Find 2-Star Hotels in Vienna

Location is convenient and the rooms got AC which is great during summer. There is a nice view from the big rooftop. The (bath)rooms, however, were rather small yet sufficient. What I did not quite like is that you need to pay extra for most services, such as storing your luggage before/after arrival and for getting a towel. Also, before taking the elevator to go upstairs to the fifth floor, there were some sort of security checks in the evenings.

Even though it's a hostel and I had to share a room, both the safety and environment were excellent. Hot water was available, and there was a personal locker (only accessible with my own key). It's right next to Vienna's famous Naschmarkt, and there's a metro station just outside. Best of all, it's only about 20 minutes from the airport. However, do be aware that there are beggars nearby.

Fast check-in and equally fast check-out. The location is convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the metro station and Prater. The property is well-maintained, and for the price, you get decent service. My only minor complaint is that the pillow and mattress were a bit uncomfortable, but that's just my personal opinion.

My stay was great but it was a bit disturbed because first, during my stay I woke up in the middle of the night as someone was using a blow dryer at 12mn, I know it's a common area but you should have rules like quiet time from 10pm-6am. Like the other hostels, it's a sign of respect. Second, other guests came quite late and tried to look for their rooms. They're banging one capsule room saying that they booked that room, the other guests called the owner to double check and it lasted for 10-15 mins. Other than those encounters, everything was okay.

The room was clean, kitchen works without any problemskitchen but there was no microwave I wanted to use.

The whole is relatively clean, the room is small, but the facilities are complete, send an email in advance to inform the way to enter the room, it is very easy to find. The public toilet is large and the hot water is good. The only fly in the ointment is the poor sound insulation. The house facing the street is always a ghost and a teenager comes out to blow the street at night, which is very noisy.

Well-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA. The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature. We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served. The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken. But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly and quick.

The service was excellent.
