The furnishings may be stylish, but unfortunately, my room smelled musty from the bathroom. The minibar, for which you pay a 50 EUR deposit, only had two cans of Coke, not even water. Coffee capsules weren't refilled on the second day. Cleaning staff came to my room before check-out time on the day of check-out. This shouldn't happen, neither to the departing guest nor to the next. The departing guest doesn't want anyone to disturb them unnecessarily, and the new guest wants a freshly made room. The cleaning staff only left the room after being asked three times to give me a chance to pack my suitcase. While the beautiful area around Abbesses is an easy walk away, the location between two sex shops is simply unpleasant. Although the note in the room said you could order breakfast to be delivered to your room, the receptionist told me there was no breakfast. The elevator only goes up to the 1st floor. The reception staff were friendly.

I really loved my stay there. Stayed for 2 nights. Yes it’s pricey but still Paris average for a solo traveller. Breakfast was great, the hotel and the room was very clean. A bit far but public transport is great with bus, metro and train. The neighbourhood feels safe too, with cafes and bars around but still quiet. I would stay here again!

The hotel is genuinely close to the airport, making its location very convenient, especially for catching an early flight or for a layover. The room itself was generally clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The front desk staff provided good service. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the soundproofing isn't great, as noise from the corridor was noticeable. While acceptable for a brief stopover, those with higher expectations for their environment might find it less suitable for a longer stay.

Very pleasantly surprised by this residence, a very clean room, well prepared and in addition very well received by the manager at reception. Ideally located opposite the exhibition center, I would not hesitate to return.

The views were amazing, but when we arrived, the sink was clogged and full of dirty water. Why do you let guests into a room when you already know it's in that condition? They unclogged it, but didn’t clean it properly or fix the issue—it kept filling with water. It seems like this isn't the first time it’s happened. They should really call a plumber to fix it. We couldn’t even use the sink and had to brush our teeth in the shower. Other than that, the staff were friendly and the views were truly stunning

Rooms are clean, insufficient staff for number of guests. Evening food is not good, breakfast is adequate but there are too few facilities for too many guests. Location is at the end of the free shuttle bus route for 5 hotels, busses are always rammed full.

We stayed at the hotel for a total of 4 days and were very pleased. The location of the hotel is far from the center, but you can easily go anywhere you want in a short time of 30 minutes with the buses numbered 70 and 244 that pass right in front of the hotel. Since it is far from the center, we can say that it is a price-performance hotel. I think it is one of the best hotels to stay in terms of price-performance around Paris. The rooms are very large, but unfortunately the bathroom is small. Those who really come to discover Paris will only use the room for sleeping and taking a shower, so you don't need to worry about the small bathroom😊

Le logement est bien situé dans Montreuil par rapport aux magasins / Paris Montreuil Expo qui est à seulement 10 minutes à pied. Cependant je trouve que le petit déjeuné est servi un peu tard : à partir de 7h30. Lorsque l’on vient pour le travail et que l’on prend l’option cela n’est pas précisé mais c’est agréable d’avoir une cuisine dans la chambre pour palier à cela. La chambre est très grande et confortable. On se croirait dans un petit appartement. C’est très propre. Sur cela rien à redire Je reviendrai avec plaisir

I really liked the attitude at the hotel, the guys at the reception were very friendly. The mood improved every time after the conversation. We wanted to drop off our suitcases, and in the morning they gave us a room card, thank you. We were tired and went to the room. Clean. Of course, minimalism, no kettle or refrigerator, but all this is indicated in the description. Quiet, clean, no cigarette smell. Now I will stay here, and not in my eternal B&B.

Just got back from 3 nights here! It was super cheap, so I had no real expectations. We'd only be sleeping there while visiting disneyland. The location is perfect being outside the RER A Line Torcy Station. 3 stops from Disney and around 40 minutes the other way into Paris. There's a big supermarket/shopping centre 10 minute walk from the hotel too. We stopped here for a snack when we arrived. We were in room 240 at the front of the hotel (you could hear the trains but not loud enough to disturb your sleep). The sun was on here later in the day, so we made sure to keep the curtain shut when we left to avoid the room heating up (it was very warm in the room when we arrived but the aircon was sufficient). The room was small and clean. It was cleaned and fresh towels every day, which I didn't expect. The beds were OK, I think had we not been exhausted from the days in Disney and Paris, I might have found it uncomfortable to sleep, but it's not the worst bed I've slept in. The same with the pillows being really thin. If I stayed again, I'd be sure to request extra pillows. Breakfast was basic, egg and bacon with a continental selection. It was OK and enough to set up for our day. The coffee was ok, too. All in all, for the price, we had a great stay, and I would happily stay again!
