"The hotel is located around at least 5-7 mins walk to the train station, and it's located at a quite quiet part of the place. Staff were friendly, but the problem is with the design of the hotel. The hotel is still at the setting up phase, and to access to the elevator, you need to go through a door and it is co-shared with the staff. The room was okay but some of the smart function of the blinds is not working. The room i was given had to pass through 2 doors before i get to my hotel room door (so make that 3 doors), it is super inconvenient. Worse part is the door leading to the hallway was locked, so i cant access to the elevator on my floor. Luckily the stairs were accessible and I had to walk down a level just to get to the elevator to get out of the hotel. Told the staff about it and they resolved it, but the next day it was locked again. If the door to the stairs are locked, you are practically stuck and have no way to get out."

"This was the worst hotel of our trip. It's an old building, completely shabby. The rooms are so tiny that they barely fit suitcases. They're dusty and dirty. The air conditioning is noisy, the building is old, and there's a tiny elevator attached that only fits two people, which is also used by the hotel staff. There aren't a single hook in the bathrooms, no dental supplies, no room to turn around, and it's generally uncomfortable. There's no telephone in the rooms and no connection to reception. There's no water in the room; you're offered tap water, which they pour into pitchers and leave in your room. The service is terrible. We arrived a day late due to canceled flights to Vienna—it was force majeure, and the airport in the country was closed! But they didn't refund us or offer any compensation. And when we checked out, they even told us our payment hadn't gone through, then apologized, citing a system error."

The small bed for three people was terrible quality, just some flimsy wooden slats put together – I almost fell through! On our first day, the two women at the front desk had incredibly poor service. We couldn't check in even a few minutes before 3 PM. They also charged us an extra 21 euros for a child's breakfast, even though our reservation clearly included breakfast for three. I had to get it refunded by a different staff member the next day."

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for €1,800. I think the price is very high for the location and service. The room was cleaned only once during our entire stay. On the third day, we asked reception for it to be cleaned in the morning, but returned in the evening and the room hadn't been cleaned. The receptionist brought clean towels. Room 112 overlooks the courtyard, where guests continue to stroll and talk loudly after 11:00 PM. The courtyard lighting shines brightly into the window at night. When we checked in, the toilet didn't work (the tank wouldn't stop or fill), and the shower head didn't work properly. They fixed it within an hour, but these issues should be checked before a guest arrives. However, on our last day, we asked permission to check out the room an hour later and were told we'd have to pay €10. There were plenty of available rooms, though."

There is a microwave in the hall, and you can buy bread and milk for breakfast in the small supermarket behind the hotel. There is the subway opposite, and it is very convenient to get out of the airport, even if you are dragging your luggage. There is also Central Park opposite, which is suitable for walking and has recreational facilities for children. We even played for several days and never got tired of it. The overall evaluation is still good. The hotel service industry is very good."
