4-Star Hotels in Phetchaburi Province, Thailand

The hotel boasts an excellent location with a clean beach. However, some aspects of the service, particularly cleanliness, need significant improvement. We discovered mold stains in the bathroom corners and noticeable dust, especially around the power outlets. We also experienced considerable check-in delays. Despite the official check-in time being 3:00 PM, when we arrived at 4:30 PM, our room was still not ready. The staff tried to compensate by offering a gift voucher for the cafe. However, even ordering drinks there involved a long wait, making us finally get into our room closer to 5:30 PM. This was incredibly tiring and wasted a lot of our valuable time. Furthermore, essential room amenities like towels and bath mats were missing from two of our rooms. We had to call reception twice and waited a considerable amount of time before they were finally delivered.

Villa De Leaf offered us a real oasis of relaxation in the middle of nature. The hotel is absolutely superb, very well maintained and quiet. The staff is very attentive, especially the owner and the manager who were adorable throughout our stay. The food is delicious, among the best we have tasted in Thailand. The room is very spacious, has a balcony, and a sea view. Comfortable sleep. The bathroom is spacious. In the morning, you can see a beautiful sunrise view. The location is far from Hua Hin city, but there is a shuttle bus every so often. You have to register in advance. There is a shuttle bus to 7-11 and the beach. The service is very good. The staff is lovely.

Overall, we had a decent stay. Only a few things missing. 1. Toothbrushes, comb, and shaving kit should be put in the room without calling and ask. 2. Jacuzzi was not entirely clean. 3. Hairdryer was broken. 4. We requested king size bed but got two twins bed combined. We are fine with that but staff should confirm bed type upon arrival rather than me finding it out by myself. 5. Hangers for towels were very easy to fall down which irritated me sometimes. 6. There was no Netflix. Breakfast was great. We were surprised that staff can remember her birthday and received a cake which tastes good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you!

A lovely retreat from the city madness, the complex was clean and staff were lovely! Personally I didn’t like the food however it was all presented well and others in the group enjoyed their meals. Overall I’d definitely stay again if I was doing a similar trip down to Chumpon, not sure I’d go out the way if I wasn’t close by.

The place was everything I was looking for in terms of peace and quiet. It was unfortunate that there was one evening where the kitchen closed before 6pm with no warning but I must say that they rang me to inform that the kitchen was closing slightly earlier giving me ample warning to get my dinner earlier. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly, attentive and friendly.

⛱️ The problem with going to the beach this time is.. I want to go to the beach, like walking out of the accommodation and going straight to the sea. Importantly, the room must have a bathtub as well. Choose a place to stay for a long time Get the best value Because I came to stay only one night. I have to check out tomorrow late. This time I went to Cha-am, very close to Bangkok. As for accommodation, I decided to choose Triple Tree Beach Resort, a Beach Front Pool Villa type room. I was very satisfied. I opened the door at the back of the room and walked out and saw the sea. In the accommodation there is a swimming pool to play in. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and the bedroom is separated from the living room. The usable area is very wide. After we checked in, the rain came down heavily. But when the sky after the rain Let me tell you, the sea water is very clear, the smell of the earth, the smell of the trees after the rain is very refreshing. Take a long, chill walk along the seaside. In the evening, we ordered food from the hotel. There are no pictures in the menu. The whole book So you have to picture it. But when the employees brought the food to serve, they shouted wow. Give a lot to your heart's content, the taste is good, the Tom Yum soup is thick and delicious. German pork knuckle, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside Stir-fried chicken with crispy cashew nuts Seafood fried rice with a lot of ingredients. Friendly price. All of this is only 980฿. For breakfast, it's Alacart Buffet style with lots to choose from. You can also choose whether to have it served in your room or eat at the restaurant. We choose to have it served in the room. Because I have to prepare to pack things back. The employees are lovely as always, friendly and smiling. Actually, I was impressed from the security guard in front of the entrance ♥️ Finally, any friends who are looking for a private place to stay, a little private, complete with facilities, we recommend Triple Tree Beach Resort. We guarantee you won't be disappointed for sure. 😍🌷

Convenient walking to the beach. But let me deduct some scores about facilities and equipment on fitness room. Seem like too old & broken. That's it. Remark : We are travelling on weekday. Staff so nice to upgrade the room for us. Thank u.

This time, we traveled with our family. Tonight is the 3rd night that we decided to stay in Cha-am. Personally, I chose it because it looked spacious and I liked the flowers on the balcony of each room. Overall, everything was perfect. If there were 10, I would give it 100. Everything was perfect. There was a lot of breakfast. It was really worth coming to relax. We ate lunch again in the afternoon because the breakfast was so delicious. There was also welcome fruit in the room. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas and had a bathtub. Oh my, it was so awesome. There was a swimming pool in both the front and the back. It was really great. Next time, if I travel to Cha-am, I will definitely stay here.

I love this place so much ! You can see the whole sea view from your room. Nice place with a good price and a good vibes. About the hotel service & operation, Overall is good but there’s still some point to improve. The receptionist needs to be more professional when you communicate with the customer. It’s the main station that customer will received satisfaction but i can feel it just a little. Hope your operation will be more stable. I truly admired staff who work in the hotel’s restaurant also the porter. Thank you so much for working with a good service mind.
