"I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel! I was here on a work trip, and was able to text them over WeChat if I needed the room cleaned or sheets changed while I was away at business meetings. Very accommodating, and an amazing space. This place would be $300 a night in the states. If I come back I will be staying here again. The breakfast was okay, and is better than most of the food spots you could order in from."

"A long-established hotel in a well-established wealthy area of Shenzhen, similar to the Government Guesthouse. It has a good location and ecological environment, and is in front of the Silver Lake Park. It has been renovated in the past few years, and the overall feel is historical but not outdated.
Market-oriented management, service concept and attitude are very good, and the golf experience is also quite valuable~
The only shortcoming is that the swimming pool was demolished and a new building is being rebuilt. I hope the new building will be designed with an outdoor infinity swimming pool. In that case, the entire hotel will be taller and taller."

"I was really pleasantly surprised by staying at your hotel this time! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was infected by the warm and elegant environment and the enthusiastic smiles of the staff. The front desk checked in efficiently and professionally, and also upgraded the room type considerately. The room is spacious and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, like sleeping on clouds, and I slept well all night until dawn. The details reflect the care everywhere: the toiletries equipped in the bathroom are also complete and easy to use. The hotel is also very conveniently located, within walking distance to the business district and subway station.
The most unforgettable thing is the professionalism and warmth of the service team. Whether it is the meticulous cleaning of the housekeeper or the initiative of the concierge to help plan the route, I feel ”at home”. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and will definitely choose it again on my next trip!"

"Come to this resort hotel to relax during the Lantern Festival. After checking in, the staff took us to the room on a golf cart. At first we thought the room was far away, but we didn't know it was near the lobby. The room was bigger than the description, with a kitchen, a king size bed, and a double bed in front of the bed. Round dining table. The kitchen has stoves and ovens, and snacks and drinks in the refrigerator are free, including Coke, beer, cup noodles, etc. The swimming pool is not too big and is only suitable for splashing around. There are floating beds in the room, and the check-in is excellent. The toilet is also very large, with separate dry and wet areas. There is a bathtub and disposable bath bags, so you don’t need to bring your own, which is great. Breakfast is served at a Chinese restaurant near the lobby. Two people can order 10 dim sums. The food is delicious👍🏻"

"This homestay is the best homestay in Hetau Village. The room is well-equipped with neutral and simple style. The room has a projector, the bed is of tatami type, and the service staff is of high quality, which is very different from some express business hotels. So I like to live in B&Bs. The room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and there are many beers that are not available in other homes. It is worth trying. There is parking at the door, and it is about a 10-minute walk from the beach. It is a great experience! ! !"

"Hotel’s location is perfect, we had the best beach view from our room. There were plenty of restaurants around and beach front is right across the hotel.
The hotel was super clean and service was excellent!
We went there during the National Holiday, the personals were very nice and offered my husband and I to be part of their barbecue party on their patio.
We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at a HUAZHU Group hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the Futian CBD and just steps from the metro station, offering excellent value for money. During my stay, there was some construction happening around the hotel, but we didn't experience any noise issues. The hotel has a laundry room on the 4th floor, and you can check the status of the washing machines and dryers via their dedicated app, which is very convenient. The hotel uses robots for takeout deliveries, and during peak hours, staff members also help deliver orders. This commitment to service is truly commendable. However, the overall service still falls short of a perfect 5-star standard, and the staff generally lacked warmth or enthusiasm. The hotel corridors are quite narrow, making it particularly noticeable when cleaning staff occupy the passageway. On the first day, despite having the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, a cleaning staff member still knocked and asked if I wanted the room cleaned, which was a bit awkward. Fortunately, this issue did not recur. That said, considering the hotel's incredibly high value for money, these minor issues do not detract from its overall competitiveness.

The location is superb, conveniently close to the metro and major shopping districts, with a vast array of dining and shopping options nearby, making transportation effortless.
Breakfast featured a rich variety of delicious options. The accompanying gym and swimming pool were impeccably maintained, offering an excellent leisure and relaxation experience.

