"The waiters in Vienna are really lazy, and they are also German-speaking, which is not much worse than Berlin. The quilt was spread, no toilet paper was filled, and no garbage was taken out."

Great
LLenshyuuI stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be. The rooftop bar also offers a nice view. There's a gym and a pool downstairs too. Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good. The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant. Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall). From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram. By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose). Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need. The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

JJohn Vincent (JV)3 days stay in Daniel, it’s my first time for this hotel. The room is nice, stylish on design. Toilet from the door seperate from the shower next to window side, not sure if many likes that. Bed looks good but not soft, pillows are made of feathers so a little bit picking, comforter is not intact. No mini bar option, no disposable slipper. The shower is great, good flow of water. I didn’t see any attendant check my room for 3 days which is sad. Breakfast the same set up for 3 days, in restaurant staffs are not focussed, for 3x breakfast, 2x dinner, only the lady with curly hair is on point. Plants and ceiling are dusty. Bread is all day available. Reception are friendly. Popcorn all day available for free. The entire hotel has not much facilities, I just thought above floors or roof top would be a good spot on the boat.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located next to the main railway station in Vienna. You walk about 5-10 minutes from the station to the hotel. The railway station is Okish central located, but well connected to the Viennese public transport system. The hotel has a park in front, that has two restaurants inside - die kleine Steiermark and the Arsenal stĂŒberl.. if you walk cross the park,(5-10 minutes) you will find yourself next to one of the top sights in Vienna - the Belvedere castle. there is a restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel - Eugen.. which was really empty (just one guest) when we were there.. we need to wait for the waiter for 10 minutes.. we thought already the restaurant was closed (We were there at 9pm on a Friday) anyway the food served was good. Had a flank steak. There no other shops or anything else around the hotel.. the hotel feels a kind of remote.. you need to go to the railwaystation if you need a convenient store.. What we can recommend is the roof top bar Aurora(?) directly in the 16th floor of the hotel with maybe the best view across Vienna. The rooms themself are modern and efficient.. have everything you might ask from a modern Hotel.. although the hotel is located more or less directly over the rails of the nearby railway station, we didn’t hear any traffic noises.. We didn’t expect too much when we booked the hotel.. but were happily surprised about the efficiency of the rooms.. so overall a nice stay for one night
if you look for a hotel to discover Vienna.. I would go to a more central location like in the first district or 6th with a more lively neighborhood.

Rrika487Stayed for three nights, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a transport hub, making it easy to get to the airport. There's also a big shopping mall with a bubble tea shop that my kids loved. We could walk to all the main attractions, and there's a park right next door. Plus, the breakfast spread was really diverse.

PpassportfullofrosiesposiesThis was my second time in Vienna in a month and a half. Knowing how convenient this hotel is and how much I enjoyed their breakfast from my first stay, I looked at almost no other hotel but booked to stay here. Because I didn't get enough of Vienna on the first visit, this time I stayed for the whole week. My room was facing the courtyard, offering beautiful views of the surroundings and no noise from the traffic (my previous room had a city view). Breakfast was as good as before. To my surprise, the Sri Lankan lady recognized me! That was a good feeling, knowing that someone remembered you. My check-in was done by Ayra (if I got her name right). She was lovely; I felt really welcomed by her, not only during check-in but at other times too. When she saw me, she greeted me and asked about my day. Out of the six nights' stay, I didn't get to dine in for breakfast on two mornings as I left early at 6 am to take a trip to Hallstatt and to Bratislava on another day. The staff were kind enough to suggest a takeaway breakfast set for me, which they provided on both days! The only thing I wished could have been better on this trip was how my room was made up while I was away. On two separate occasions, the bed didn't look like it was made up but rather just by folding the blanket and placing the pillows together. The bathroom too didn't feel like it was cleaned but just by replacing the towels. Nonetheless, I still like this hotel because of the comfort, the breakfast, and of course, the location, which is of utmost importance to me when I travel. It's barely a 5-minute walk to some of the most important places - Wien Hbf, Belvedere, U-Bahn line, and many more!

AAnonymous UserA very comfortable stay, incredibly close to Schönbrunn Palace. The U4 station is just a 3-minute walk away, and the breakfast was plentiful. The service was also quite thoughtful. Aside from staying right in the museum district, you couldn't ask for a better location.

VVerified MemberđŸšđŸš‡đŸ„đŸ§ŒđŸ™ïž I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs. The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness — everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth. Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just don’t mention it. With the number of guests they manage, it’s unlikely they’ll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average — your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up. Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient. I’ll probably stay here again, though I don’t think the breakfast is worth the price, and I do wish they had been more upfront about the cost from the beginning. Did you find this review helpful? ❀

XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!
