Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is also very good, the facilities are also very good, and the restaurant on the first floor is also very good, but I chose the opera scenery and paid for it, but I can only see the trees in front of the hotel. Although I made a complaint, the hotel also made an opera I said it was a view, and I didn't say I wanted a high floor, so I said it was assigned like this. The opera view is covered with trees, but how is the opera view! ? And even if it's not a high floor, I thought it was good to see, so if I knew it, I would ask you to arrange a high floor. It almost ruined the anniversary. Please refer to those who want to see the opera view. The picture was taken in the room I stayed in.
And the shower room was clean, but the sewer smelled bad. Just closed the door, it didn't smell, so I went over, but please refer to those who use the shower room.

Amazing
AAnonymous UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations. First, let me talk about the service, which I would say is exceptional. Our room was cleaned meticulously every day, with two services, one in the morning and one in the evening. The room itself was also very spacious, which is a pleasant surprise as European hotel rooms tend to be smaller; the size of this room was just perfect for me. Secondly, the location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get to any attraction. Just a short walk to the right from the hotel entrance is the Golden Hall. They even thoughtfully provide umbrellas on rainy days. Thirdly, the hotel perfectly blends modern and classic styles. You'll find a very classical elevator in the lobby, but if you have luggage, there's a separate modern elevator available. Fourthly, the price of this hotel is also quite reasonable. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, dining, and drinking options. If I ever have the chance to visit Vienna again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Great
LLenshyuuI stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be.
The rooftop bar also offers a nice view.
There's a gym and a pool downstairs too.
Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good.
The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant.
Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall).
From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram.
By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose).
Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need.
The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

GGuest UserBeautiful new hotel, the hardware is great, the software is not so good. We chose to travel to Vienna before Christmas in the peak season, the price was more than 7,000 without breakfast. When we checked in, the white woman at the front desk arranged an accessible room without being informed. It was inconvenient in various ways. We asked to change the room, but they said there was no room. They also said that we got a large room for free, implying that I should be content. I asked Ctrip to help us deal with it, and the next day I packed my luggage and changed to a room that was said to be upgraded. When I left, I applied for a late check-out. Please arrange someone at the front desk to help me take the luggage, because there is a section of stairs to take the elevator downstairs, and my shoulders and waist were injured and I couldn’t exert too much force. As a result, the same white woman arranged it after we waited for 20 minutes and contacted three times. When we checked out and called a car to go to the train station, the train was one minute away from leaving, so we had to spend more than 300 euros to buy a new ticket to Prague. The train ticket we booked before was also invalid and could not be refunded due to timeout. I gave this white woman a tip when she took us to the room for the first time. Later, I asked Ctrip to help complain, and the hotel replied that I should arrange unpredictable delays reasonably in the future. I could only laugh. If I have the chance to go to Vienna again in the future, I will choose the reliable Mandarin Oriental. Mandarin Oriental Vienna opened 25 years ago. From the service point of view, whether in China or abroad, Mandarin Oriental's service has never disappointed me.

GGuest UserCompared to another Hilton Garden Inn, this one features a more classic style decor. Its location is super convenient, with a bus stop right outside and the subway station also very close by. Plus, it's near the Central Cafe. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff were quite friendly. My only minor complaint was that the shower was located inside the bathtub, which felt a bit dated.

AAnonymous UserPros:
- The room was spacious, with a very high ceiling.
- The interior was classically decorated.
- The windows were well-insulated, so despite being next to the street, it wasn't noisy at night.
Cons:
- The furniture was old. Two days in a row, I found rivets from the furniture on the carpet, which could be dangerous if you accidentally stepped on them. One day, I noticed a leg missing from a stool. I notified the front desk, but when I returned to my room, I found that the maintenance staff had removed the desk and chair.
- Breakfast was quite busy with tour groups.
- At night, I could hear the pipes, the hinges of the sliding door and the room door, and the creaking of the wooden floor.

Very Good
BBubaideqiangweiAdvantages: 1. The hotel is in a great location! It is right on Carinthia Street, and there is a shopping mall right outside. It is very convenient to go anywhere. 2. The room is very nice and quiet. The water pressure is very strong. There are a few problems: 1. The hotel address may be for people to walk to, and it is not possible to drive there. It is recommended that Ctrip add the address of the hotel, Naschmarkt No. 5, so that the car can reach it. 2. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it is better to have hot milk. 3. When checking in, you are required to pre-authorize 1 euro with your credit card. Although the money is immediately returned to the card when you check out, this method makes people uncomfortable. As we all know, credit card fraud is serious in Europe. Such pre-authorization makes customers very nervous. Next, I will worry about when it will be stolen. It is recommended to take other methods, such as cash deposit. 4. My room type requires 10 steps of stairs, which is really difficult for me who has a sprained waist and has to carry a 20-inch suitcase. But here I have to praise the hotel waiter. When I checked in, he helped my mother and I to send the luggage to the room, and also told us how to use various switches in the room. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserThe hotel is centrally located in Austria and lots to see, eat, and do around this neighborhood.
