This time I took my mom and kids out to soak in the hot springs. It was the first time for my mom to stay in such a suite. The kids were also very excited because there were two floors with stairs. In particular, the housekeeper Lou Xiaohong was very kind and the service was very thoughtful. She responded immediately when there was a need, and even my mom praised it repeatedly. Wherever I went, the service staff would greet me warmly. I have stayed in so many hotels, and this time the waiter at Huaqiao Howard Johnson was the most enthusiastic. I have recommended it to many of my clients and friends, and I will come again next time!

The original ecological village scenery is really beautiful. The restaurant of the B&B is about a 5-minute walk from the room. Breakfast is a set meal for one person, which is enough for adults to eat. But the service needs to be improved. I waited for half an hour with my empty tray before I got my squeezed noodles. The naughty kids at the next table were noisy and closed the door loudly without any dissuasion. Dinner was also solved in the restaurant. The chicken soup and ** fish head were well received! My husband said that he was still not satisfied. He could cook noodles for breakfast the next day with the soup that he couldn't finish. This is also a good point! There are two points to be improved. One is that the door and window gaps in the room are not sealed enough. Even if the air conditioner and floor heating are turned on, you can still feel the cold air near the doors and windows. One is that the water in the private soup is not hot enough. When I was storing water, I put all hot water, but when I was soaking, I could only say it was warm water. The boss said that the faucet should not be turned off and the water should be changed all the time. I also tried it. The main reason was that the hot water was not hot enough. I will come again next time if I am ready to go hiking.

I booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super.

The ‘hot spring’ was an highlight, the bike ride ( yeah, electric for 24 hours) from next door bike hire, awesome. We had so much fun, could park the electric bikes without any hassle at the hotel bike park. Due to heavy rain we called the bike shop who agreed to pick them up by car the following day, without us having to take the back by ourselves. And the hotel was very helpful to leave them behind. Everyone , without fail, has been trained in customer service - it’s noticed! A wave and hello, always given whoever you pass. Yes, I would stay here happily again in the future! Ernst New Zealand

Located in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.

The persimmon was red and did not disappoint my expectations. excluding the impact of high temperatures is a perfect trip. The room is the same as the picture, the butler service is intimate, the breakfast is rich and amazing, and the dishes for lunch and dinner are also exquisite and delicious. Dongqian Lake is still worth a visit, except for the general experience of Limin Village. The homestay is at the entrance of Qianhu Secret Land, which is very convenient. It is especially labor-saving to rent a battery car. The housekeeper also sent homemade peach sauce, so happy.

The hotel service is also good. If there is a demand, you can respond on WeChat and get a reply and service in the first time. If the breakfast is improved, it will be better. If there is a shortcoming, the surrounding environment is a little messy, which may be related to the geographical location. Personally, I feel that if it is purely for a bath, especially if the children are older and the family is uncomfortable with a large bed and a double bed, it is still cost-effective. If you want to take a bath, you also want to see the scenery + go shopping, then choose Dongqian Lake. As for the skylight in the yard, I personally suggest not to open it in winter or summer, because there are buildings next to it, and the height of the yard wall should be specially designed, but psychologically I am still worried about being watched.

As a Golden circle member since 2003, I always love Shangrila. Very good location, big room size and most of all, outstanding service. The breakfast is also great, the gym is perfect too.
But the changing room condition was below my expectations. Not clean and the facilities are too old. The TV in the room….. most hotels have internet TV these days even 4 stars but the TV is too old. It’s needed some upgrades.

The hotel and service is good, but it is time to revamp and upgrade the rooms. The carpet is old and dirty with stains and a musky smell, furniture is old and chipping off. The television is rather a super old model.
The only horrible horrible thing you will experience is the lift, it is damn super slow during the peak period like in the morning from 7-10am you got to wait for like 15mins before being able to get into a lift and down.
Overall experience for the brand name Westin this Ningbo one didn't lift up to its name and a overpriced one.

AAlice NaA beautiful place that exceeded my expectations. The kids loved the water playground. The restaurant and the breakfast were of an excellent standard. Staff very kind and helpful (a very competent member of the staff supported our staying communicating in English). I suggest to check the deals in advance because the hot spring -water and inside playground may require an entrance ticket depending on the deal you book. (Entrance 150rmb/person). Hot spring in the evening are peaceful and pleasant. We could also fish and nearby there are nice restaurants options available and very beautiful walk/bicycle rides. Very green environment. The outside swimming pool is relatively small but pleasant. We’ll definitely come back.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very shocking. The single-family houses are all on the cliffs. When you open the curtains in the morning, the visual effect is really comfortable. You can communicate with the housekeeper for anything. Our housekeeper Amy is super responsible and basically has 24-hour standby service. It is a very quiet and elegant hotel, suitable for self-cultivation! I have eaten both the A and B packages of the hotel. I still recommend the A package, which is very exquisite and delicious😋

