the past two days allowed me to visit the iconic Black Dragon Pool and stroll along Sifang Street, I realize that one more day is needed to fully appreciate the surrounding beauty. Specifically, I take a day trip to the serene Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, whose peaks have been teasing me from a distance. A final evening wandering the quieter, lantern-lit lanes would also allow for a deeper connection to this UNESCO World Heritage site.

GGuest UserBanyan Tree Lijiang is the only choice for a stay in beautiful Lijiang! During my week-long relaxing vacation in Lijiang, Banyan Tree provided an unparalleled service experience. The hotel proactively reached out, and I had a dedicated butler, Elin, who added me on WeChat to assist me. A special driver was dispatched to pick me up at the airport in advance. Elin would actively ask daily if I needed anything, arranging for hot spring water changes, linen replacements, and room cleaning. Every evening, without disturbing us, she would come for turndown service and leave a special Banyan Tree gift. The breakfast service was also excellent, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local specialties. We could enjoy breakfast by the lake, admiring the beautiful scenery, and even feed the koi and little geese! On our last day, due to my own reasons, I checked into another hotel. When I informed Elin, the hotel thoughtfully sent a car to pick us up from the other hotel and drop us off at the airport. Thank you, Banyan Tree, for providing a warm home away from home.

We got a free upgrade from the owner, and the benefits that come with the room were aplenty (afternoon tea, great breakfast set, a tea-making session etc). The owner also helps us buy a nice, affordable day tour to Dali, which we enjoyed tremendously. The hotel itself is new and spacious, and our room has the view of a peaceful small river. The surrounding area is serene and quiet, with a handful of quaint cafes, restaurants and bars. It feels like a complete contrast of the other commercial side of Lijiang. Overall, we loved the stay. Will definitely recommend this our friends.

The front desk lady meticulously explained how to see the 'sunrise over the golden mountains' and how to explore Lijiang. The best part? The guesthouse owner turned out to be from my hometown in Chongqing, and even our neighbor! What a small world, you couldn't make this up. We drank tea in the afternoon and had drinks together in the evening – they were so incredibly hospitable! 😍 Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'm definitely staying here again.
