Pros: The hotel offers a comfortable stay with a warm and welcoming receptionist who made check-in a pleasant experience. The breakfast was delicious as well Cons: The public shared shower room has limited access, available only from 4 PM to 10 PM, which may be inconvenient for guests with different schedules.

This was a really great little place. Very peaceful and really enjoyed the space. The people who run it were extremely kind and went out of their way to make sure everything was good all the time. Truly a wonderful little spot. Definitely would stay here again!

The property was easy to find and has a spacious parking lot. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The property provide hot bath soak (onsen pool) for complimentary use. This is especially good for us who need a good bath and wake up at 4am the next day for the trip to Unkai Terrace. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Owners were very helpful and thoughtful. All information were given to us on the day of the check in.

It was a clean pension with a calming atmosphere. The breakfast and the drinking water provided in the common area were delicious. I was excited about things like the bunk beds in the attic and the main pillar!

The hotel is very clean, about 5 minutes' drive from Hoshino. The room is a bit small, and you have to go downstairs to take a shower, but the breakfast and dinner are very delicious😋Good value for money. I can stay here again next time I go to Hoshino to see the sea of clouds.

Excellent value for money. I just arrived at this old building. It's in a good location and is neat and tidy. You can contact the store for pick-up and drop-off at Tomamu Station, or you can arrange a visit to Hoshino Resorts Breakfast and dinner are also delicious😋

The service was excellent! The environment is very comfortable, it is worth staying again The size of the room is suitable, with Japanese characteristics, and it is designed with real wood all around. During the few days of staying, Hoshino is very convenient. About 5 minutes by car

Those who are interested in this Ing Tomamu hotel, I believe they must go to the Hoshino Ski Resort and want to find other hotels. I went to Hoshino Ski Resort at the end of January and stayed at ING Tomamu. The ING location is 5 minutes away from the train station and 3 minutes away from Hoshino. It's really not a joke. The grandfather of the boss will arrange a shuttle to and from the train station or Hoshino. As long as you make an appointment with your grandfather, there is absolutely no problem going back and forth between these three places. But there are no shops around, so you don't have to go around to eat a bowl of ramen or buy daily necessities. The hotel is in an antique Japanese style, not a new type of B&B hotel. But there are restaurants, public bathrooms, toilets, and indoor hot springs. There is also a piano, you can show your skills. The room is slightly smaller, but I go to the ski resort all day and don't have time to stay in the room. The indoor and outdoor environment is refreshing, tidy, comfortable, and the cleanliness is perfect. The breakfast and dinner provided are very good in appearance and taste. The most commendable thing is that the boss and his family are very kind and polite, and their service attitude is very good. See lots of award service medals. It is an excellent choice for those who do not require to live in a hotel on the floor.

The room is equipped with a terrestrial TV, toothbrush, towels, and slippers. Please bring your own pajamas and yukata as they are not provided. The toilet, washroom, and large public bath are shared, and the downside is that it is easy to hear the noise from the next room. If you avoid the times when the lights are on, you will usually have the large public bath to yourself. Both breakfast and dinner are very filling and delicious. Dinner is a full course meal, with appetizer, soup, salad, main course, rice, and dessert. I thought it would be nice to know the menu for the day before the meal so that it would be easier to plan your drinks. During the winter, you can be picked up and dropped off at Tomamu The Tower. From there, a shuttle bus runs every few minutes to the JR station.