陈陈The May 1st holiday is still under control everywhere. I have no choice but to choose a nearby leisure tour. A group of three took a child over 2 years old to stay in Fenghua Adventure Valley, and stayed for two nights. The main points:
1. The owner of Beauty Valley and other staff are very enthusiastic, and there is no barrier to communication
2. Special praise is the chef, who is hospitable, helpful, and has first-class home cooking skills. The family eats here.
3. Small animals and play facilities are very suitable for preschool children to walk their babies.
4. The only shortcoming is that the accommodation conditions are limited to the construction on the hillside, and the comfort is not as good as that of modern hotels
The overall feeling is good, I still want to like it, I will come back next time

GGuest UserThe hotel is on the mountain and very quiet. There is a fruit plate for you to check in, and a lady will send you sweet soup at night. The room is very clean, the floor heating and air conditioning are very powerful, and it is not cold at all. The housekeeper ”Xiao Zhang” and all the service staff are very enthusiastic, thoughtful, and responsive. On the first night of stay, there was a bonfire party. The hotel guests lit fireworks sticks around the bonfire and had a lot of fun. There are not many varieties of breakfast, wontons, noodles, bread, coffee, juice... You can eat well. The dinner we ordered in the restaurant on the second night was very good in taste and appearance, and the price was reasonable. The family felt very satisfied. Oh, by the way, there is a large indoor hot spring pool in the hotel, which is heated by mountain spring water. Make an appointment with the housekeeper and go in for a bath. After the bath, the body is slippery and especially relieved. What's especially great is that you can bring your pets. My little dog had a lot of fun. There are also many fun attractions around the hotel. Self-driving tours are highly recommended!

GGuest UserTo be honest, it's quite nice to soak in the hot springs. The house is not big and has unlimited water refills. The warmth is good. The toiletries are very soft. However, the sound insulation is too poor. I can hear the people next to me talking clearly, which affects the experience. The air conditioner also makes extra creaking noises at night, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. To be honest, the rest is OK. After all, Anlan next door costs twice as much...
As for the service, I can't say it's bad, but I don't think it's particularly good. If you say that the homestay is warm, the housekeeper did chat with us at night and made milk tea for us to drink. You can feel the good service. The chef also kept asking about our taste and introducing the dishes. But the other service staff are more family-like and stiff... It's a bit like it doesn't reach the standard service of a five-star hotel, and it doesn't have the warm and free feeling of a homestay. It's a very strange feeling.

the check in and checkout - first and last impressions need to be improved. check in we didn't receive a friendly smile to guide us to the counter, check out was a long queue
during the busy time, more shuttle cars are required, we had several 20-30minutes wait times and guests act a bit silly and selfish, pushing to get on the shuttle bus even when families with small children where waiting longer. it was 40degrees Celsius so walking was not a safe option.
I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel.
the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient.
very mixed review I'm afraid.

GGuest UserWe were planning to stay for 1 night, but ended up staying for 3. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided wheelchair for my elderly parent to use during our stay. Thanks to the wheelchai ruse, my dad was able to visit more sites. Thank you so much for the unexpected service. Our courtyard hot spring room was huge, and the private hot spring pool was very convenient.

The rooms are built by the water, so you can enjoy the charming lake and mountain scenery, and have a comfortable rest space during the journey. Forget your worries in the green mountains and green waters.
In addition, the hotel services and surrounding environment add infinite fun to the holiday trip.

GGuest UserThe room was upgraded. The room environment is good and clean. The service attitude is very good, especially the greeter at the door of the breakfast room. He smiles and greets me very kindly. The food was quite satisfactory to my taste, and the evening was very quiet. There was a sound of banging things coming from somewhere around 7 o'clock in the morning, but it ended soon. The surrounding dining area is very convenient, with many choices. The grilled fish I had in the shopping mall next to it in the evening was so delicious, haha. Overall very satisfied, a cost-effective hotel.

First of all, as a National Day trip, more than 5,000 two nights are really not expensive. Pillowstone House has three beds (one on the first floor and two on the second floor are 1.8 meters) ～ or upper and lower duplex structure ～ and an exclusive courtyard and a bubble pool ～ The small door of the yard is the rockery pavilion. The public area is very large, built on the mountain, antique, one of which has a courtyard independent into a small environment, each courtyard has several rooms, there are large areas and small areas, rich and frugal. At the end, there are two trails up the mountain, quiet and safe, and climb to the end is a small reservoir. There are also public hot springs, free, one side wall is a row of cafes, also provides light meals, and friends are very pleasant to gather and listen to the wind. Going out is Xingmeng Paradise, children play, next to the millennium ancient village Hetou Village, this Hetou Village sells things very local, there are few unified products for national tourist attractions; there is also Dapeng Mountain Xianfo Valley to drive up the mountain, enter the scenic spot to walk around, friendly to the elderly and children.
In short, this hotel is a good place to avoid the flow of people during the holiday, and the accommodation conditions are perfect for my ancient style. Really a good place for vacation! Will go again ～
