GGuest UserA wonderful hotel nestled near the Baisha Ancient Town, it may look unassuming at first but it felt like a fairytale once you stepped into the hotel. Every part of the stay was perfect - from the 24hr butler service, free flow coffee/orange juice throughout the day (with amazing views no less), daily bbq dinner & goodnight dessert, fireworks display and sparklers and even free tie-dye experience. Travelled with my late 50s & mid 60s parents and they both absolutely loved it as well. Nothing but praises for this hotel, weâll definitely be back again!
Also we loved the breakfast mixian & dimsum!!! I also had the wholemeal walnut bread today and it was so good

The best part is the private hot spring pool. The water is crystal clear and rich in minerals, leaving your skin feeling smooth and silky smooth. Enjoy the hot springs and the scenery during the day, and the starry night sky is incredibly romantic! All your fatigue is instantly washed away. Their hot spring afternoon tea is a must-try! It's photogenic! The courtyard is filled with thoughtfully designed photo spots, and when the warm lights are on at night, the atmosphere is breathtaking, like being in a fairyland! Breakfast is also authentic Yunnan rice noodles! The owner is so nice, I'll be back next time!

I made a blind selection online before, but after checking in, I found out that it is actually an exclusive brand with a very strong background and origin. After reading the brand manual, I got a better understanding and admiration for the owner and the hotel concept.
Facilities: The overall style of the courtyard manor is very similar to that of Suzhou gardens. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and there is butler service throughout the whole process. The most surprising thing was that the manager took the initiative to upgrade the room to a villa, and the family travel received unanimous praise.

Both the room and the restaurant offer stunning views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Plus, it's just a convenient 5-minute walk to the ancient town. We even received a New Year's gift, and by the way, the hairdryer is a Dyson! Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and all the staff were super friendly! Highly recommend!

**Facilities:** It's a two-story loft with complete amenities. The environment is beautiful, and the private hot tub is a major bonus, perfect for unwinding and enjoying your trip. There's a TV that can cast content, a smart toilet, and a humidifier, among other things. The toiletries are Le Labo, and they even offer two different scents to choose from.
**Hygiene:** When I arrived, they were just finishing up cleaning after the previous guest. The cleaning was meticulous and disinfection was thorough.
**Environment:** The courtyard's interior is exquisitely decorated and full of Zen, making it easy to relax. You can walk to the main street of Baisha Ancient Town. The town isn't very big, but there's plenty to explore, allowing you to quietly enjoy a 'chill' lifestyle.
**Service:** From the moment I checked in, I was offered tea. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious, and there's a partnered small bar where you can enjoy a cocktail. They also help with luggage pick-up and drop-off when you arrive and leave. The private hot tub essentials are all provided, and the service is friendly and attentive. It's really excellent, and I highly recommend it if you're visiting Baisha Ancient Town!

HHenny P AdiHonestly, I rarely post reviewsâbut this time I really felt like I had to, because this hotel was the highlight of my family trip to Yunnan.
From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpfulâfrom arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking.
The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairsâgreat for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroomâit had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be openedâperfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations.
The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic cafĂ© with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfectâthe area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away.
What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never changeâyour hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

CCrazystone827If you're coming to Lijiang, you absolutely must stay at a pet-friendly guesthouse! Especially if you're traveling with your furry friend by car, you have to check this place out! It's pet-friendly, has convenient parking, and is right by the ancient town, making it easy to get anywhere. The owners are incredibly welcoming and the guesthouse even has three dogs of its own. If you get lost, the owner will come pick you up, and the little dogs will even lead the way! The guesthouse itself is spotless, and you can even take a bath. The value for money is exceptional, highly recommend!

The garden was bursting with flowers, and every corner exuded natural beauty. The room facilities were superb, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were high-end. Here, you can stroll through the garden during the day, basking in the sunshine and fragrance of flowers; and drift off to sleep in the tranquility at nightâit was simply wonderful! Highly recommended!
