Kyoto Hotels with Balcony

I booked Junior Suite for 4 nights. Upon arriving the hotel, hotel staff was already waiting at the lobby. She led us to the Club at the 3rd floor to check in and arranged our luggage to deliver to our room. We had a few drinks and some Tapas at the Club before approaching to the room. The Club offers free flow of champagne, wine and drinks as well as snacks all day, it’s really a nice place to chill out before or after formal meal. Breakfast buffet at the 2/F was nice. A large variety of choices were available. I tried the massage service at the 2/F. It was nice too. Hotel staff got great hospitality. On check out date, they delivered our luggage to Kyoto Station for us to pick up there after our morning tour in Kyoto. Very thoughtful arrangement.

If I had to point out a slightly unsatisfactory aspect, it would be the inefficiency of the front desk service. When I asked for a recommendation for the nearest laundry service, they didn’t provide any suggestions at all and were quite perfunctory. Due to being in a hurry, I asked the front desk to call a taxi to the bus station for me. Instead of taking action, they kept saying that the roads were closed today and that taxis might be delayed, along with a lot of unhelpful comments. This wasted a few minutes. It would have been much better if they had simply gone downstairs to call a taxi and helped solve the problem. Overall, I felt their service lacked enthusiasm, which was something I was very dissatisfied with. As for location wise, this hotel’s location is UNBEATABLE. I would stay again for the location and nothing else

I stayed for 6 nights in the peak season of November and the price was not cheap. The staff is so polite. The kitchen floor in the room is quite dirty. The most disappointing thing is that the sound insulation is very poor. There are many people walking upstairs every night and it is very loud. After staying for 6 nights, only the last night was quiet because the two couples upstairs had checked out and had already packed their luggage around 5 a.m. We went out and met them checking out around 9 a.m. I wanted to report the noise the next morning, but the staff hadn't come to work yet. After that, I stayed for a while and forgot about it. Moreover, the table in the living room is very small. We bought food from a nearby supermarket to eat back, but there was not enough space, so we had to use our suitcases as the table. The door is electronically locked, so there is no need to bring a key when going out. Towels will not be changed during your stay, but there is a washing machine so you can clean yourself. Not many hangers and cutlery. The location is good, very close to the station, and there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.

Small suite, the room has a washing machine, dryer (in the bathroom), microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, air purifier, quite comprehensive. The room and bathroom are much larger than the hotel I stayed in Tokyo a few days ago. The kitchen in the room has pots, bowls and chopsticks, but no seasoning. The bathroom has a full set of toiletries (toner, conditioner, etc.), plenty of hangers, and good soundproofing in the room. There is a water bar on the first floor, free drinks and coffee, etc., and a terrace on the top floor. There is also a self-service luggage storage rack on the first floor (password lock, unlimited size) The overall facilities are very new and very complete. I stayed for 3 days and was very satisfied

The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that feature all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The decor is stylish, and the facilities, including the self-check-in system, are convenient for a smooth arrival. However, it’s important to note that the location is a bit far from public transportation, which might be an inconvenience if you’re relying on buses or trains.but can go to Gojo station or bus stop for walking in 5-10 mins , the hotel offers good value for the quality of the rooms and service. The self-check-in system is efficient, and I appreciated that staff were on standby to help when needed. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for the initial check-in experience.

The B&B is located in a residential area next to ”East Temple”. The surrounding environment is very quiet, and most of them are occupied by locals. You can take a bus in about 10 minutes' walk. The key point nearby is the ”World Cultural Heritage List Toji Temple”, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The room is a traditional Japanese single-family apartment with two floors, with a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shower room (wet and dry separation), a living room, and an open kitchen. The rooms are all self-service, and there are no waiters to clean them. Therefore, special care and hygiene must be taken into account in the rooms. Garbage must be sorted and put into the trash cans.

The room is really clean, it is very quiet surrounded by residents, the door of each house is uniquely decorated, and there are views everywhere! Because I brought two old people with me, they are not used to Japanese food! I cooked a few meals to let them eat hometown food! The B&B is very convenient to Kiyomizudera Temple. It only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the station. It takes about 20 minutes to reach Kiyomizudera Temple, Hanamikoji, and other scenic spots! Kyoto is still a place worth staying for a few more days. Personally, I like to travel quietly and slowly. I prefer Kyoto to Tokyo and Osaka!

The Western breakfast is cooked by the chef on-site and tastes good. The overall apartment is very good, the garden scenery is great, the surrounding is very convenient, the alley is opposite the roast meat store, three minutes walk to the two convenience stores at the intersection, and a super fragrant live-made Bendang store, walk to two cities is 15 to 20 minutes. The room is slightly ventilated, especially the bathroom, which is not ventilated for a long time, causing the wooden home to have a certain taste. The cushion is slightly damp.

Selected Room: Harmony Suite A very clean and spacious room with a distinctive layout that boasts ample living space for a couple or family with small children. The big bathtub and plenty of natural light coming from the large windows were the major highlights of the room. Location: Prime location. Situated right next to Kyoto Station, it is a 1-minute walk from the hotel to the station. Staff: All staff members were very hospitable and gave you the best support they could when attending to requests. Gajamer was amazing! He helped us check-in and was very professional and polite in any possible way. Meals: We did not select any meal plans for this stay. Overall experience: A very pleasant stay, with all expectations met as shown in the photos and descriptions. Strongly recommended.
