I do not expect anything much just need a regular place to stay for a night but the room was quite an unexpected journey of mine. Despite all the minor issues I don't mind, there is one problem that I couldn't stand is the leak from air conditioner which i noticed in the morning (air-con leaking when i was sleeping). The position of the leaking go straight to the table which pretty close to TV and the plug pocket where my charger was there all night, it is out of order. Luckily I didn't put my phone or laptop there as well. So do not expect much, just a lousy room or maybe you have a bad luck. I certainly understand they'll do their best to handle the situation.

Novotel Impact is a good place to stay if you are going for concerts in the Impact region. The check in and check out process is really smooth. They have staff to help with our luggages and they are always so helpful and smiley. It is also easy to book transport going to and from the airport. The room is comfortable and quiet. I love the variety at the breakfast buffet! Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a good location, the river view is very beautiful, the sunset view is beautiful, the food is delicious, there is a fitness center, a swimming pool, a convenience store in the hotel, and a coin-operated washing machine in the hotel. The hotel room is like a condo with 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room, 1 kitchen, the living room, the kitchen is shared, and there is a bathroom inside. Overall, it is okay. If I have a chance, I will come again.

The rooms and place are nothing special but the staff are very helpful and it was only a place to sleep. The locations great if you’re a fan of the bustle of Kowloon. The staff were super helpful, when trip.com ballsed up our dates and refused a refund; they helped us re negotiate.

We were able to check in at 5pm on a fully booked day and towels were only delivered in the evening. The staff used the key card to open the room without knocking first. Breakfast was not varied and not taken care of at all. I understand that there was a New Year's party but they should have prepared in advance because the price was not cheap. One of the rooms we got had a dusty floor and our feet were black as if it had not been cleaned. The other room was normal. The atmosphere of the accommodation was good, beautifully decorated, on the river with a good view. The staff in every department were well-mannered.

Newly renovated and well maintained property. There are only two electric outlets in the room - for the tea kettle and in the closet, hence no place to charge phones. They served a very bacis breakfast. Staff at the reception upon arrival seemed very unfriendly, maybe because they didn't speak English or were very busy with their phones. A 1000 baht deposit for a one-night stay seems way too much.

Stayed for one night. It's not far from Dong Mong, it's just right for those with transfers. Booked at 21:00, checked in at 22:00. Checked in in a minute, clean, simple room. It's obvious that the hotel is not new. The hotel is low-occupancy, there was no noise. The downsides are the thin walls, if there were a lot of people, the noise would be annoying. The staff is good, water in the room, tea, coffee, kettle, microwave.

The room is okay, no problem. But the hotel often has group seminars. We stayed on the 7th floor. There were many people talking along the corridor. There was the sound of a child crying, whining, almost noisy during the day. It's not the hotel's fault, but noise control in other rooms should have noise pollution management measures so as not to disturb the rest of other rooms. Or if you record a video clip to make content, there will be noise coming in from time to time.
