AAnonymous UserFor the price and pitch of the accommodation, there’s too much that this “luxury hostel” gets wrong. It is a great location and being located in an IKEA is really unique and fun. The rooftop bar is exceptional. However, charging a “small fee” for bag storage is uncommon for guests of hotels and hostels - their fee of 6 euros for just 4 hours (more if you want longer) is extortionate when you think of all the people who use it. The rooms themselves look great but they have two giant lights which are very bright and easily disturb those sleeping on the top (open to the expansive roof) bunks if someone turns it on in the early morning. A flat sheet for the vinyl mattress that barely fits and easily slips off. No towel included and no fan for the showers so it quickly fills with condensation. The hooks to hang your clothes on have a giant knob that doesn’t fit the loop on most items. The kitchen doesn’t have cooking facilities, which is not a dealbreaker, but they only provide knives as cutlery. It’s all these tiny things unfortunately that accumulated and made it really inconvenient for an avid backpacker. This place is definitely more suited to young Europeans on a weekend trip from Copenhagen who are happy to pay for everything extra without thinking, but as someone living out of their backpack on a round-the-world trip, I sadly found it a very impractical stay.

Unfortunately there is only one bathroom for all rooms
Used by everyone, therefore, not super clean
What can be complicated very quickly when an urgent desire emerges
Noise isolation level The walls are very fine can be heard by neighbors (telephone game and swelling)
The watch above bed ... We have not talked about it we have removed the battery immediately
The mattresses are comfortable
The metro mouth is really at 50 metres

OoldgrumbleWe were very pleased. The hotel is modern, with friendly staff and a pleasant, fresh renovation. The location is worth mentioning separately: although the hotel is not in the very center, transport accessibility is excellent - getting to the key places of the city is not difficult.
The only downside is the lack of grocery stores nearby, and a kettle in the room was sorely missed.
Otherwise, the hotel left only positive emotions, I recommend it!

RRosbyRosanaIt's a shame because the hotel is quite new, and it shows. It's far from the city center but well-connected, and in our case, it suited our needs. They could offer more amenities in more rooms, like a refrigerator or more storage space. I say it's a shame because the customer service was among the worst I've experienced in a long time. I didn't see any friendliness whatsoever, from the ”it's not 3 PM, I'll get back to you later” response to a question I had, to not explaining the cleaning procedures, and even giving us dirty looks. I really value attentive service, and in this case, it left much to be desired.

GGuest UserFirst time living in a space capsule. There is adequate space inside and is generally clean. However, the power is inconsistent and the light often flickers inside the capsule. Also can get quite noisy if the capsule above/below you is occupied, there is practically no sound insulation.
The location of the hostel is okay, as it is a 10-minute walk from Prater station.

BBuchiyudetangThe whole is relatively clean, the room is small, but the facilities are complete, send an email in advance to inform the way to enter the room, it is very easy to find. The public toilet is large and the hot water is good. The only fly in the ointment is the poor sound insulation. The house facing the street is always a ghost and a teenager comes out to blow the street at night, which is very noisy.

LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
