This hotel is centrally located, just a block away from Coco Park Mall. Rooms were very clean. We stayed on the 39th floor, which had a great view at night.
But what impressed me the most was the service. I want to give special thanks to Penny 杨，Justin, 小包 and Kevin. My wife wanted to switch rooms because she wanted two beds instead of one large bed. This was done within a few minutes. Penny came up to our room to deliver the new room keys and walked us to our new room. She waited until we looked over the room and was happy. She contacted me over WeChat multiple times over the next day or two to ensure my stay was pleasant, and arranged for my parents to stay close to us, without me asking for it.
We have traveled around the world to over 40 countries. This level of service is stellar by any standard. Thank you!

好日子皇冠假日酒店酒店地理位置十分優越，位於深圳的市中心距離各大商場都很方便，房間的衞生也很乾凈，看夜景非常漂亮，前台的員工同事服務態度很熱情，尤其是賓客關係經理小李入住安排好了房間 ，非常貼心，整體體驗很棒，下次還會入住 不錯的出行 非常人性化，還有小包和鄭華。
