"Let me start with the conclusion: I'd stay here indefinitely and would recommend it to every friend visiting Kyoto. I feel incredibly lucky to have stayed here; it truly enhanced my travel experience. Cleanliness: I didn't find any issues. Ambiance: The lobby is very comfortable. Every time I returned, I'd sit there to relax. The flow of guests and hotel staff created a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel has an artistic touch that clearly sets it apart from budget hotels, yet it doesn't feel old. Room: It's not large, but definitely sufficient for two people. Service: There's always someone available, and all requests are promptly addressed. The ladies are gentle, and the gentlemen are very friendly. The cleaning staff, especially the 'aunties,' are incredibly diligent – they knock on the door so meticulously, it's like they're afraid of missing you, haha. Location: Absolutely fantastic! Just 10 meters outside is the bustling main street, offering a quiet retreat in the midst of it all. Nishiki Market, Shijo Kawaramachi, and Kamo River are all conveniently located. It's incredibly convenient. Walking down the alleys, you'll find many great restaurants to explore. We ate at Ichiryu Manbai Ramen for four days straight, haha. Breakfast: Not cheap, but very delicious!"

"The front desk staff were very polite, but it seemed there weren't any Chinese-speaking staff. The hotel feels a bit old, and it seems to cater more to local Japanese guests rather than mainland Chinese tourists. It's a bit far from Kamo River, and it's about a 2km walk back from the shopping street. It's quite close to the subway station (and two lines intersect there), but in Kyoto, it's generally more convenient to take the bus. Next time, I might choose a hotel with more bus stops right outside. Also, there's no washing machine or laundry room, which is quite inconvenient for extended stays. The water dispenser and ice machine on our floor were also broken... I feel like the facilities could be greatly improved. The onsen (hot spring bath) is small and gets very crowded; the women's bath was almost always full at every time of day. It's like no one wants to shower in their own room's bathtub; everyone prefers the public bath for convenience."

"Really enjoyed my stay at Park Hotel Kyoto. The hotel was clean, modern and in a very convenient location which made it easy to explore Kyoto. The staff were polite, friendly and always helpful whenever needed. The room was comfortable and the hotel had a very peaceful atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Overall had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Kyoto. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Kyoto!"

"The location is excellent, right around the corner from Kintetsu Nara Station. It's also a short walk to Nara Park. The hotel service is top-notch. The room is small but fully equipped, clean, and tidy. The toiletries are from Pola, which are of high quality. We spent all day sightseeing and were exhausted, but we slept wonderfully and woke up feeling completely refreshed."

"I only realized upon checking in that this hotel is part of the long-standing Thai brand, Dusit International, which explains why the breakfast mainly offers Japanese and Thai options. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, situated between Shijo and Gojo in Kyoto, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station. The room layout is both unique and practical. The overall public space is very suitable for digital nomads; the first-floor area is very cozy, perfect for working on a laptop during the day, holding meetings, or catching up with friends, and it transforms into a restaurant and bar at night."

"Nice hotel, average japanese hotel room, ofcourse tiny, but normal for japan. The pillow on the bed could have been slightly bigger, and maybe 2. Also next to the bed only 1 outlet, in a double room, but 2 outlets next to the door? No water in the room? Old looking yellowish fridge ruins the looks of the room. Front desk could be nicer, especially the guy with the glasses at evening. Don't understand why he did not want to help us by using the hotel vaccuum to suck out the air from our vaccuum bags. Amazing location, would come here again."

"The Millennials Kyoto Capsule Hotel Great location and clean environment, with a really well-designed common area. Even though it's a capsule hotel, it offers good privacy and comfort. I had a great experience staying for several nights in a row, and I'd definitely consider coming back here on my next trip to Kyoto."

"It's a bit of a walk from Karasuma Station. However, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson are all within easy reach, making it very convenient for shopping. During check-in, the front desk staff was incredibly thorough in explaining everything about the hotel. Although the room was small, it was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The only downside was the very limited number of power outlets. Also, the window sound insulation wasn't great at night; I frequently heard street noise."
