Airline Inn Taipei Ximen Reviews

Fantastic location right near ximen. Ceilings are very low, if you are over 180cm, you will have to crouch when entering the bathroom and shower. The smoke detector in our room had a very very bright blue light which disrupted our sleep. The walls are thin and we would constantly hear people coming in and out.

The lobby is located on the main road,when you want to get in the room.You have to walk to the back and walk to the other building which be connected. The aisle is not clean enough. And the carpet in the room is not clean. The amenities have only shampoo and shower gel. The space between floor and the door is quite big so having the mosquito get inside. The best thing of this hotel is staff service. The staff is very kind.

We complained aircon not working for 2 days only fixed on the 3rd day. In fact the first time he came he told us we used the remote wrongly which was very accusing.  2. They put the towel on top of toilet bowl. Who does that? 3. Dilapidated building 4. Rooms are not sound proof.

The hotel has easy access to the city center (Near at Ximen MRT station) and clean.

We had a pleasant stay in Airline Inn Taipei Ximen. It is conveniently located just a few steps from exit 2 of Ximen Station. The staff who assisted us during our check-in was nice and helpful. They let us keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean and seems newly renovated. We booked Double Deluxe Room, it was spacious enough for a couple and got the view of the Ximending Night Market side. The bathroom has a decent size as well, with Japanese-tech toilet and hot/cold shower. The toiletries smelled nice and there was hair dryer. However, single-use amenities like toothbrush, cotton buds, etc. were no longer provided due to government’s sustainability efforts. There was a safe in the room, mini fridge and they replenish the bottled water in your room upon request. The air-conditioning was also good. Oh, and it was raining in Taiwan when we visited and they provide umbrellas for guests to use. Although we had an overall nice stay, not all people may like it. The building looks old outside and the elevators leading to the rooms are outside the lobby/reception and surrounded by different shops. We were assigned in 4th floor, and there was a small stair going to our room which we find inconvenient. It would also be nicer if they can add a couple of pillows for a more comfortable sleep. Overall, we find Airline Inn Taipei Ximen a great value for money. Affordable and budget-friendly, but doesn’t compromise comfort and convenience.

Location is very convenient. I went with family members. Located in busy shopping area and near to the train station. There is no breakfast provided but can find food nearby walking distance.

My parents preferred staying in this hotel rather than an airbnb that was located in ximen. Hotel was clean and the bathroom was also quite spacious.

The hotel is easily accessible bcs its located just in front the MRT Xime station, you could not missed it! Room is spacious enough and the water pressure is also good. The only thing is the room location to front desk service is quite far that if you didn’t remember how to get there you’ll get lost bcs its hidden. It seems like its not in the same building yet it does. Nothing special rather than location.

The location is great, staff and cleaner is very friendly. Room is clean and has everything we needed for our stay. Super recommend this place and will choose here again in the future.

The hotel is very near to the MRT station, right after exit 2 and it is very near to XiMen as well. The hotel is located a an old commercial building. The design is quite old, but is still ok for the budget. The hot shower is very slow 😀

A clean, budget friendly hotel in a great location: literally two steps away from Exit 2 of Ximen MRT station. Airline style is apparent when you check in: rooms are clean and functional. Check out is 11am and they are not prepared to be very flexible about that. “Policy is policy!”

Love the complementary baby crib on request from this hotel. Thank you. Also, the hotel provide free upgrade for our room. Thank you for that too! The toilet seat was not intact so we need to call the front desk. However, it seemed like the problem cannot be fixed which was fine. Got bedbug bites since day one of our stay in this hotel.  Not sure where it came from. My parents didn’t get any bites since they stayed in the other room.

This place is very convenient and close to Ximending, making it easily accessible and near MRT transportation. I’m very satisfied with the service and the cleanliness of the place. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Taiwan. Thank you!
