"I booked this hotel to go to a football match so placed stock on its location near the train station and metro. The corridors are a little run down but the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The bathroom had great water pressure (a bug bear of mine) and the shower head can be raised to a good height. The Neubau neighbourhood really impressed me and had some lovely boutique stores, 2nd hand shops and coffee places. The area had a really relaxed vibe and the as really walkable. Overall, I’d happily come back for another visit given the price, cleanliness and the convenience."

"Very basic hotel, no more than a 2-star. The linen was clean. The breakfast was decent for a hotel of this caliber. There's no air conditioning in the rooms, only a fan, so sleeping would be uncomfortable during hot summer nights. The toilet smelled of sewage. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city center."

GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay here! I chose this hotel based on reviews and I'm so glad I did. The location is excellent – within walking distance of the city center, right across from a metro station, and there's a DM (drugstore) nearby, which was very convenient. My room had a lovely view of a small church. The hotel also has a spa. The area is surrounded by universities; I even walked through the Vienna University Botanical Garden on my way to the Belvedere Palace, enjoying all the different plants along the way. Even more surprisingly, I only discovered upon leaving that the famous University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna was right next door! I spent the morning exploring the campus, which has fostered countless musicians. The hotel is also very close to the Stadtpark (City Park), home to statues of many famous musicians, with the golden Johann Strauss monument being the most well-known. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Vienna.

찌찌니75Excellent Accessibility to Airport and City Center The subway, airport transfers, and walking to the city center were all incredibly convenient and great. Having a large supermarket and food court right in front of the hotel was also extremely convenient. Even with the scorching June weather, the hotel's proximity allowed us to easily pop back in from exploring the city to cool down, which was fantastic.^ The lounge access was also satisfying (though closing at 8 PM was a slight disappointment), and we made good use of the food and beverages, especially given Vienna's high prices. We upgraded from a city panorama view to a park view room, which was a great decision. The eye-level view of St. Stephen's Cathedral and the park was truly healing for all three days we were there.♡

There's a bridge nearby that leads directly to the city center, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Black Death Tower, making it very convenient for getting around. The service and facilities are genuinely great. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were very polite, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facilities are quite comprehensive; there's a steamer for ironing clothes, and the room has a fridge stocked with still water, sparkling water, and other drinks, which are replenished during room cleaning – a thoughtful touch. Slippers are also provided, and the bathroom amenities are well-stocked. The room size is just right. There's enough space to open a suitcase and still have room to sit and relax without feeling cramped. A nice bonus is the JBL alarm clock in the room, which can connect via Bluetooth to play music. It's perfect for listening to music when waking up in the morning or unwinding at night.

PpipimiThe listing said there was a bathtub, but my room didn't have one. The room photos also showed rooms with only a shower, so it might be that rooms are assigned randomly. If you really want a bathtub, it's probably a good idea to note it in the special requests section. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and it had a fridge. There are also lots of supermarkets nearby, which was a plus.

LLaoyangziThis hotel is incredibly close to the subway station, just a few dozen meters from the entrance/exit. When I stayed, there was some construction going on in the area, so pay attention to the signs for both subway directions. The food here is excellent, and the bar stays open quite late, serving both lunch and dinner. The hotel entrance looks small, but there are actually a lot of rooms, and it's quite popular with guests.

FFEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.

GGuest UserIt was a pleasant stay but you can really hear the people from the other room. I hope they can solve this. Sometimes, I wake up from people shouting in the nearby rooms. Good this is, it right next to the bus and tram station so you can you anywhere right away.

GGuest UserUpon arrival, the self-check-in machine was not working, so I had to call for assistance. By that time, several other guests were also waiting to check in. It took about 45 minutes before we were finally able to access our accommodation. At first glance, everything looked good. However, I found several long black hairs in the bed, which definitely were not mine. There was also no trash bin in the room. Apart from that, the tiny house was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. One thing that could be improved is the small window, which could not be fully covered. As a result, the outdoor lights were constantly visible turning on and off whenever people walked past, which was somewhat disturbing during the night. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved.
