New Hotels in Vienna

"I can generally describe it well, service and claims were good."

"Honestly, something was stolen from my room. It was some small jewelry I bought on my first day in Vienna. Since the total value wasn't high, I put it with a pile of chocolates. A few days later, I noticed it was gone, about 100+ Euros in total. The hotel told me there was nothing they could do and advised me to put valuables in the safe. Unbelievable explanation, maybe it's a new hotel. I hope this is a rare occurrence, but I also want more people, including the hotel, to be aware."

"This was a truly satisfying stay during my time in Vienna. Overall, the facilities were neat, and the room felt almost brand new, so clean that I could stay comfortably without any inconvenience. In particular, the room's interior was immaculately maintained, which made me feel good from the moment I stepped in, and I thought it would be great for an extended stay. Most importantly, the location was excellent. A tram passes right in front of the accommodation, making transportation incredibly convenient. I frequently used public transport to get around the tourist attractions in Vienna, and being able to access the tram directly from the hotel meant there was almost no burden regarding travel. It was easy to get to major attractions, and after a full day of sightseeing, it was nice to return to the hotel without difficulty. The room generally felt newly built, and the furniture and facilities were neatly arranged. Above all, the cleanliness was very satisfying. The bedding and the room's interior were kept clean, and the bathroom and kitchen were also tidy, allowing for comfortable use. There were also facilities to prepare meals directly in the accommodation, which was great for making simple food during the trip. Vienna has many places to visit, so after a full day of exploring, it's important to rest comfortably at the accommodation. This place was clean and pleasant, making it great for relaxing after a trip. Considering the location, cleanliness, and overall room condition, it was a highly satisfactory accommodation. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay while using public transport in Vienna. Especially, the fact that a tram runs right in front of the accommodation was a huge advantage, and the room was as clean as new, allowing for a pleasant stay throughout the trip. If I visit Vienna again, this is a place I'd want to stay at once more."

"Hôtel magnifique, bien situé, décoration top. Le personnel était très sympathique. Petite amélioration qui pourrait être faite: les sets de vanity qui ont été utilisés ne sont pas remplacés durant le séjour."

"Very family-friendly and a very pleasant atmosphere ☺️. We are two young travelers and felt very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and delicious. Our room was very clean and cozy. We would love to come again!"

"The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are adequate, with a good bed, mattress, and pillows. The reception staff and those serving breakfast are friendly. The location is good, 100 meters from a shopping street and the metro station. Cleanliness is the weak point: the first day the room was clean, but on subsequent days it seemed they only straightened the duvet."
