This is my go-to hotel for my business travel in Ningbo area. It is located at a convenient location, not too far from the train station and the city centre, but also easy to access the outer skirt of the city without getting into rush hour traffic. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The included breakfast has lots to choose from. The highlight is definitely the service. Each guest is assigned with a private concierge (or butler). Every small request or question is only a text message away. My private butler 卢蕊 was able to bump me into a better room and higher floor, took care of laundry requests and provided me tips to nearby points of interests. Upon my check out, she prepared a thoughtful gift for my journey. It is always a pleasant stay at Kaiyuan.

The room is on two floors, with a large space. The private bath is very casual, the service is thoughtful, and they also gave us blessing apples, night milk and white fungus soup. The original ecological village scenery is really beautiful. The restaurant of the B&B is about a 5-minute walk from the room. Breakfast is a set meal for one person, which is enough for adults to eat. But the service needs to be improved. I waited for half an hour with my empty tray before I got my squeezed noodles. The naughty kids at the next table were noisy and closed the door loudly without any dissuasion. Dinner was also solved in the restaurant. The chicken soup and ** fish head were well received! My husband said that he was still not satisfied. He could cook noodles for breakfast the next day with the soup that he couldn't finish. This is also a good point! There are two points to be improved. One is that the door and window gaps in the room are not sealed enough. Even if the air conditioner and floor heating are turned on, you can still feel the cold air near the doors and windows. One is that the water in the private soup is not hot enough. When I was storing water, I put all hot water, but when I was soaking, I could only say it was warm water. The boss said that the faucet should not be turned off and the water should be changed all the time. I also tried it. The main reason was that the hot water was not hot enough. I will come again next time if I am ready to go hiking.

The location is close to the secret of Qianhu Lake. The small environment in the homestay is very good. It can be seen that the boss is operating carefully. Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time.
It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B.
The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The welcome fruits and flowers are still very warm. There is only a window on the top to watch the starry sky. The glass is a little dirty after a long time, but it doesn't affect it at night.
After that, we walked around. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea.
Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village.

2 The platform upstairs of the homestay is a very good place for sightseeing and leisure. It is still quiet in the middle of noisy. After swimming in the old street, a cup of tea is made. Sitting quietly on the platform, taking the cool breeze, watching the street view is the most pleasant.

Breakfast is at a good level (surcharge 64 yuan for a child from 6-10 years old). The pool is open until 23:00 (there is a sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi), the games child room is open also until 23:00.

When I woke up in the morning, the curtains slowly opened, and the mountains in the morning mist came into view. The houses were neat, there were fertile fields, beautiful ponds, mulberry trees and bamboos, it was like walking into a paradise, and the sense of relaxation was full. It was a good place for leisure and vacation.

Two days before staying at Anlan, I stayed at a newly opened hotel with a beautiful design in North Bund, Shanghai, 2900 a night, which was a good comparison. Relatively speaking, the status of the staff in North Bund is very average, giving people a feeling of being unskilled and unnatural, and a feeling that they are not very happy at work.
The staff of Anlan are more natural and skilled. The housekeeper Daniel will contact me one day in advance. In addition, after contacting, it gives people a warm and comfortable feeling.
Car: To go to the restaurant and swimming pool, you need a shuttle bus, which is slightly inconvenient, but it is completely acceptable. This is necessary to ensure the beautiful scenery. The waiting time is not long, and it is quite convenient to make an appointment by phone in advance.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were eaten. The food was very average. No merits or demerits. Later I ordered takeout.

I took my family to climb the mountains around, and everyone was quite happy.
Hot spring: I went to the public one at night, but I always felt a little uncomfortable with the public and couldn’t relax. There were not many people in the evening, just one guest in another room. I got up after a quick soak.
Summary: You can relax in the room, or hike in the hotel’s mountains and the surrounding mountains. It’s a good itinerary. Suitable for families or parents.

陈陈The May 1st holiday is still under control everywhere. I have no choice but to choose a nearby leisure tour. A group of three took a child over 2 years old to stay in Fenghua Adventure Valley, and stayed for two nights. The main points:
1. The owner of Beauty Valley and other staff are very enthusiastic, and there is no barrier to communication
2. Special praise is the chef, who is hospitable, helpful, and has first-class home cooking skills. The family eats here.
3. Small animals and play facilities are very suitable for preschool children to walk their babies.
4. The only shortcoming is that the accommodation conditions are limited to the construction on the hillside, and the comfort is not as good as that of modern hotels

excellent: the food and beverage manager and restaurant staff were always friendly and the food was excellent (though I think the price of a beverages is outrageous). the Thai curry is highly recommended.

to improve:
the cocktails we're awful each time we tried a new one...the ingredients were listed but not all present in the drink
the check in and checkout - first and last impressions need to be improved. check in we didn't receive a friendly smile to guide us to the counter, check out was a long queue
during the busy time, more shuttle cars are required, we had several 20-30minutes wait times and guests act a bit silly and selfish, pushing to get on the shuttle bus even when families with small children where waiting longer. it was 40degrees Celsius so walking was not a safe option.
I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel.
the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient.

GGuest UserI stayed here with my family in February last year. I had a good impression of the hot springs. I stayed here again for the hot springs, but the hot spring pool was not open as much as last time. The public rest area only had an audio-visual hall, which was really too simple. I communicated my requirements before checking in, and the hotel was able to meet them, which was satisfactory. I added the housekeeper's WeChat and they responded in time and sent fruits. However, the hotel is really old. The indoor swimming pool is clean and bright, but the sauna is not open. The young waiters lack enthusiasm, and there is basically no smiling service. It feels cold. There is no coffee machine for breakfast, but boiled instant coffee powder in a glass pot. The waiter said it was for cost considerations, which is obviously inconsistent with a five-star hotel. Other waiters I met answered in this way. There are not few breakfast varieties, including Western style, but the quality is really not like the water quality of a five-star hotel. This time I was really impressed and I will not come again next time. When we were soaking in the hot springs, there was a special person to pick us up. Fortunately, there was a driver, otherwise we would get wet. We stayed in a mountain view room, and the beautiful scenery was in full view when we entered the room. The surrounding scenery was also very pleasant, suitable for vacation and leisure. I think we will come again in the summer to play in the water, climb mountains, see the beautiful scenery and soak in the hot springs.

He smiles and greets me very kindly. The food was quite satisfactory to my taste, and the evening was very quiet. There was a sound of banging things coming from somewhere around 7 o'clock in the morning, but it ended soon. The surrounding dining area is very convenient, with many choices. The grilled fish I had in the shopping mall next to it in the evening was so delicious, haha. Overall very satisfied, a cost-effective hotel.

Pillowstone House has three beds (one on the first floor and two on the second floor are 1.8 meters) ～ or upper and lower duplex structure ～ and an exclusive courtyard and a bubble pool ～ The small door of the yard is the rockery pavilion. The public area is very large, built on the mountain, antique, one of which has a courtyard independent into a small environment, each courtyard has several rooms, there are large areas and small areas, rich and frugal. At the end, there are two trails up the mountain, quiet and safe, and climb to the end is a small reservoir. There are also public hot springs, free, one side wall is a row of cafes, also provides light meals, and friends are very pleasant to gather and listen to the wind.
