I am a Hilton Honors member and of course this hotel lived up to the Hilton standards. I was greeted by a friendly check in representative. I received a text from another representative welcoming me to the hotel and to let her know if there were any problems.
After I checked out I was sent another text thanking me for staying.
After staying for three days, the air conditioning was not too noisy compared to the hotel opposite, and there were not many people, so it was quite quiet. However, if you have a meeting, it will definitely not be quiet. It is a business hotel. The transportation is relatively convenient.
The location was great. Walking distance to the famous Pike Place Market and the piers. Westgate station of the Link rail transit, which is connected to Seattle-Tacoma Airport is just a block away. Similarly, close to bus stop or monorail station going to the Space Needle. Hotel room was spacious and clean.
Overall preference for the hotel. The location is very convenient, safe, very clean, and the service attitude is also very good. The room is of medium size, so a family of four won't feel too crowded. However, there are a few things that I am not satisfied with:
- Parking is only available at Valet, which is also quite expensive, but sometimes there are not enough staff, so you have to wait for a long time. So I don’t think it’s worth it
- On the second night, I found that the shower gel was gone; shouldn't it be replenished before guests check in?
- Someone knocked on the door at 8 o'clock one morning and asked for cleaning. That was too early.
- At this price, there is no swimming pool, which is a fly in the ointment.
The hotel's location is convenient, but it is situated right next to the highway, resulting in a high level of noise from the constant traffic. Additionally, the hotel charges $50USD per night for parking with in-and-out privileges. During our stay, we experienced a delay at the parking gate due to a previous car being unable to exit, and there was a lack of immediate assistance from the parking staff. Furthermore, when inquiring about the following day being a public holiday, the front desk was unable to provide this information. Despite having stayed at this hotel twice this year, I am considering alternative options as I believe there may be better choices available for the price of $400 per night.

Very good airport hotel, yyds design, reasonable price
The room is very standard Marriott level
The restaurant food (especially steak) is too bad
There is a supermarket, 7-11 nearby, and a shuttle bus directly to the airport

It is worth affirming that their air conditioner is very well done. It is wrapped with marble and wooden boards. It is very convenient to blow clothes or something, and you will not worry about getting the air conditioner wet and causing damage. There is a Starbucks downstairs, but it is not open at night. It opens at 5:30 in the morning. It is very convenient for me who needs a cup of coffee in the morning
The location is suitable for a holiday by the lake; very quiet. Guests with cars are very convenient; there is a car park. There are docks where you can rent a boat with your children. The restaurant is nice and the environment is quiet.

Amazing
GGuest UserLoved my stay at CitizenM. The team was super helpful when I arrived early and I stored my luggage until checkin. I loved that you could choose what sort of room you wanted at checkin and the iPad controls were a nice experience! I had a great view over the city - the perfect way to wake up!
MMegan LindseyThe overall experience was great. Convenient location in walking distance of, light link, Pikes Place, Space Needle, and Capitol Hill. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Easy to leave luggage after check-out in a safe location for the day before catching a late tram to the airport.
GgojensengoBooked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel.
Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.

LleavingonajetplaneIt was such a great stay at this hotel. The room is high tech with a tablet control. The blackout blinds were super perfect. Showers were great, no need to struggle in getting right temp.easy access to many places within walking distance.
GGuest UserLocations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.
BBoyangThe first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.
AAnonymous UserThe shuttle bus to the airport runs every half an hour, but you need to make an appointment, because sometimes it doesn't leave if there are no guests. The room is quite big, the living room and the room are separated, but it is old and clean. There is a gas station nearby that can be used as 7-11 to buy water, card fees and snacks. There is a big shopping mall nearby, so shopping is very convenient.