GGuest UserSqueezing in a last-minute getaway, hehe😁 As many reviews noted, check-in was quite slow. However, I could tell the front desk attendant was genuinely putting in a lot of effort to find an available room and assign a suitable one. We were fortunate enough to get a room upgrade too. While waiting in line for check-in, a staff member offered us drinks and small pastries. Since it was already past 4 PM and we were quite tired upon arrival, this gesture was very thoughtful.
The seawater was indeed nice. From the balcony, you could see the free public park teeming with swimmers until very late at night. The waves were strong and quite high, and the kids had a blast. We even spotted small fish occasionally when diving underwater. The outdoor infinity pool was beautiful and very enjoyable to swim in. The indoor one, however, felt just so-so. The kids' play area was closed, so our main focus was playing in the ocean waves.
The information mentioned that dinner reservations were required, but tables were only held until 6 PM. Six o'clock, however, is the perfect time to enjoy the evening and witness the most beautiful sunset. So, making a reservation felt rather pointless; you could just go directly. Also, the weekend meal supplement was a bit pricey: 428 for adults, and 249 for children between 1.2-1.4 meters tall. The dishes were quite plentiful, with the most expensive item, small lobsters, limited to half a lobster per person. It felt more like we were paying for the ambiance than just the food. Furthermore, the package included breakfast for two adults and one child, but the child had to be under 1.2 meters tall. I felt that children under 1.2m are typically offered breakfast for free anyway, so explicitly stating it was 'included for one child' felt a bit like feigned generosity. However, there was a special discount if you added breakfast at the front desk.
Exiting the hotel lobby, if you turn right and walk up the road, you'll reach a seaside boardwalk where the water is even greener. It's about a 2km walk to Xiaomeisha, a nice option for those who enjoy strolling.
The travel photography service, highly praised in many reviews, was indeed great at teaching us how to pose. However, the 'fine-tuned' editing seemed to be mostly one-click beautification and wasn't really necessary; I would have preferred just the original photos.
Overall, if you're not particularly price-sensitive, you can definitely have a fantastic holiday experience here. A big thank you again for the room upgrade, which significantly enhanced our stay! 😄🥰

The staff were not only incredibly personable but also their service attitude was exceptionally warm and attentive. During check-in and check-out, they were meticulous and even thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, which significantly enhanced my positive impression.
The guest rooms were equally impressive, surprisingly spacious with a thoughtful layout. The decor was minimalist yet stylish. They were spotlessly clean, and all essential amenities were provided. Lying in bed, it truly felt like a cozy home away from home.
The hotel's gym was a definite highlight. The equipment was well-maintained and user-friendly. Plus, there were professional trainers on hand to assist, making it comfortable even for fitness beginners to work out.
Breakfast was another delightful surprise. The aroma of freshly baked bread was inviting, and there was a good balance of hot and cold dishes, along with a variety of freshly prepared beverages. It was a true pleasure to start the day with such a delicious and substantial breakfast.
From the front desk to the rooms, from the gym to the breakfast, this hotel excelled in every aspect. I will definitely be back again!

The hotel also boasts a complimentary swimming pool with excellent water quality; the kids had such a blast they didn't want to get out! It's very close to Dameisha Beach, just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Every staff member I encountered throughout the hotel had a wonderful attitude, making for a fantastic overall experience. I would definitely return given the opportunity.

Unbeatable Location - Airport Access via MRT & City Exploration: This location is truly outstanding:
· Direct Airport Link via MRT: The hotel is just a short, easy wll (approx. 20 minutes) from the Airport MRT station. This station provides a direct, quick, and effortless train ride straight into Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (SZX) terminals. No shuttles needed – simply hop on the train! The convenience, especially with luggage or for tight flight schedules, is unbeatable.
· Gateway to Shenzhen: Being steps from the MRT station also meant seamless access to explore the entire city. I could easily reach Nanshan, Futian, Luohu, and beyond without relying on taxis. The connectivity made sightseeing and business meetings incredibly efficient.
Perfect for a 6-Day Stay: Weizanwan Hotel was the ideal choice for my week-long visit. The comfortable room was a sanctuary, the free laundry was a huge practical benefit for a longer trip, and the location near the MRT (with its direct airport link) meant minimal time wasted on transport. It offered the perfect blend of relaxation and easy access to everything Shenzhen has to offer.
In Conclusion: My 6 days at the Weizanwan Hotel were excellent. The incredibly warm and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms with practical amenities like free laundry, and the unbeatable location right next to the MRT station (providing direct access to the airport and the whole city) create a truly winning combination. It offers exceptional value, convenience, and a genuinely pleasant stay. I will definitely be choosing Weizanwan Hotel again on my next trip to Shenzhen!

Our dedicated WeChat concierge was available 24/7, proactively sending us breakfast times, local guides, and helpful tips. They responded instantly to any small request, and each evening, they reminded us about the complimentary 'goodnight dessert soup' available at the front desk. The soup, served daily from 8:30 PM to 9:50 PM, was wonderfully sweet and incredibly soothing. Paired with a fresh and delicately presented small fruit platter, enjoying it before bed truly brought a burst of happiness! ✨
The in-room amenities were incredibly thoughtful; small touches like electric mosquito repellent and steam eye masks were provided, and even the mini-bar drinks were complimentary! The breakfast staff were equally attentive. This morning, we overslept and rushed to the restaurant just before closing, but the staff kindly told us not to worry and specifically extended the breakfast time for us! Upon check-out, we even received an unexpected farewell gift. It's clear that every single detail here is handled with immense care and thoughtfulness!!!

BBon AngOne of the best hotel in Shenzhen. From the bell boy to the reception and the restaurant staff, you will receive top notch services- thumb up. Their dim sum is good. The staff are super friendly and they had upgraded us to a bigger room without us asking and when we call and ask on check out timing they had automatically inform us that they had extended our checkout timing to 2pm. Impressive. We Had Accidentally left 4 boxes of blueberries and tomatoes in the mini fridge, staff treats for them haha
