"My stay at Trend Savoyen Vienna was fantastic, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel staff for their incredible help. After checking out, I realized I had misplaced a very precious vinyl record. I was quite distressed as this record held significant sentimental value for me. When I contacted the hotel, the staff not only diligently helped me search for it but also proactively communicated with the relevant departments, ultimately helping me retrieve my record. Throughout the entire process, the staff were incredibly professional, patient, and responsible, which truly made me feel how much they care about and value their guests. Besides this touching assistance, the hotel itself was very comfortable, conveniently located, with clean rooms and excellent service. "First off, the hotel is a 25-30 minute walk from the city center. While there are public transport options nearby, we preferred to explore the city on foot. We were very pleased with the breakfast; there was a great variety of choices. Unfortunately, the rooms don't have air conditioning, but they do have fans. Since we stayed in May, we didn't have any issues with the heat, but I imagine a fan might not be enough in July or August. I was also happy with the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and we didn't encounter any problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful too."

"Right across from the train station, this hotel is super convenient for train and public transport. If you know Ibis, you know it's clean and practical. The breakfast is quite extensive for a budget hotel; they have a self-service waffle maker which is delicious! The vegetable selection is the standard three options you find in German-speaking countries, and of course, plenty of dairy products and cheese. Oh, and this was the only place on my trip that offered Japanese miso soup and rice for breakfast, haha! Even though I don't have a 'Chinese stomach,' I couldn't resist trying half a bowl—it was just what I needed, nice and warm. I saw Japanese and Korean tourists each having a big bowl, haha."

"Stayed for three nights, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a transport hub, making it easy to get to the airport. There's also a big shopping mall with a bubble tea shop that my kids loved. We could walk to all the main attractions, and there's a park right next door. Plus, the breakfast spread was really diverse."

There are supermarkets and bus stops nearby, making it a well-equipped area for daily needs. 🛏️ Room & Hygiene The room was clean, tidy, modern, and comfortable, about 18㎡, with enough space. The bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping, and the soundproofing was excellent, making it very quiet at night. Air conditioning, a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a wet/dry separated bathroom were all provided, and the facilities were well-maintained. 🙂 Service & Attitude The 24-hour front desk staff were warm, friendly, efficient, and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick, they answered all questions, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. 💰 Value for Money Choice Compared to city center hotels, this place offers friendly prices and quality online. The breakfast options were rich, and the overall experience far exceeded expectations. It's an ideal base for business trips or tourism in Vienna. Summary: Convenient location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Vienna!"

"When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk—Artur was alone, taking orders at the bar, and didn't notice me right away. While it was evening and there should be 2 receptionists, given the increasing demand at the bar in the evening, I had to wait for Arthur who made a cocktail at the bar. After filling out the form, I was forced to wait again for Arthur, who was dealing with a client in the luggage room who claimed his bag was missing. After Arthur gave my keys, I eventually went to the room with no available space on the lower level, and I was forced to return to reception to change rooms, but again, there was no one at reception or in the bar!!!After I had to wait, Arthur returned, but after speaking with a guest from Gran Canaria, he left again. After another forced wait, Arthur returned and eventually gave me a room with a free bed on the bottom bunk, but I wasted a lot of time! There should be several staff members at reception in the evening, not just Arthur, who is also the manager!"

The location is excellent—just a 1-minute walk from Vienna Central Train Station, which made getting around extremely convenient. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, a great choice for both comfort and accessibility."
