The door on Tom's keys is preferable not to lose it.
The room is very clean and everything is needed. I booked for one night and decided to stay for another.

GGuest UserThis is a guest house. I really liked the guys at the reception - Nikita, Akhmed - big hello. They told us everything, showed us everything, took everything into account, helped. Thanks to them, we remember them with warmth. Very cool!!! The rooms are normal - everything is there, the shower head was a little broken, they replaced it right away. Cleaning on request. The breakfasts are monotonous, but very filling and tasty. The pastries are delicious, they bake them right there. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the center. The metro is 7 minutes away. There is a coffee machine downstairs at the reception, coffee is 1 euro. On the last day (Friday) it was noisy from the street, people were relaxing. But otherwise it was quiet (the windows faced a well). In general, a budget hotel, I recommend it.

BBo RFor the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center.
When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

JJimmy_LeoStayed with my wife and we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, nice bathroom with shower, beds were comfortable and the room had high ceiling. The TV was a bit small.
Staff was very nice and gave us early access to our room on our second stay. Be adviced that the lobby is only managed from 12 to 17, but you can self check-in if you arrive late which we did the first time around 23 pm.
The location is conveniently close to a tram station which quickly takes you to Schottentor from where you can easily access the rest of Vienna. We loved our stay and will stay here again on our next visit to this lovely city!

GGuest UserIt was better than I’ve expected. The room was large enough for two people to stay and the owner kept changing the trash bin and getting us new towels every day. She was kind. You don’t have to worry about checking-in. She sends you an email about it and it’s not difficult at all compared to other Airbnbs. The location was also not that bad for us. I hope some facilities to be repaired a bit. But it was still a good stay for us.
