This is a business hotel with a good location for inbound travelers. Most of the staff can speak English and are generally good and honest, but there was one fundamental issue. Due to the room's layout, the air conditioning airflow hit my face directly while I was sleeping, no matter what I tried. I wouldn't really recommend it. If you're looking for the same price range, the Super Hotel nearby offers significantly superior comfort, so keep that in mind.

The hotel was dirty, and so was the room. The window wouldn't close, and the street noise outside made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Also, there were no batteries in the toilet seat remote control, so I had to buy and replace them myself. The first floor constantly smelled like a public restroom and was always cluttered with luggage. The bed linens had dirty stains and small bugs. My request to check out early from this filthy hotel was denied. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, average japanese hotel room, ofcourse tiny, but normal for japan. The pillow on the bed could have been slightly bigger, and maybe 2. Also next to the bed only 1 outlet, in a double room, but 2 outlets next to the door? No water in the room? Old looking yellowish fridge ruins the looks of the room. Front desk could be nicer, especially the guy with the glasses at evening. Don't understand why he did not want to help us by using the hotel vaccuum to suck out the air from our vaccuum bags. Amazing location, would come here again.
