Airline Inn Taipei Ximen Reviews

We had a pleasant stay in Airline Inn Taipei Ximen. It is conveniently located just a few steps from exit 2 of Ximen Station. The staff who assisted us during our check-in was nice and helpful. They let us keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean and seems newly renovated. We booked Double Deluxe Room, it was spacious enough for a couple and got the view of the Ximending Night Market side. The bathroom has a decent size as well, with Japanese-tech toilet and hot/cold shower. The toiletries smelled nice and there was hair dryer. However, single-use amenities like toothbrush, cotton buds, etc. were no longer provided due to government’s sustainability efforts. There was a safe in the room, mini fridge and they replenish the bottled water in your room upon request. The air-conditioning was also good. Oh, and it was raining in Taiwan when we visited and they provide umbrellas for guests to use. Although we had an overall nice stay, not all people may like it. The building looks old outside and the elevators leading to the rooms are outside the lobby/reception and surrounded by different shops. We were assigned in 4th floor, and there was a small stair going to our room which we find inconvenient. It would also be nicer if they can add a couple of pillows for a more comfortable sleep. Overall, we find Airline Inn Taipei Ximen a great value for money. Affordable and budget-friendly, but doesn’t compromise comfort and convenience.
