My overall experience at Wanda Vista Beijing was great. The location is truly unbeatable, right in the CBD, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and taking the subway. It saves a lot of hassle whether you're here for a business trip or a vacation. Although the hotel has been open for some years, the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The bed was incredibly comfortable; after a long day of traveling, I could get a solid night's sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view of Beijing's nightscape, creating a wonderful ambiance. The staff were very professional and polite. The concierge and front desk were responsive without being overly enthusiastic, which can sometimes feel pressuring. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My only minor gripe is that some of the equipment showed its age, but it didn't detract from the overall comfort of the stay. All in all, it's a very solid five-star hotel. If you're looking for convenience and comfort, I highly recommend it. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beijing.

This hotel provided a worry-free stay. It's conveniently located, just a short walk to the subway station, and taxis are easy to hail. It's also close to Peking Union Medical College Hospital and the Children's Hospital, allowing me to easily grab a good meal at a nearby mall after my appointments. I stayed in a king room, which felt spacious. What I appreciated most was the large window; it provided ample natural light during the day, and drawing the sheer curtains at night gave a great sense of security. The cleanliness was meticulous; even the nightstands and telephone were spotless, without that usual dusty feel. The mattress had just the right amount of support, not the saggy kind, and they provided both firm and soft pillows, which was great for someone with neck issues. The soundproofing was surprisingly good; with the window closed, I could barely hear the traffic outside. Unice at the front desk was very pleasant. Not overly enthusiastic, but quick to respond to any requests. I called for nail clippers, and they were delivered within five minutes. The restaurant, though small, had everything one would expect for breakfast. I especially enjoyed the freshly made noodles; the broth was clear, and the noodles were perfectly al dente. During check-out, the front desk proactively offered a late check-out until 2 PM – this small gesture really left a positive impression. From the facilities and cleanliness to the service details, everything at this hotel was well-executed, and it offers good value for money. My entire stay was comfortable and peaceful, with no unpleasant surprises. If I return to this city in the future, I would definitely prioritize staying here again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers.

Traveling to Beijing with my entire family, I booked two king rooms and one twin room at the Beijing Joy Hotel through Trip.com. First, a 'five-star review' to customer service agent Xue'er! And another 'five-star review' to the hotel's front desk staff, concierge, and housekeeping aunties who took care of us! After booking the rooms, I started coordinating with Xue'er. Since we were traveling to Beijing from abroad, many items we'd need during the trip were inconvenient to carry. We had to rely on online shopping to solve this. As soon as Xue'er found out, she immediately helped resolve my concern without hesitation, ensuring the concierge department took excellent care of my packages! One day, we were rushing to head to Qianmen Street. The kids were all eager to go shopping, but I was still waiting for my laundry to finish... My family was urging me relentlessly. I contacted Xue'er directly, and she told me, ”It's okay, quickly take your family out shopping. Don't worry about the laundry; leave it to me.” With Xue'er's reassurance, I happily took my family shopping. When we returned to the hotel, our clothes were already neatly placed in our room! The hotel's location is also excellent. It's connected to the Joy City shopping mall, with many great restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc., nearby, making it extremely convenient. Beijing travel involves large attractions and a lot of walking. It was wonderful to be able to comfortably rest back at the hotel after each day of exploring!

The service on the day of check-in was extremely poor. Upon entering the room, I found the air conditioning completely unadjustable. I immediately called the front desk (a male attendant). He came into the room, pressed the AC settings once or twice, and then told me that the air conditioning system is centrally controlled with the building during the day and could only be manually adjusted after 7 PM. So I went out. When I returned to the hotel around 8 PM, I didn't adjust the AC because I had the window open for ventilation. Later, when I was about to sleep, I closed the window and found the AC still unadjustable. I immediately called another male attendant at the front desk (presumably the night shift). He also said it couldn't be adjusted. I told him there was no airflow, and having to close the window at night would make the room stuffy. He then suggested I just open the bathroom exhaust fan. I told him to show me if other rooms also couldn't adjust the temperature/fan speed... After repeatedly insisting, he finally took me to another room, and in that room, the AC temperature and fan speed could be freely adjusted. He had previously said something about 'waiting until tomorrow morning for a professional to look at it'... What was that? One lie after another. Simply put, they just didn't want to deal with it. I then asked to switch to the empty room where the AC was adjustable. He said he needed to call for approval. Less than two minutes later, he returned to my room with his phone, watching a video (showing how to unlock the AC control panel). After unlocking it, the AC became fully adjustable. And then the next day, the AC was also self-adjustable... In summary, both the day and night shift male front desk attendants were deceptive and lied to guests!!! On a positive note, the female front desk attendant was genuinely attentive and provided excellent service... The hotel's facilities and environment are good, but it's let down by some of the front desk staff.

This hotel has received rave reviews! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so comfortable and soft that I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The dry-wet separation design in the bathroom was also very thoughtful, allowing me to enjoy a shower without worrying about wet hair. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This is a stylish cultural hotel that offers a quiet escape from the bustling city streets. The room was spotless, and the smart controls for lighting and curtains were easy to use. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were attentive without being intrusive. The all-in-one washer and dryer was incredibly practical, perfect for both tourists and short-term stays. I truly recommend it.

Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too.

Regarding the accommodation experience, I have to give a thumbs up to this e-sports hotel. The rooms provided by the hotel are spacious and bright, with comfortable beds and soft pillows, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed every time I enter the room. What’s more worth mentioning is that each room is equipped with high-performance e-sports equipment, allowing me to start my gaming journey at any time. Whether I'm teaming up with friends or enjoying the game alone, this place can meet my needs. (The hair dryer is a Dyson, very powerful)

My overall experience at the Qiqiao House Hotel was great, so I'm giving it a five-star review. The hotel is very close to Caoqiao Subway Station, making it incredibly convenient for subway transfers and catching the airport express, saving time and effort when visiting various attractions in the city. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and odor-free, and the bathroom was well-maintained with a stable hot water supply. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. They were also prompt in responding to any requests. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Beijing.

I found this place online by chance. The environment is okay, and overall it's pretty good. Considering the price is very reasonable, it's good value for money. I recommend it to everyone!
