"Despite being far from the city, the hotel still offers very good location, in front of the hotel there’s a tram station that goes to the city and it is only 5 minutes walk away from train station. Room is clean and cleaned daily. The only problem is the lack of privacy in the bathroom since there are no walls. Not fit for families"

"Everything was perfect, the room was clean, and the facilities and environment were superb. All the staff were friendly, especially Katharina at the front desk who was very professional, friendly, and patient. All the staff in the executive lounge were also excellent, especially the older gentleman who treated guests like family."

"The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and city centre via public transport. Nothing too fancy in this neighbourhood but it felt safe. There's a supermarket next door for your daily supply. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Overall good value for a few days city break."

"When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was a towel with hair on it, which immediately set a poor impression of cleanliness. The dust filter in the toilet room was also completely matted with dust to the point that it was not functional. On top of that, the air conditioning situation was very frustrating. On warmer days, I would wake up drenched in sweat, only to be told by reception that the AC only operates when the outside temperature falls above 23 degrees; a very odd and impractical system for guests’ comfort. Highly misleading as well for what the hotel advertises. While I will say the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed clarification, these issues significantly spoiled the overall experience. For the price and expectations, I felt let down and wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"My 3-night stay ended up being cut short to 2 nights due to a flight cancellation. Everything else was very pleasant. The only issue was that because I had pre-paid for the hotel reservation, I lost the cost of one night's accommodation. I asked for assistance but it wasn't possible. Everything could have been much better if this hadn't happened."

I was in this hotel during ramadan, kindly ask to reception desk to prepare for me a breakfast boxes each day so i can pickup it at 3-4 am early morning, they accepted it and prepared breakfast boxes each day of my stay. "First off, the location is excellent – right next to the main train station, about a 500-meter walk. It also seems to be part of the Radisson chain. You do need to inform the front desk if you want your room cleaned, but otherwise, the room itself is quite clean. The pillows are really soft too. Overall, I'd give it a good rating."

"The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Belvedere Palace. Bus route 71 right outside takes you directly to the Parliament building, perfect for starting your sightseeing. There are several supermarkets nearby, including DM, Billa, Spar, and Aldi, which made it super easy to pick up souvenirs before heading home."

"I stayed at Maxx Vienna from 11 to 15 October 2025 and had a truly enjoyable experience. The location was excellent — close to the U-Bahn, with cafés and shops within walking distance, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and professional throughout my visit. I especially want to thank Angelina from the front desk, who handled my last-minute request to extend my stay with such kindness and efficiency. It made a world of difference after a small mix-up on my end! My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The separate blankets were a nice touch — no “blanket fights” during the night! The overall vibe of the hotel was modern yet cozy, making it feel like a comfortable home base while exploring Vienna. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and genuinely welcoming hotel in Vienna."
