The room was clean, spacious, and large enough, with a bathtub for soaking. The facilities were complete, and the front desk staff, Kiki, was friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient. Breakfast was also quite good — overall, it was an excellent stay experience.

The room is amazingly big and well-designed. You could enjoy the peace and comfort in this hotel. The location is not the best in Shenzhen but the hotel itself is a big plus for someone who wishes to have a quiet retreat.

I'm a repeat guest, having stayed here multiple times. The hotel is a standalone building, which makes it very quiet. Parking is also super convenient with its two-level garage. All the staff are excellent. The bathroom and dressing area are very spacious, and the lighting is very comfortable.

Both the Chinese noodles and local snacks and dim sum were delicious. Furthermore, the room amenities are well-maintained. The air conditioning works perfectly, maintaining a steady temperature without sudden fluctuations. While it doesn't have a bidet, the room boasts a very spacious walk-in closet. Thanks to its high floor, the room is incredibly quiet, and opening the windows allows for plenty of sunlight!

On a business trip to Shenzhen, I stayed at the Nanshan Lanhemete Hotel and had a superb experience. The hotel is centrally located in Nanshan District, surrounded by numerous office buildings, and directly across the road from Yanxiang and Tencent Towers. It's also very close to Shenzhen University and Lixiang Park, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Rooms start from 40 square meters, making them very spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed had the perfect firmness, ensuring I slept incredibly well at night. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, and the dual sinks were a very thoughtful touch. The hotel's restaurants are also excellent. The dim sum at the Cantonese restaurant was exquisite and delicious, while the sashimi at the Japanese restaurant was fresh and delightful. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and smooth. Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

This hotel was perfectly decent. It wasn't luxurious or memorable, but it served its purpose. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were polite. The decor is a bit dated, but everything functioned as it should. If you need a no-frills place to sleep and shower, this will do the job just fine. I wouldn't seek it out for a special occasion, but for a business trip or a night on the road, it's an okay choice.

We had the superior king room. Large and spacious. Nice bathroom layout with a bath as well. Good amenities, clean. Non smoking room. Our room was facing the office building, which is a bit dark. We would have preferred a more open view. But not a real issue when you're out all day anyway. Our Aircon did not heat and the HDMI connection to the tv did not work somehow. Perhaps both were fixable but it was late in the evening, so we did not call reception. My wife received a large red Valentines rose on arrival, great welcome. Cheerful and helpful staff, also in English and Cantonese. The street has various simple shops, massage and hair salons, and eateries and if you walk about 10 minutes, you reach Nantou Ancient city, a fun old district with various free small museums about the old Nanshan, plenty coffee shops, dessert and ice cream shops and nice restaurants of all price ranges. Quite touristic, worth visiting and looking for something to do or a nice dinner out.

The room is functional and comes with a decent size and a good bathtub. The only major drawback is the view. We checked in late and didn’t see it until the morning. It woke you up faster than a coffee! Maybe reconsider your booking if you are sensitive to views.

location far from metro and shopping, I think this is main reason for good price for 5 star hotel. clean and big room, good breakfast, worth this price at all
