AAnonymous UserWe booked a room for family and also ordered extra bed so the room could accomodate for 5 people and it was large enough to still have extra space for luggages and praying. The cleanliness was on top and the amenities were complete. The front desk was also very kind in accepting our request of luggage keeping and extra bed and breakfast, and the location of the hotel is also really close to Tol Pasteur, so I would totally love to visit again. Nearby is also full of food and restaurants!

HhunsbickieAn amazing stay! Highly recommend for families as the rooms were spacious and living room was of good size too. The rooms were clean, spacious and had enough amenities. The service was really good too. Kitchen was a plus point with its microwave. Walking distance to convenience store and street food stalls. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

The other twin bed has been shaking, afraid to fall when I sleep,, there is an extra bed but no pillows & blankets,,
the bathroom is spacious but the mirror has a lot of stains so it's a bit scary 😅
Breakfast choices are few and tasteless, even the menu is gone, I waited for 1 hour without a visit to refill,, extra breakfast 75k so it feels expensive 😟

Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape.
Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough.
It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas.
Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana.
Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account.
Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available.
They have several meeting rooms & ballroom.
Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

Nice and modern place with an extraordinary view and cool weather. I highly recommend staying here. However, since many of the facilities are fully digital, there can occasionally be issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which may cause the door lock system to malfunction and not open properly. Other than that, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Only when the impression of entering the hotel room, it smells a bit like it hasn't been occupied for a long time, but it doesn't smell it later. It may be fixed before the guest check in so that it will not smell when entering.

AAnonymous UserStaying at Bogorienze City Resort was one of the most enjoyable experiences this long weekend. The price was affordable, the room was clean, and the staff service was friendly and excellent. The breakfast and welcome snacks tasted great. The only downside was that only one of the three lifts was working, leading to long queues at certain times. However, I would definitely like to stay at Bogorienze City Resort again someday, and hopefully, improvements will have been made by then. Thank you.
