Le Joy Hotel

The hotel was extremely convenient for shopping & dining due to having an adjacent lobby to the shopping mall. The room was spacious, clean & our stay was very comfortable due to high quality beddings, toilatries, self service laundry facilities. We stayed at the standard king room without window. However, despite that there was abundance of natural light in the morning which i absolutely loved. The cleaning lady clean the room, made the bed and provided new towels everyday. During my 4 nights stay, i always looked forward to come back to the hotel after long day of sightseeing and had a relaxing, full night of soundsleep. I even felt to stay even longer just because of the comfort & cleanliness of the hotel. Im looking forward to coming back to Beijing again and stay at Le joy. My arrival night impression of the hotel was Excellent too. Loved my entire stay thoroughly.

We had a wonderful stay at Beijing Le Joy Hotel. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient connection to the shopping mall, making it incredibly easy to shop, dine, and explore without having to travel far. There are also plenty of food choices nearby, which made mealtimes very convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing plenty of space for us to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to make our stay more convenient. They even assisted with our laundry, which was a huge help as it meant we could continue with our itinerary without having to worry about queues or waiting around for the laundry. A special mention to Candice, who was extremely helpful and attentive. She assisted us with adding her on WeChat and made sure our requests were well taken care of throughout our stay. Her prompt responses and thoughtful service made a real difference. Overall, Beijing Le Joy Hotel is a great choice for travellers looking for spacious rooms, excellent convenience, plenty of dining options, and attentive service. We had a very pleasant and worry-free stay and would be happy to return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing! We had a truly marvelous stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s literally a stone’s throw away from Xidan Joy City, with Level 1 of the hotel conveniently connected to the mall by just a door. This made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy, especially when travelling with family. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, but what really stood out was the personalized service from 萱萱 (Candice). She contacted us via WeChat and made everything so convenient. Any hotel information or requests could simply be communicated to her through WeChat, and she was always extremely prompt, helpful, and attentive in responding. One service that really amazed us was the Taobao parcel handling. With all the online shopping we did, we ended up having quite a number of parcels delivered to the hotel. The hotel has a dedicated storage area and a staff member who carefully keeps track of the parcels. Once we provided our name and mobile number, he was able to consolidate our parcels and have them delivered directly to our room. This was incredibly convenient and something we really appreciated during our stay. What impressed us even more was what happened after we checked out. I accidentally left a pair of pants inside the cabinet in our room. 萱萱 immediately contacted me, and without hesitation, she helped arrange a courier service to have my pants sent back to me. That level of attentiveness and professionalism really went above and beyond what we expected. Overall, LeJoy Hotel Beijing gave us a wonderful combination of an excellent location, convenience, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to come across a hotel where the little details are handled with such care. A very special thank you to 萱萱 (Candice) and the hotel staff, butler uncle always at the drop off to help us carry our bulky stroller for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. Your prompt responses, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to LeJoy Hotel the next time we’re in Beijing! I will like to say that our 8nights stay at le joy hotel has been nothing short of excellent! Xuan Xuan from guest relations has been awesome from day 1 and she has been handling all our requests promptly and answered everything to our satisfaction. Special mention to the housekeeping lady 张恒娟, her service has been superb and goes beyond her call of duty to help with the folding of clothes prompty from the dryer to prevent creases. This was done with her own initiative. You have a very good staff here Le Joy! The counter staff 小梨 was also very friendly and helped us greatly when approached. Air conditioning was strong and cooling. Rooms were make up daily and comfortable for my family after a day’s tour in beijing. LocAtion wise was fantastic as it was near line 1 & 4 of metro, around 300m from hotel. There are many many restaurants nearby at malls that you have to try, from peking duck (shiji minfu) to mushroom hotpot… it was awesome! There is also a supermarket 盒马 nearby where you can get like fruits, snacks & drinks etc although nearby the mall have 7-eleven. If you are taking didi (taxi), do pin from the west side of the mall so that it is easier to get on and off. The only downside is that the elevators are going on renovation so only 2/4 are working. It might be a little slow during peak hours but in general was ok. Bathrooms were a little open concept if you are looking at a little more privacy esp with kids. In short, we had an enjoyable time in Beijing and would definately recommend Le Joy to our friends and family. 5/5 for everything in service and hospitality 👍🏻

Enjoyed staying at the Le Joy Hotel. Conventional location that is about 15 minute bus ride to the main area like the Forbidden City and Qianmen Square. The hotel was very clean and had everything I needed. The cleaning staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is connected to the Joy City Mall which was very cool.

The room is comfortable and the location is great. However, I have three issues worth mentioning: Construction noise  1. Construction noise: There is construction work nearby, and they appear to work through the night. If your room is in stacks 01 to 26, the construction noise may keep you awake. 2. Pillows are too soft and thin : The pillows were quite thin and lacked support. Some hotels now provide two options, such as one memory-foam pillow and one softer/thinner pillow, which gives guests more choice. 3. Lighting in the room : As the room has an open-concept design, it is not possible to switch off the main room light while keeping the toilet lights on. This makes the room quite bright at night and can be uncomfortable when trying to sleep. Overall, the room and location are good, but these points could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

I stayed for 3 night. They did make up the room daily but they did not change the dirty cups. I expected the normal yellow bed light but I got colorful bed light that made me got headache.
