"A very historical hotel ! This is the one I was so looking into! However, we stayed in Room 320 and had a noice all night (every couple minutes). At 4am, the noice continued .. We could not sleep and ask the front desk for tea. I mentioned this issue and the feedback is “tea is on us”. They said they will check until we checked out the room ( however, we were on the way for breakfast so we would prefer at least for them to check, they refused). I managed to record the sound and showed the front desk. But no response! Paying so much money for this experience! Mindful, the room only offer coffee No Tea! We stayed in many well known hotels around the world, unfortunately this is not a worth of money for this experience!"

"Great location, within walking distance to various attractions and close to the train station. There's also a large shopping mall at the train station with a supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping. The breakfast was excellent."

"The location is absolutely superb! It's close to all the main attractions, which are all within walking distance, and the luxury shopping street is right next door, making shopping incredibly convenient. Plus, there are several historic coffee shops nearby; I managed to visit two this time. It's a shame that Central Cafe is closed for half a year for renovations, so I'll have to save that for next time. Vienna is great, and so is this hotel! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again."

"Everything was clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is large, but the shower area may be a little on the narrow side. Service is excellent. Check in check out was fast and smooth. Quiet area but convenient."

"We booked this hotel because of the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. However no information was showed at trip.com or the hotel website during booking (3 weeks before the trip) the restaurant is undergoing renovation. The breakfast was relocated to the 4th floor with no view. It also changed to semi buffet which you need to order the main course. It is extremely disappointing! Most of the places of the restaurant has been blocked for renovation, just having 5-6 tables for drink during night time. If we know it before, we would not book the hotel. The cost of the hotel is more expensive than other five stars and the premium is mainly due to the breakfast experience at the rooftop. It was so disappointed the booking website and hotel website did not mention it. Also, we were there during World Cup and it was surprised none of any places such as the rooftop bar during night time nor the lobby lounge has any TV showing the game! Can’t expected a so called five stars stylish hotel from Accor group missing this world event. Many others commented the room and it is true that room true to have some design but ending up not so convenient to travellers. Anyway will not stay this again as there are a lot of better options in Vienna for this price."

"Facilities: The hotel is very new, the room size is just right, and it's comfortable in all aspects. Hygiene: The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Environment: It's very close to Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Main Station). Service: The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in around 3 PM and get my room right away."

Located along the Ringstrasse, it was very convenient for tourists as major attractions like the State Opera House and St. Stephen's Cathedral were easily accessible. The hotel's interior wasn't overly classical; it beautifully combined vintage charm with modern design, making it very stylish. The lobby, elevators, and corridors all had a great ambiance, making the hotel itself feel like part of the sightseeing experience. There were many photogenic spots, so I highly recommend it to those who enjoy their hotel stay as much as their explorations. The guest room had a calm atmosphere with a simple yet tasteful design. Being a hotel in the heart of Vienna, the room wasn't exceptionally spacious, but it was perfectly adequate for a sightseeing-focused trip. It was also kept very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. What particularly stood out was the rooftop. It featured a restaurant, bar, and pool, offering a wonderful experience with views over Vienna. I also had breakfast here, and the open-air setting allowed me to leisurely enjoy my mornings during the trip. The selection of dishes was ample, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were also very kind, and I had no issues from check-in to check-out. Returning to the hotel after a day of walking around Vienna, the calm atmosphere was truly soothing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy both a convenient location for sightseeing in Vienna and a stylish hotel atmosphere. It's especially perfect for those who want their hotel itself to be a memorable part of their trip, rather than just a place to stay. I enjoyed the Viennese cityscape and had a slightly special stay. If I have the chance to visit Vienna again, I would love to stay here."

"Overall, I was quite satisfied. There were bellhops to help with the luggage. Since I always took a taxi, I can't really comment on the exact location, but it seemed pretty close to the city center. The whole place had a classic, old-money vibe. The hairdryer wasn't great, but everything else was fine."

"Hotel Vienna Marriott left a very good impression on me. Its excellent location in the center of Vienna means many attractions are within walking distance, and the hotel itself is elegant and comfortable. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the staff is polite and helpful. We'll definitely be back, more than once! 🙂"

"Pros: The room was clean. Cons: If you need a taxi, don't listen to the doorman's arrangements. I originally booked an Uber, but the doorman said there was a taxi coming right away that I could take instead. I ended up taking the taxi he arranged, and the fare was double what Uber would have charged."
