Family Friendly Hotels in Beijing, China

Since we had an early flight the next day, we chose to stay at this hotel near the airport. That day, we visited the Great Wall and didn’t check in until the evening. The front desk staff was very polite and informed us that a late-night snack was available at the hotel restaurant from 10 PM to 12 AM, which was a nice touch. They also thoughtfully asked about our return flight and helped us arrange a morning wake-up call and airport transfer. On the day of our departure, a staff member personally walked us to the shuttle bus, handed us a small gift, and bowed while thanking us for staying at their hotel. It was a warm and memorable gesture. Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the service was exceptionally attentive. Highly recommended!

Good experience, really clean and quiet. Really good for a layover or a short rest! Has free airport transportation running all day which is really great. Friendly and helpful staff.

Booked 3 rooms for Family of 5 for our trip on 9Dec to 13Dec. Overall my kids enjoyed the stay plus 2 cute cats to play with. The weather is too cold for us to enjoy the courtyard but is beautiful at night. The Dongsi station is pretty near to Airport Express line and also easy accessible to change to other line but the only cons is a little far from hotel esp with luggages to lug maybe about 15-20mins and when u are too tired back at night though my 3 teens enjoyed walking every morning and there a supermarket n eateries just outside the station which is good that we can grabbed something before heading back. Initially we had a little difficult finding the hotel as its main entrance not facing the road, the stay is great and room are clean except a little too narrow for 2 large luggages which we don’t mention put them on the floor. We stayed on 1st floor and can hear the noise of guest at corridor coming back at night but we are okay. Staff is helpful to assist us order MacDonald as we do not have a local number and good that there a common washing machine and dryer for us. We had our dinner on last day at restaurant just right opposite the hotel doorstep and the soup portion is super large that we couldn’t finish.🤣

Truly a 5-Star ⭐ Experience — Highly Recommended! The hotel offers early check-in whenever the room is ready. We arrived at 9 am and were able to check in immediately! I stayed in the family room, which includes one queen-sized bed and one super single bed. As shown in the photos, there was still plenty of space beside the super single, enough for us to comfortably enjoy dinner or supper in the room. Bonus: food deliveries are sent directly to your room by an AI robot *no need to go down to the lobby, woohoo! The bathroom was larger than expected, with separate areas for the shower (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion are provided) and the toilet. The basin area is spacious, with mouthwash, facial towels, and toiletries (given upon check-in). The toilet is a smart/intelligent model very modern and user-friendly. *Very essential for us Malaysians who need a bidet everywhere haha! I discovered this newly built hotel on Xiaohongshu. I was so impressed by how clean and hygienic everything was no strange smells from the bedsheets, mattress, curtains, or anywhere in the room or hotel. Keep up the great work! Also, our room slippers were changed daily after housekeeping, such a nice touch! As for the location, we used Didi for transportation instead of the metro. While Beijing traffic can range from mild to heavy depending on the area, it was still convenient, most attractions were within 10 to 40 minutes away, depending on traffic. The hotel staff and service were excellent! Everyone we met was polite, helpful, and quick to respond. Laundry service is available daily (between 8am and 12am). One time, we forgot to remove tissues from a pocket, and our clothes came out with tissue bits all over. A staff member kindly informed us and even offered to re-wash them — we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. In the end, we decided to use the lint roller (we felt so sorry, but the staff never blamed us!), which is also provided by the hotel. It worked perfectly. One lovely surprise: the hotel provides free nightly supper, including congee and pickles! And even better, there are complimentary drinks and popsicles available all the time at the lobby for all guests. So generous! Additionally, you can even order from Taobao in advance. Just inform the front desk before making a purchase, and they’ll assist with the delivery. I'm so glad I found this hotel, I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Beijing!

Facilities: The facilities are all very new. ”Xiaodu” welcomes you when you enter the room. You can use Xiaodu voice control inside the room. There are electric curtains and smart toilets. The hotel seems to be opened in 2023. Everything is very new and smart. Hygiene: It is very clean and tidy as soon as you enter the room, but we are still used to using disposable items we bring with us. Environment: The security guard is quite responsible. You need to swipe the room card to use the elevator. The hotel has a good sense of security. It is on the street but not the main road. There is a community next to it, a pharmacy, and a 24-hour convenience store. It is still convenient and quiet at night. There are several restaurants at the intersection. Service: The attitude of the front desk lady is very good. PS: The picture is taken when you check in. You take a photo when you enter the door. After checking in, you will be given a small bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste and comb.

The hotel's buffet breakfast is average, but the wontons are good! The room has a window but it's not ventilated. When you open the window, it doesn't lead directly to the outside, but to the dark and messy equipment room? I don't know if all parent-child rooms are like this... Because it was too late when we arrived, and I didn't like to change rooms, and I couldn't tell the difference between day and night when I lived there There was no door between the bathroom and the bed, which was a bit awkward... There was no place to put the clothes... The service was very good, they greeted everyone they saw, and basically responded to all requests The taxi stop at the door was limited to 1 minute The cold noodles next to the hotel were not bad~

We stayed briefly at this hotel as we had 12 hours to wait for our flight home from Beijing. Service:The staffs at the reception seemed stressed out because they were probably not so used to foreigners. There was fortunately a kind, young lady who could speak some English and helped us through our short stay here. We had to rely on translating apps which is fine but it was a bit stressful since there were sometimes miscommunications, but everything went well in the end and the lady tried her best to accommodate us. Although the lady was kind, do not expect the same treatments from others who work in the hotel e.g. we did not really feel welcomed in the restaurant where we had our night snacks. A big plus though for the airport drop off service and the driver was efficient. Room: There were strong cigarette smells so we believe that the guests around the other rooms smoke inside there since the lobby also smell cigarettes. It is not the hotel’s fault but there could maybe be better regulations. Otherwise the room itself was very pleasant and true to the photos. It was clean, the beds were comfortable to sleep after a rough day of flying and we truly enjoyed our short stay in this room. The toilet did leak a bit but it was functional. Overall we recommend Qiuguo hotel for short stays as it is central from the airport. The hotel offers pick up service but it has to be reserved in advance, so we personally chose airport shuttle bus (which was confusing to buy tickets for the ride as foreigners, so I would recommend taking taxi). The area is also quiet which is nice when resting in the room. Considering the price, we felt the room was big and pleasant to stay at!

The stay experience was great! The hotel service was very considerate. The front desk guy upgraded the room type for free when I checked in. The room was very clean and smelled good. The layout of the room was also reasonable and comfortable. There is whole house intelligence and robot food delivery, and the location is also very convenient. This price is really worth it! Recommended~

It’s a modern comfort place to stay, every good breakfast and helpful staff. We arrived very early and was so tried. Didn’t book a hotel in advance and had no internet and any access. Took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and they were trying their best to support us in getting the room earlier. They were so helpful, we paid for the whole day but needed only a few hours. From 6:00- till 16:00 and could check in at 9:00, so I ask for the free breakfast while waiting till the room is free and clean and they even allowing us this compliment. The room is very nice and spacious, full of Zen and very distinctive. The courtyard is also beautifully decorated. The key is that the boss has a good service attitude. On the first day, the boss arranged the precautions and bus guide for climbing the Great Wall on the second day. The shuttle bus is only two or three minutes away from the hotel. The shuttle bus suddenly changed its stop on the second day, and the boss directly asked the driver to take us to the shuttle bus stop for free. In short, if you want to climb the Great Wall, you can stay here, it's convenient, fast and good service! You will definitely not be disappointed!
