"I booked two rooms and stayed for two nights. They were clean and tidy, equipped with bath towels and face towels. In late September/early October, the rooms already had heating. The location is excellent, right next to the central train station, making it very convenient to travel to various attractions by metro, bus, or S-Bahn. Supermarkets in other areas close very early, but the one at the central train station stays open until 11 PM, which is great for late-returning tourists to grab some necessities. The room I stayed in looked exactly like the display picture. The heating was right under the curtains, and the radiator in the bathroom was scalding hot, drying my clothes completely overnight. Very convenient."

"The accommodation itself was so clean and nice!! It was spacious enough for two people to carry their luggage, so it was comfortable! However, it was so cold.. I turned on the heater, but only the side with the heater on was warm, and the room was cold overall.. Everything else was great!!"

"The concept of the hostel was great, as were the common areas and the staff were great, very friendly and chatty. However, with this in mind, the hostel also feels very corporate with the extra charges such as €20 for checkout after 10 and lugagge storage fees being unproportional. In addition a small coke was €4.50! Nevertheless there were personal touches such as motivational messages, board games and pinball which were very nice.
The cleanliness could certainly be improved, white socks turned black after only a few minutes of walking around and the kitchen was very badly stocked. That said, the real highlight is the IKEA bistro which is directly under the reception and offers €3 breakfast. The location is also very good"

"The hotel is conveniently located behind the train station, with a Line D subway stop right outside its main entrance. The overall room layout felt comfortable and familiar, much like a budget hotel in China. After several days of staying in typical European-style rooms, this was a very welcome and comfortable change for us. Important note: Although the Trip.com page indicated free luggage storage, the front desk charged us five euros per piece of luggage per day when we tried to store our bags."

"The location of the hotel is really impeccable. The U4 subway station is a 2-minute walk away. It is very convenient to get in and out. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach a street full of restaurants.
The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. They are already familiar with the guests as soon as they arrive. All check-in information has been prepared and a map of Vienna is provided. The attitude is perfect💯
The front desk also provides 24-hour service, but I worry about not being able to find staff at night.
The room is well-equipped and the toilet is clean and separated into wet and dry areas. Very comfortable.
What’s commendable is that there are so many hangers! A two-person room can have at least 6-7 hangers per person! There are even two wardrobes and plenty of space for shelves.
The room has a terrace and windows that can be opened and closed at any time. It is not afraid of being heated and there is no air leakage when closed.
Only the plug locations are only on one side of the bed and under the TV. You have to open the curtains near the bed to find out.
Breakfast is normal. There is not too much or too little food. The overall experience is full marks."

"We were very pleased. The hotel is modern, with friendly staff and a pleasant, fresh renovation. The location is worth mentioning separately: although the hotel is not in the very center, transport accessibility is excellent - getting to the key places of the city is not difficult.
The only downside is the lack of grocery stores nearby, and a kettle in the room was sorely missed.
Otherwise, the hotel left only positive emotions, I recommend it!"

I stayed in a 6 bed mixed dorm. Room was very spacious for 6 beds. Each person has a locker and in their bunk bed a safe and fan unit. You are given the sheets to make your own bed. Only minor negative was being on the top bunk, the fan unit is at the top of the steps to climb onto the bed, so sometimes you knock into it when getting on and off the ladder from your bed.
Location was good…the Nachsmarkt is right in front of the hostel, there’s a grocery store next door and a tube station 2 minute walk away. I just walked into the centre each day as it only took 15 minutes to walk into the hustle and bustle of the museums and main shopping street.
The hostel hosts a quiz night, karaoke night and also offers free walking tours on a couple days of the week.
Overall great stay at Wombats.

Sskh03118Except for the parking issue, it was fine. I drove a rental car and there was no parking lot nearby, so I parked in a parking lot 30 minutes away and walked. Other than that, the hotel was clean for the price, so it was good value for money.

Lleonard- The check-in process is a bit tedious. Like in airports, there are machines to self-checkin, but there are many but there are many information to provide (you can do it online, but I never do).
- Located a bit far from the Westbanhof (1 statiok + a few minutes walk or 15min walks from the station). Wien is not a dangerous place, but compared to A&O Haufptbahnof, it's a bit different :)
- Prices changes are relatively stable, compared to A&O Haufptbahnof.
- The rooms are tidy and very large. You use a key card to enter your room. However, the inside of a bed IS well designed, in which you are not directly exposed to sunlight/room lights
- You have to make your bed, which is a bit annoying.
- Towels are provided, as well as soap/shower gel and a hair dryer.
- The main entrance is easy to locate, parking near and large reception/ bar inside.
- There is a storage room, you ask for the keys at the reception and there are cameras, which is good

GGuest UserFirst time living in a space capsule. There is adequate space inside and is generally clean. However, the power is inconsistent and the light often flickers inside the capsule. Also can get quite noisy if the capsule above/below you is occupied, there is practically no sound insulation.
The location of the hostel is okay, as it is a 10-minute walk from Prater station.

JJ.K. of Juan JourneyMy stay was great but it was a bit disturbed because first, during my stay I woke up in the middle of the night as someone was using a blow dryer at 12mn, I know it's a common area but you should have rules like quiet time from 10pm-6am. Like the other hostels, it's a sign of respect. Second, other guests came quite late and tried to look for their rooms. They're banging one capsule room saying that they booked that room, the other guests called the owner to double check and it lasted for 10-15 mins. Other than those encounters, everything was okay.

BBuchiyudetangThe whole is relatively clean, the room is small, but the facilities are complete, send an email in advance to inform the way to enter the room, it is very easy to find. The public toilet is large and the hot water is good. The only fly in the ointment is the poor sound insulation. The house facing the street is always a ghost and a teenager comes out to blow the street at night, which is very noisy.

LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
